Done with this place. I have used them regularly, hence my tires, batteries, etc. all have the Firestone warranty, but after the last 3 visits, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Constantly missing deadlines, missing the lifetime alignment (charging me), Missing the tire warranty ( I had to remind them), forgetting the MAIN reasons for my visit (inspection), Forgetting a wheel bezel, missing all my $7 valve caps, leaving out the cabin filter, and in the end, my car is a freakin' mess. It looks like Bluto wiped his paws all over my door, wheels, body, and didn't take 2 secs to wipe it down. I had the same service done at Howdy Honda, it was $23 more, but my car was spotless and it was done in 4 hours instead of 11. Never going to Firestone again. read more

For clarification purposes: My family as well as myself had been loyal Firestone customers for over 20 years. Every set of tires for about 15 different vehicles, lifetime alignments and oils changes etc.. This location used to have fantastic customer service and execution of work orders. Once Ed and Kyle left the customer service has been abysmal. If you prefer zero communication, wasting an entire day and your keys to be left in your vehicle with the windows rolled down and nothing getting done, this is the place for you. So after years of having great experiences at this Firestone, Phil has left and apparently all common courtesy and and common sense is gone from this place. I brought my truck in at 9:30am and asked for them to look at 3 things. I stayed there as, how long could a look at things take. At 12:30pm I decided to ask them when my truck was going to be looked at as there had been 5 or so people who arrived got their vehicle serviced and then left and my truck hadn't even been looked at. I sat some more. At 1:30-ish I decided to just take my truck and go, so I asked for my keys. The guy goes into the shop and returns with a paper and says the diagnostics guy (singular) just got to my vehicle and it would be 110 bux for a computer scan. I never authorized anything but a look. What happened to letting you know what the cost was going to be if there was any? Phil always told me before I incurred charge. So, I was pissed now. The opening front desk guy had left at about noon so the new guy was wondering why I was upset. I told him that I had been there since 9:30 am and no one told me about the costs. He acted surprised and explained they only have one diagnostics person and it can take 4 -5 hours for him to get to your vehicle. I was so fed up, I just paid and took my keys and left. This is the LAST time I will ever take my, my wife's, my son's or my mother's car to firestone. Also, you should avoid them too, but if you don't, be prepared for them to waste your time and take your money. read more

Took my truck in Monday at 930am for them to check the AC because it is blowing warm and a tire rotation and alignment (I purchased the lifetime rotation and the tires are wearing poorly). It previously had dye injected in oder to help find the leak. I asked for a ride home (I live 5 min away) while they work on it and was told that they will give me a ride when they have free time. I guess they never had free time because they never approached me again. My truck was pulled into the bay at 1030am and I had a friend pick me up at 1130am. I didn't hear anything from them by 330pm so I called. they told me they had too many people in line to talk to me so they would call me back. an hour later they called me and said they don't know what's wrong with they AC and they didn't do the rotation and alignment. I went in to get my truck because I needed it that night and couldn't leave it. I asked what they did to diagnose the AC and they said they just looked at it with the UV light, no pressure check, no temperature check, nothing else. I asked why they didn't to the rotation and alignment, they said they were diagnosing the AC. So 8 hours to look at my truck with a UV light, while not figuring out what is wrong with it, and not completing the worked I asked for. They said to bring it back at 7am and they would drain and refill the AC and do the rotation and alignment before I needed my truck at 1030am. (oh and they lost my keys and ticket, they searched and texted for them for 15 min). Im the first one at the shop at 645am the next day. they take my information (She has no idea what needs to be done, no documentation from the previous day) promises 1030am completion and takes my keys. 930am rolls around, 5 or 6 cars have been pulled in and out (people that arrived after me) and my truck hasn't been touched. I ask for my keys back because there is no way they would complete this work correctly in an hour. It is extremely disappointing to waste a day and a half at a shop and have absolutely nothing at all done to fix your car. I will never go back to this location. Im going to try another Firestone because I have the lifetime rotation. If they are as horrible as this location I will be seeking a refund with franchise owners. read more

And before I get my Solar Powered Hummer in the mail from the Lottery Commission, i gotta make this one work for a little while longer. These guys always take good care of me. My car, being 16 years old has proved to give them some curve-balls, but they always save me $$ from the big ticket costs and rarely try to upsell. My check engine light came on for my 2015 Kia Soul a couple of weeks back. My car is at around 65k miles so I took it into this location for a diagnostic. After about 5 hours, I was told that my O2 sensor and catalytic converter needed to be replaced, estimating at 1,600+ dollars. That was waaay out of my price range to I needed a bit of time to come up with that money. I checked my warranty, looked into side gigs, etc. I went to fill up my tank and noticed a label stating to ensure the gas cap clicks to lock or a check engine light may display. I headed to AutoZone to purchase a $12 gas cap replacement and POOF....the check engine light disappeared. I'm honestly really shocked and disappointed that the simple assessments weren't completed during the diagnostic testing at the shop....which was $99 bucks. Trying to rip off customers is such a stereotype of the mechanics industry and its disheartening in this economic crisis that we're in that this kind of thing is ongoing. read more

The guy at the counter went back an asked, and he came back and said that the tire was not patchable. In other words they forgot about the car. One of my crew guys sliced off a valve stem from my SCAG Zero Turn mower. I was not sure who in my immediate area can fix it. So I moseyed over to my nearest Firestone. The two fine gentlemen told me that they normally do not handle those type of tires but they took it and fixed the valve stem in NO TIME. Gave back the tire to me and it was on the house. WOW, DOUBLE thumbs up to those two fine gentlemen. When I left the Y, I immediately regretted that I did not capture both of their names. If you are reading this, you know who you are! This place is useless. Every time I try to get something done here it's no less than a two and a half hour wait. I tried to get my car inspected here multiple times and was told each time it would be 2.5 hours. It's just their default I guess, which leads me to believe they just don't want business. One time I dropped my car off to get repaired in the morning and ubered home. I had to call several times for updates, the last time they told me my car was done but they were closing so I couldn't come get it until the next day. They didn't even call me when it was finished! I'm just supposed to guess? I gave two stars because the repair was cheap and they got the job done so I appreciate that. I called today to get an oil change but was told it's too late at 6:15. The older gentleman at the front is really nice but it's just ridiculous that I can't get an oil change at my local garage with 45 minutes to spare, they had already "taken their last one". If I'm not mistaken they're open til 7, but they stop taking cars and work at what? 4:30? To abide by their 2.5 hour default? What's the point? I'm surprised they ever get business. read more

I gave my car for a simple ac check up on saturday afternoon. The guy in front desk told me that they will get it done by Monday. I came in Sunday and asked again. He told me my car is next in line. So, I thought i will get the car on Sunday. Then i again called on Monday at 2 pm. To my surprise, the guy told me that i might not even get my car today. Came in for an inspection told it was going to take 30 minutes, took two hours. Came back 1 hour and a half later from lunch to see the crew just chilling like they were taking a break, after waiting 5 minutes They told me my inspection failed because of my wipers but nobody called me to let me know. After buying the wipers to pass inspection and 15 minutes later they gave me my inspection papers and off I was to the Tax office to renew my car registration. Just one problem though my car inspection still said "Overall Fail" Sigh. So I went back again to get my updated inspection papers only to get back of the line again at the Tax office. With this said please don't come here. Customer service doesn't exist here. I'm tempted to post names on here but I have class. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time and frustration and take your business somewhere else. read more

An hour and a half to get a nail removed from my tire and the repair made. This shop is one of those so frustrating customer experiences where you have to wait in line to talk to a service scheduler, sit in a crammed waiting area, and then have to wait in line to get a scheduler to check you out when the car is done. Slow pace, they don't announce when the car is done, and it appeared to me that the mechanics took spontaneous breaks to take/make phone calls during the job. This was my first visit to this store, and I will try them again, to see if I have a better experience. read more

Was so lucky my car decided to overheat near this Firestone. I got my car to this in desperate need as my car was miles away from the engine burning out. Pulled up and someone came out immediately to help me during memorial day weekend. We were going camping and far from home and they walked me through exactly what could possibly be wrong and how much it would cost. Then they even gave us a ride home on the spot and helped up unload and reload all our camping stuff. They kept me updated each step they took and sent me pictures of how far they had to go into my car. Wade was specifically helpful with everything, as I have an Audi and realized that some mechanics can mess other things up inside the car since they are difficult to work on and hard access certain areas. He patiently explained everything that was wrong. Everything was flawless and they provided me with a very fair price for the amount of labor and parts that were put into the repair. When dropping off my truck I overheard an employee tell a customer it will be a few ours to get your oil change done.. I figured it may take that long for my tire. This location is Worthless. There's a reason its way the hell out here cause the service and staff are less than capable of performing their proffession. Went here a ways back for an alignment repair and drove off with an alignment that was worse off than when I first brought it in. So I had to go to the SI35 location to have it reconfirmed of the error that was performed. Hell even the tech who worked on my car there told me who ever was working on it 'didn't know what they were doing' Yeah what the hell!!! Anyways the newest one was today when I walked in hoping I'd have better experience. I came in to get my spark plugs replaced and I bought them over at the Autozone in the same shopping center where I asked who could work on my car to have them replaced and highly recommended me to Firestone when I remember the last horrible experience I had with them above. So I walk in nobody acknowledge hello, welcome, or the fact that I was even there. Stood right in front of a rep who was on the phone and didn't say hey I'll be right with you again some acknowledgement. Next as soon as he was done I told him I was there to have my spark plugs replaced I had the parts from Autozone who referred me to you. Guy says sorry I can't do that because it has to be 'our' spark plugs. What the Sh*t??? That is by far the biggest load of BuLL Sh*T I've heard today. It was like me being a doctor and someone coming up to me to help them fix their broke leg and they have all the necessary materials for me to fix but I tell the person oh I'm sorry I can't help you out without you buying 'my materials' that I'll charge you for then on top of that I'll charge you for 'my services'. F-You Guy!!! So then I ask well is there anyone you can refer me to then. Uhhhh well I don't really know off the top of my head ummm you can try 'some mom and pops shop' around here and they can do it (I SH*T you not this came out of this guys mouth). Didn't even get on his computer or ask another tech who could have know or even make a phone call to help me out in the slightest bit. So I left and you know what I went straight to the SI35 location and you know what I got 'my spark plugs' replaced. Deja Vu all over again. 71 F*cks Up and SI35 has to clean up the mess. I've been at this place twice and both times they don't have time to perform the service.The 1st time they claimed that they didn't have any oil to perform an oil change and the 2nd time they said that they didn't have the time to repair a small leak in my rear tire even though I purchased my tires from Firestone. They lost $900 worth of my stuff from the car, when it was given to them for repair. They kept it for 2 days and 1 night and when I picked up my car next day, I reported missing items. They said they couldnt confirm that the car was unlocked by staff. They very easily told me to contact insurance. I mean thats just plain ridiculous. They dont seem to have smallest sense of accountability. On asking why they dont have any CC-TV equipment, they said thats the way it is. And they dont guarantee for personal items in the car when they park our car overnight on their premises. read more
