We have been bringing two cars to this place for over 6 yrs. It has been very good, but yesterday and the day before it was not good. We always make appointments and had one for 9:30 for oil change tire check alignament. We had to wait due to the fact we do not have anyone to bring us home. We awaited until 12;30. Other people coming in over your appointment, if your appointment says 9:30 then take them. So yesterday we took our other car in, had to await for hours had a 9:00 am appointment for oi change wheel alignment, well they did not do the alignment cause I said NO I did not when I made the appointment and also the car needed a air filter and they did not tell me that until I checked out was was not brought into shop until a good 1 1/2 later. Seems its who you know at this place and appointments do not count. I will be looking into another car place has I felt my Husband and I got shafted. We awaited hours with an appointment, people came in and left no one is in the front desks and no one comes to you to tell you what you need. This place has gone down this year. Sad but it has, very busy and if you don't wait for your car it gets done faster. Awaiting in the waiting room that smells of tires and the bathroom dirty. No one checks in with you about your car. When the car was done we awaited 1/2 hour for someone to tell us it was done. We have purchased tires here always go for oi changes and I am very dis-appointed in the mangement? Of this place. Absolutely Infuriating and Unprofessional - AVOID Firestone Camarillo! My experience at Firestone Camarillo was an absolute nightmare. Despite a pre-booked 1:00 PM appointment, the lobby was deserted. After an extended wait, I had to venture into the shop to find staff. A clerk, Anthony, finally appeared, immediately screaming at me for being "where I wasn't supposed to be." His subsequent rudeness, refusal to acknowledge my appointment, and insistence on a 1.5-hour wait (because he'd sent the only technician to lunch) were beyond unacceptable. When we finally got to the tire, he refused repair, citing a "company policy" about nail proximity to the shoulder - a policy he couldn't produce and which contradicted the actual placement of the nail (inches, not millimeters, from the shoulder). This felt like a blatant attempt to upsell a new set of tires. The complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and transparency is appalling. They wasted over an hour of my time only to deny service under dubious pretenses. This establishment is a masterclass in how not to treat customers. I took my truck into Firestone in Camarillo to get an aligment because the tire wear indicated a need for an alignment. The guy at the counter told me they had an oil change special so I said ok to an oil change as well. I was outside watching the technicians work the entire time I was there. I saw the technician change the oil on my truck but he didn't do the alignment which was my primary purpose for going there. He brought my paperwork in and said everything was done. I told the counter guy (in front of the technician) that I was watching him work and I did not see him do the alignment. He then lied and said he did do the alignment. I asked him for the printout that is generated when they perform the alignment which shows the toe in, toe out ect. He couldn't produce it because he didn't do it. I told them that I was not leaving until they did the alignment. They capitulated and did the alignment. He gave the printout after he did it. Their dishonesty made me angry and if you cant trust them there is no need to go back there again. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. Been going here for years (2) cars. Took one car in oil change safety check 210.52 Cabin filters and air filter. Topped of coolant used water took it to another place for est. of brakes stated water called 9-7-2025 and they use 1/2 water and coolant even though the manufacture states others. They lost our business and will never be going back when new tires are needed will go somewhere else. Concerned about our other car Rav 4 1998. Will be taking that in to a good place soon. Do not go there they also do not honor appointments walk in are o.k. if you know the person. Maybe a couple years ago this place rocked but if you value your car do not go there. Safety is a big concern and Thursday when we were coming home the car was shaking and the wheels were not right. Find another place forget this one. Who's the manager there? Who knows? read more

I can't thank Daniel at Firestone enough for saving my trip to Las Vegas! I was on my way out of town when I realized one of my tires was about to completely explode. It was beyond dangerous, and I honestly didn't know if I was going to make it safely. Daniel stepped in immediately, took the situation seriously, and got me taken care of right away. He had all four of my tires replaced quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was safe and road-ready. They squeezed it in even knowing it would go pass the time for them to close, and even let me bring my dogs into the store. His professionalism, urgency, and customer service were top-notch. Gabriel Valencia Manager of tire sales is paying it forward! Gabriel demonstrated kindness and compassion in the most wonderful way. Last night 5 minutes before closing time Gabriel had a decision to make. We were desperate to help out a wonderful lady that we just met who needed help. Ida had a nail in one of her tires, she was weary, embarrassed and had minimal energy to get the tire fixed herself. Gabriel stayed late and fixed the tire to help this wonderful lady. I recently visited Firestone in Camarillo to get the brakes on my car replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! A gentleman name Mark was absolutely amazing--super friendly, straightforward, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was in great shape. Not only did they do an excellent job on my brakes, but they also took the time to point out a few things my car might need in the future.
