I have gotten my oil changed here for years and now there's a new gentleman/Kid that works in the shop that said the owner no longer gives discounts to first responders police or fire so I was shocked so I would suggest going up to the shop on daily and Lewis Road he takes care of police officers and firefighters. read more

So, if you own a German vehicle, even if it's a Volkswagen, they don't have oil filters or oil for your car. They require you to bring that with you to the oil change.....so why even be there? Basically half of the process is that. So dumb, never going here, telling all family and friends not to support this business. Absolutely absurd. No wonder you didn't have any customers. I serviced my previous car here for regular oil changes since they opened. Glad this location opened because I used to drive much further to another location outside the city. The first time I rolled in the tech suggested I check in on Yelp to get $10 off my service. I will always take a coupon on discounts. The techs here have great customer service and do a great job getting you in and out. I've never had to wait to get service and they're transparent on all the work and pricing they do. They also have other supplies like bulbs to replace burnt out lights and wipers so you can get anything you need done all in one go for a reasonable price. Even more convenient is it's connected to a gas station so you can also fuel up on gas all in one trip. read more

Super friendly and fast service. David was awesome! Super detailed he went over ever point of my car based on the mileage of my vehicle. The team of employees were all very warm and friendly. The place is clean and the staff is professional. you never have to get out of your vehicle is an obvious plus they guide you in, perform the service(s) you need and then send you on your way. This was my first time here and I was very impressed with Brian who actually checked the oil level and cleanness of my oil and said I should wait at least another 3000 miles before I actually needed an oil change. I've never really been a person to leave raving reviews and often times just a tad bit skeptical whenever I see them, but let me just say these guys here are LIFE SAVERS. My wife's car broke down on the side of the road just down the street from their shop on Adolfo Rd. Shawn and Cameron were so professional and helpful that they were able to take what was already a stressful situation (did I mention that my wife was with our 4 year old daughter?) and helped us( once I arrived on-scene) navigate through our crisis. Cameron methodically took his time to diagnose the problem,I thought the car was out of oil, but it turned out that one of the hoses busted and was leaking coolant,causing the car to overheat. So although this shop primarily does oil changes, Cameron was able to 1) patch the leak 2) fill it back up with fluid 3) check air pressure in my tires 4) made my little 4 year old daughter smile by giving her a toy figurines they had laying around in the shop. Now for the kicker... their shop closed at 7:00pm He went above the call of duty and stayed well past closing time making sure my family and I were situated. Who does that!? Apparently these guys do, all the 5-star reviews for this place, I believe are well deserved. My family and I are so lucky our car broke down and to have found this place. Came here at 1040 to get my oil changed. Left around 11! Very fast and efficient and did not try too hard to upsell. They simply just asked questions let you know what was what and left it up to you without pressuring. (Ex: air filter, oil quality, windshield whispers, etc). Rene started off the process and David helped along the way. Both men were extremely nice and professional. David did go above and beyond and really made the whole experience enjoyable. I've used oil changers in the past, but my attitude has changed over this weekend. I went in Saturday around 3:30-4:00, and a worker said I would need to come back because he was at lunch, and they were short handed. I told him he didn't look like he was at lunch. I said I would come back tomorrow (9/1). I returned around 4:45 to find a truck with a utility trailer in 1 bay, which I got in line. The middle bay did not have a vehicle in the bay, but a car was in line to enter it when directed. I turned off the ignition waiting for someone to talk to me. I waited 20 minutes without being addressed or even knowledged. Terrible customer service, and won't be spending my money at this location, and possibly at this company! read more

While waiting for my tires to be rotated at a nearby shop, I walked over to Xpress Lub, a new place in the neighborhood. Walking into the empty office lookinf for a price list of their services, finding none. I walked to the service bays to see about 6 or so youthful employees dealing with a Mazda Miata that didn't seem to fit over their steel grading. So, I watched and waited. Apparently not to their liking. One individual walked over to me, and with attitude barked something like: "Can I help you!!??" I asked for a quote for an oil change for my truck, he said ninety one bucks. I asked with a filter, he replied "yeah." Turned and walked back into the service bay. Rude, just plain rude. "Change oil soon" message appeared so I stopped in to have it changed. After checking my mileage from my last visit I was told that I still had 1500 miles before I needed it changed. They did a quick check on fluids, checked my tires and washed my windshield all for no charge. So refreshing to deal with an honest and helpful business.
