Worst service ever! 6 times in shop for the same issue. Over $1,240.00 in repair cost. Called corporate 2 weeks no call called again still no call back. Changed part, still not working brought back next day they said faulty part, next day still not working same issue they said was something else. How do i know all the parts really needed changed!! read more

On Friday I had a tire that was leaking and I needed to have it checked, repaired or replaced as I was preparing to leave for South Carolina early Sunday morning. I called the Firestone store around 12:30pm (Friday) and was advised they were busy and they might be able to look at it around 3pm. I arrived around 2:40pm and was advised by Thomas that the techs were busy and he would try and work me in but it could take a while. I decided to wait. Within 5 minutes Thomas was able to get one of the techs to look at the tire. I was then advised that there were two punctures and they could repair them. Within 30 minutes I was ready to leave with my tire repaired. In and out for $31. Job well done. I have to give Thomas, the tech and this location 6 out of 5 stars. Again, Job well done. read more

They did a completely crappy job on my alignment l. Blamed it onw of the more expensive tie rods, because they also were schooling a rookie which they told me and i was fine woth. That was why an extra wait happened. And said if i came back within a year to do the toe rod they would fully align me for free. Little did i know. Im too nice. They never should of got fkn paid if they didnt do the job. But heres the kicker. I took it very very shortly to a different ship for a second opinion. For actually. Who said off record so dont believe me of u dont want. NO TIE RODS BROKEN. because they had a way better proce for ot and were running a special i was goi g to get it done there. I left toyota paying for something else i had came for as well. Bottom of the line is. Firestone lied. They are dishonest. Always get a second opinion. And they did a bad job. read more

Went to Firestone on Ridgewood today to get an oil change and tune up was quoted a price of over 500.00 when asked why so much we were told the spark plugs were 300.00 alone. We weren't born stupid by no means. Went to Autozone and picked up plus for 48.00 don't know what can of scam they are pulling but will be complaining to BBB for sure might call their corporate office to. Times are hard we don't need companies like this taking advantage of hard working people. read more

Charged me 150 to replace a WIRE to my speed sensor. Saying they charged that because it took an hour to do. They screwed me and will screw you. Do NOT trust these people read more

They said there was nothing wrong with my front brakes and it was probably condensation causing squeaks. After a 3rd opinion from yet another brake shop, it was brought to my attention that the left rotor was wobbling. The tech shook his head confused on how it could be missed by 2 garages. read more

Never again. I used to go here a couple of years ago, and their estimates were always right on. This job they estimated $120-, final price was $196-. Their parking lot used to be full, not any more, it's empty now. I can understand why. read more
