I went online and booked an appointment today for 4:00 PM. I showed up a little bit early and they were able to get me taken care of. They quoted me all the appropriate pricing upfront for fixing a flat and an oil change and they didn't end up finding anything wrong with my tire, but filled it up with air. They did the oil change. Beware of This Location Please be advised regarding this particular location. As a loyal Firestone customer, I have observed that the demeanor, indecorous behavior, and leadership of the manager, "Markeit," appear to influence the staff. Only one employee, who was NOT part of management, expressed concern about an error and made efforts to resolve the issues while ensuring the customer was informed about the steps and actions taken, but most importantly satisfied. My visit was for a scheduled oil change. This vehicle has previously been serviced at the Firestone "Allen" location without incident. The initial concern arose when I was quoted a higher price than I had paid at the "Allen" location. A second concern was raised when I was informed that the price difference was due to the higher cost of the oil filter at this location, as they do not typically stock this filter and do not frequently service this type of vehicle. A third concern emerged when I inquired whether they extract oil from the topside of the vehicle, as is done at the "Allen" shop, and was informed that they remove the undercarriage to drain the oil. I stated that I had not previously observed the undercarriage being removed on my vehicle type. However, I acknowledged it was possible, and I conveyed my concern about the proper execution of this procedure. I informed the clerk of an upcoming trip and my inability to secure an appointment at the "Allen" location. Despite trying to make reservations there, I agreed to proceed, considering it to be a routine oil change. An individual who appeared to lack professionalism, training, and preparedness was assigned to perform the oil change on an Audi A7. This individual exhibited unprofessional conduct by giving the middle finger while working on the vehicle (I'm not sure if it was directed at me, but it was done in plain sight) rather than focusing on demonstrating competence for the assigned task. My vehicle was completed approximately five minutes before closing. The technician failed to replace the oil change sticker, reset the oil change intervals in the system, or verify the oil levels. I requested the sticker and personally completed the other two items as the staff closed the store and departed. Shortly after driving away, I accelerated and heard a loud scraping and tapping noise. Upon pulling over, I observed the undercarriage dragging on the ground. The technician assigned to my vehicle failed to correctly reinstall the undercarriage, which resulted in it dragging on the ground and necessitating replacement. Furthermore, upon inspection the next morning at Firestone, it was found that all bolts had not been properly replaced or accounted for, and the oil pan exhibited a leak from the drain plug, requiring replacement. Additionally, the manager (Markeit) at this location appears to lack both managerial competence and adequate customer service skills when interacting with clients. Upon my request for a manager, two individuals were present behind the desk. One individual repeated, "You're looking for a manager," and directed his gaze toward the other individual (Markeit). Markeit did not acknowledge me visually or verbally. After approximately five minutes, he stated, "What's your phone number?" and provided no further interaction. It wasn't until I addressed Markeit's behavior and unprofessionalism that he admitted he had neglected his duties as a manager. At this point, they were ordering parts, and this issue remains unresolved. I was there this morning from 8 a.m. until 12:20 p.m. waiting on a part the manager ordered, and I was told it would be about 20 minutes before it arrived. After 45 minutes passed, I asked the clerk if he could check on the part for me, only to call and check on it another hour and thirty minutes later at my third request. He was informed that the part we were waiting on was not supposed to be delivered until Tuesday of next week. This was another error by the manager, Markeit. The employee requested that the part be delivered today, and another 45 minutes to an hour passed before the part arrived. The repairs to my vehicle are still not complete at this time. As a result of their negligence, I was unable to participate in a scheduled trip, and I will seek full reimbursement from Firestone. read more

Firestone on Camp Wisdom will never go again if I can give you a 0 I would. All I needed was my tire checked because it was low they couldn't because the dock door was broken. But I just air in prior two weeks from entering the other dock door. And also bought 4 brand new tires from Firestone last year cost $900 .PIssed me off when all I needed was my tire check because of the low PSI. read more

I was a complicated customer but they handled it like a pro! I needed the regulator and motor replaced on my drivers window.(after having all three of the other regulators replaced only 11 months ago. This is for a 2016 Kia Optima 41k mikes and there's no reason all four windows went out in a five year old car owned by an old lady. Anyway Kia had the part on indefinite back order so I had to wait until Monday to find out when it could be sent. Absolutely horrible. Please be warned. This shop has no integrity and does not care for the customers' best interest. I took my car there for new tires and shocks. This was a same day service. My car was returned broken and making a loud clunky noise. I returned my car the next day because they were closing when I picked up my car. I was told they needed 3 days to order the part they broke. If I could go without my car for three additional days, I could have went to a local mechanic. I choose this service because I was advised it was a same day service. Please be advised, they do not care about your time or your car. Firestone in Duncanville could easily beat Chick-fil-A as the slowest service EVER! With an appointment that I scheduled 4 days prior and arrived 30min. early it still took them 5hrs just to get tires replaced on my truck. It seems like they extremely overbook appointments. My tires were cupping and thru several mechanics in OK and TX...cause could be struts bad or alignmnenot issues. The store manager Marissa replaced all 4 tires and confirmed struts were fine. I now have a quieter and smooth ride for my 2003 Acura TL. Service top notch! These tires will be rotated balanced and have regular wheel alignments to ensure best care possible. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. We brought in our car at 11:30AM and did not get it back until 10min till closing. They are overpriced, and sneaky with their services. We did not get a call back from them regarding the car until 1:30PM, we were quoted 700 for services which we agreed to. When we picked up the car it came out to OVER 1K and that's because they added their own services which they DID NOT discuss with us, they did it all on their own. Handwriting is illegible, you can't even read what they did to the car! We will not come back and will discourage others from going here, absolutely horrible they are ripping people off. read more

This place is great. Sometimes there's a long wait, but that's the nature of car repairs. They seem honest and also try to correct issues. There's a lady at this location who can fix ANYTHING. Terrible service terrible!!!! I dropped my Tahoe off to simply get an oil change and a radiator flush. I asked to have my tires rotated and the desk clerk said yes we do that for free. When i picked up my car later it was running funny. My neighbor looked under the hood to find they had not tightened the engine cover back up so it was taking in air. My neighbor fixed it for me. They didnt take the time to reset my oil change life, and they didnt have time to even write on the window sticker of the mileage and next due oil change. I also noticed my tires had not been rotated. I went back the next day to tell them and they seemed disinterested about my complaint. Just handed me a business card and said here this is good for a free oil change. No thanks! I wouldnt trust my car with them ever again. read more

I have only purchased tires here so I can't speak to the service side. I do most of that myself. But I have purchased tires and had them installed here twice. And I got good service both times. I have an oddball size on my F-150 and often have trouble finding a tire dealer that has them. This shop always has several offerings of my size in stock. They're not superfast. But on a busy Saturday afternoon it was good. They're also not price competitive with Walmart. But you are getting a much better tire and the price isn't that much higher. The young man at the counter was very patient and polite. Even when the customer is not. One lady in front of me got flat out nasty because the guy had left his magic wand at home and couldn't do miracles. You want cheap and fast? Go to Walmart. You want it done right for a good price? Come here. I will recommend this Firestone store to friends. read more

I am very disappointed with this place! If I could give it a half a star, I would! I feel sorry for the employees who work the front desk because they are nice but on the back side, it's just terrible! I came to this place because I purchased tires through Tire Rack and this place was listed as a "Top Rated" installer. I've heard bad things about them in the past with overpriced labor for mechanical jobs but I thought I would give them a chance since it's only a tire job. The guy who worked on my car obviously didn't want to do the job, took him an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires! His attitude showed how much he enjoys working there, because he moved at an extremely slow pace. He didn't notice that my car comes with some lug bolt covers and went straight with the air gun to try to undo them. I told him right away that he needed to remove them so he could reach the lug bolts! At that point, I am checking his job because I am not sure if he really knows what he's doing. The service i was getting called for a valve steam replacement and TPMS service but never saw him do it, so I went inside to double check with the front desk person and he reassured me that he was changing them... I am not so sure about that, time will tell. In the middle of the installation, the guy that was working on my car decided that it was time to clean and began sweeping. I wondered why he couldn't keep it clean throughout the day instead of just trashing his own place. Safety first! right!? At that point, I am getting aggravated because it was almost closing time and it seemed as though he was trying to "kill" some time so that my tire job would be his last for the day! And to top it off, he scratched one of my wheels (when tightening the wheel to the balancing machine), missed to install a valve cap on one of the wheels and over tightened all my lug bolts (over the OEM specs). Overall, I had a bad experience and I will never come back to that particular store. Tires look awesome and time will tell if they, at least, mounted them correctly. read more

Avoid this place. Took the car in there for a simple electrical diagnostic check, and got NO results. What we did get was a list of things wrong with the car that were NOT wrong and a check engine light that was on because they unscrewed something to make it come on. The reason I know this is because the mechanic that sent us there for the test, showed us what they unscrewed. They graciously wanted to charge for another diagnostic test to find out why the check engine light that THEY caused was on. If you want to be ripped off by these shady people then go for it. read more

Aggressive up selling. Hit or miss with wait times but much better than the dallas camp wisdom location and the Desoto location as well. May need to add more service techs to help with customer flow. State inspections are also hit and miss with the tech mostly not reporting for duty. Hours are ok but might benefit with at least closing one hour after. Most simple oil changes may take 2-4 hours on a busy day. CALL AHEAD to make sure enough time is considered for your services. read more

After reading the other review on here I felt completed to share that I have had many good experiences at Firestone. They have worked with me trying to find the lowest price parts and they will tell me straight if something can go a while safely before being replaced. There are times that they find things that need to be repaired but that's how vehicles are the car might have a big problem that is going to leave me on the roadside getting towed in but if I catch it before hand I don have to experience that hassle. Tip: Get on their website and they have coupons that will cut down the price of many of the repairs and services. read more

I been here a couple times. First off the prices are high butWhat car repair is cheap these days? I had older mustang and paid about 500 on brakes. Recently I just got more work done on ford SUV late model . Rotors and brakes were 800I got tires too for 430 all wheels, He even threw in discount I told em I was on a budget. Customer service is great and these guys are professionals. The only gripe i have is the wait and uncomfortable waiting area lol. Even though I did spent a lot of money I left there with a sense of security that the job was done right and that I don't have to worry about bad brakes now. It took about a few hours hopefully I could find someone cheaper in the future. I would definitely come back to get brakes and anything relating else with suspension or steering system done. What I notice is that they specialized in steering, tires, shocks, and brakes etc... If they see something wrong there gonna tell you they don't ever force you to buy anything. I've gotten a wheel alignment done on my last car it was worth it. But if something else is broken that is related to that system it has be fix. If you want the cheap I don't care mechanic there's plenty of them out there and you'll pay less. But at fire stone they definitely pay attention to the car and they do it right. read more

Brought my car in intending to get buy a lifetime alignment (a $169 value). The guy at the register said they couldn't do an alignment on my car without checking it over first. Not a problem except they charged me $24.99 just to look at it. Then I was told I had to get a ball joint replaced for $234.19 before they could align it. They also suggested that I get the wheel bearings and control arms replaced, giving me a grand total of $701.40. After two hours of them "looking it over" (standing around talking), they give me my car back with dirty plastic bags (that they put on their shoes) on my seats and trash brought in from their shoes anyways.
