I WAS a new customer, went to go get a headlight changed because it ran out. Mind you my car was old (2010) so i would assume they would charge me between $120 MAX. All they had to do was just take the light out and put in a new one. They decided to take more than THREE hours. Which caused me to be late to work, even though i booked this appointment with extra time, just in case it took longer. So if it was barely busy, just a headlight i had a week ahead appointment and yet it took 3 hours to change?.. The thing that made me a little annoyed. was the fact that they charged me around $300 so double of what i had in mind. Definitely scamming situation. Later that week, I had to go to Grease monkey because not even a week in my headlight, went out completely. This was so frustrating because i know i overly paid, i even asked the workers at Grease monkey and they said it shouldn't even cost or take that much for the headlight it's self. I went back to them, they did see my car as soon as I told them what happened, which i respect. They said i would be looking at the same price once again. NO thank you! Do not come here unless you know your prices. I know they charged me a lot for labor, but you guys had at least 2 other people in the waiting room decent amount of workers, and yet they decided to charge me a huge amount for the "work" labor. Barely needed to touch my car. If anything i just recommend going on youtube and finding a tutorial. I could have saved myself all that time and money. But if you guys need a close place, Definitely go right across! much better service! and are actually reliable and don't just see you as money walking in and out. read more

Do NOT go here. Twice this week I had appointments to get my snow tires swapped and both times they failed to even start the work. The first time I got excuses about lack of staffing, bad pay, etc. The 2nd time, the car was there 24 hours with no work done. After not getting a call and being unable to get someone to answer the phone, I went there and the manager said he didn't know what happened. There will not be a 3rd time. read more

I made an appt to check my low air tire for 12 noon.They said it could take up to 2 hrs to fix and rotate. So I returned at 1:30. They didn't start work till 2 and they knew I was in waiting room. I received a phone call at around 2:15. They could not fix because the rim was bent. They charged me for everything anyway, returned the tire under inflated. They advertise COMPLETE AUTO CARE, but they would not fix the rim. They gave me a phone to call that was fly by night and unresponsive. They wasted 3 hours of my life with no apology, no remorse, So essentially nothing was accomplished and I wasted a day. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN AUTO NONREPAIR AND I'M 77 YEARS OLD. And "COMPLETE AUTO CARE" is bogus false advertising. read more

My Silverado stopped running around the first of the year, had it towed to Firestone. They got to it quickly, determined a new fuel pump needed, and had it back to me immediately. These guys have always been great. Absolutely recommend having your work done there! read more

This place is an absolute JOKE and corporate cares less! our daughter was stranded in Longmont after blowing a tire and had it towed to this asylum of a "care center". She was 1000 miles from home and had her car towed to their parking lot. despite initially saying they could put a SINGLE tire on her car on a Sunday morning they informed her that they couldn't put a new tire on until Wed or Thursday of the next week! Left with no options she tried removing the wheel so she could take it elsewhere at which point the maniacs told her to stop! She had no choice but to spend $200 to have it towed to Walmart where they fixed it. Fools run this place! read more

Extremely disappointed by a mechanic shop I thought I could trust. I had tires put on by them 2 years ago, they started to wear unevenly, so I went in expecting to need new tires and an alignment. After looking over my vehicle, I'm told it's a $4000 repair to fix my front control arms, get new tires, and realign. They were pushy about me getting the work done that day under the guise of "our mechanic is out of the shop on Wednesday" even though it's a 3 day fix. They did not want me to get a second opinion, but I pushed for the car back and took it elsewhere. I go get two other separate opinions from different mechanics who show me there is absolutely nothing wrong with the control arms, although Firestone claimed they had pictures of the damage but wouldn't show me? I thought we were beyond scamming women who came into mechanics, but this Firestone location is not! When I called to address the situation with them, Taylor just kept saying "we have pictures! we have pictures!" but still never offered to show them. Firestone has lost my trust and I will never bring my vehicle to them again and urge everybody else to stay away. I also have neighbors who have taken their vehicles here in the last few years who have had nothing but problems after getting new tires/alignment that Firestone refuses to address and repair. read more

I decided to use the local Firestone Service Center for my car care needs. Bought tires..no complaints but went back to get oil change and tire rotation and that's where the problem started. Changed the oil but never replaced the "washer" going into the oil pan. Leaked oil all over my garage floor and lord know how much was lost driving around with oil leaking everywhere. I'm becoming disillusioned how something this simple can be overlooked (cost savings on their part)? I guess I'll just go back to the VW Dealer for my maintenance. read more

I would have to leave my car there if I wanted it serviced and it would be several hours. I called Big O in Firestone and they got me in right away with friendly and professional service. If I could give zero stars I would! Went for a oil change and tire rotation on 3/13/23. Before getting my tires rotated I always mark my tires to make sure it's actually done. After they gave me my keys and charged me I went out to verify that they actually did rotate my tires and they were not. Went and confronted one of them and he assured me he saw them do. but after he went and saw that I had marked a my tires and could clearly see the front tires were stepped he just said sorry. Def wouldn't trust this place I will never be back! read more

Unfortunately, my husband and I had a really horrible experience here. They kept making excuses after promising us our truck would be finished before they closed. They called us and told us that they didn't have an allen wrench that would fit. We drove all the way back and literally brought them one! When we pulled up it was raining and they just left windows down so water was getting inside the truck. We ended up waiting far longer than they told us. We definitely do not recommend coming here. read more
