I once praised this location and its team. I meant every word at the time. But now, after what's happened to my vehicle and the danger my family was put in, I fully retract that review. Firestone destroyed my vehicle. Not by accident -- but by a repeated, careless pattern of failure, denial, and blatant disrespect. They put me and my spouse at risk; we drove across state lines in a car that never should've left the lot. The fact that we weren't seriously injured or worse isn't just luck -- it's grace. According to Luke Firestone everything was handled, all warranty work was completed, and there was nothing more to be done. Except, of course, it was still broken -- because the components that should've been installed were never actually there. It's not confusion. It's not miscommunication. It's negligence, plain and simple. Let's not forget where this shop is located: on a military base. The very place where integrity, honor, and accountability are supposed to matter. And yet, this is how customers -- including military families -- are treated? No sense of urgency. No ownership of mistakes. No respect for the people they're serving. As if that weren't enough, vehicles are regularly left outside unsecured, hoods wide open, overnight -- before and after business hours. On base or not, that's not just sloppy. It's irresponsible. So no -- I no longer recommend this location nor any Firestone. Not for service. Not for honesty. Not for anything. And if you're a military spouse, service member, or anyone who values safety, trust, or basic decency -- I'd advise you to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. The only place I take my car to for any issues. The techs are all super knowledgeable and give me their honest opinions! I understand people frustrations with "up sells" but truly nothing I've ever had them complete wasn't something that needed fixing. I trust Firestone with my cars needs. read more

Would never take a vehicle here again. Had to call both times to see if it was done. Employee was a young kid and had zero customer service. Left white grease all over my newly cleaned truck and wheels. When asked why he didnt reach out when vehicle was done he shrugged his shoulders saying I dunno. Rather than apologizing for the length of time it took and lack of communication. I then asked for his managers information and he just pointed to his business card which rings into the store. I realized at that point the manager obviously never deals with his store correctly or he wouldn't have employees like that working there. I would never advise anyone to use this location. I was using it out of convenience of being here on base during a stay at the RV park. Will be reaching out to manager today about employee. Horrible customer service by the young kid. read more

Maybe it's the shortage of experienced workers, but my experience here was bad. Bought $700 dollar tires, brand spanking new and they put some young kid to do the install. Took him 3.5 hours from when the car was put up in a work bay. After they are installed they pull up and the tires have white gunk and foot prints on them. I Ask the lead mechanic/temp manager if he gives everyone this type of service and to come out and look, he says he already did.... Then gets up and looks, goes to the employee tells him to wash off the tires. Tells me "he is a new hire and still isn't used to all of our procedures" The employee pulls my truck back around. It looks like he took a hose, put his thumb on the end to gain pressure and wet the tires off. 50% of the gunk is off. At this point I'm getting mad, I tell the lead mechanic/temp manager what's so hard about scrubbing a tire clean? I rub my finger on tire to demonstrate, white gunk comes off with a couple rubs. He goes back and gets the young employee and makes him clean them again. Trying to keep my anger down, I tell him to leave it and let me pay so I can get the hell out of that place. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Discount Tires on bell offered me 135 dollar less deal if I would of went with them (they are always packed and I got impatient) lesson learned read more

I'm normally pretty frustrated when I have to drop $600+ On repair work, but I was really pleased with my most recent experience. It started with a tech that didn't hesitate to go outside the office and get on his hands and knees in 110 degree weather to take a look at my car in the parking lot. After clearly identifying my problem, and after dealing with a stockage issue that was not their fault, they communicated options and updates throughout the process. I really appreciated their effectiveness and professionalism. I was also pleased to see that even after I did no price checking prior to getting my services and tires purchased, their prices were remarkably competitive with online retailers. This spot has some really good folks working up front and in the garage, I trust this location for any of my auto care needs. read more

I recently had a leaking tire on a Saturday evening on the other side of the city, my TPMS warned me, so I aired up and I ended up at the location on Luke AFB that uses this address in their invoices. I thought it would be a simple fix. Unfortunately they did not treat me very well (my opinion). I think (cannot prove) that they "added" a shiny, not a scratch on it after 30 miles, screw towards the rim of the tire to make me have to purchase a tire; instead of just fixing the nail that was in the center of the tread for $20. Interesting how both were in the tire along the same location, not much imagination, I guess. They conveniently had only one left of "their" brand of tire I would require, and it was quite expensive; much more than a quick search on my phone for a matching replacement showed. Then they wanted me to leave the tire with them until Monday while searching for a replacement. Not feeling very comfortable with the situation, I had them put the spare on and the "bad" tire in the back, at least they didn't charge me the $20, but nobody could look me in the eye afterwards. I limped home on the donut spare at 50 mph, pissed off, you know how it goes. I have no proof, just a feeling, and that feeling will keep me from doing any business with this company ever again. I ended up searching for another place and was specifically looking for a place that was open on Sunday. Got a great deal at a Big O Tires that is local and had a few good reviews. Now the the Big O Tire place has one more, they got my business, and I'll stop by there when it's time to replace tires when they are worn, NOT at a Firestone place. Don't people realize if you jip someone, you're more likely to tell 10 people not to use their services? read more

I took my truck three times for an oil change. I had to explain the second time oil doesn't go inside the cabin of the truck. The second time was fine, but the third was the same, oil is still leaking on my driveway even after I cleaned the underbelly thinking it was just spilled oil. Ok, now for the funny part; I asked for the fuel filters to be changed, the guy told me that he had no experienced people to do the job....yet they are experienced enough to change an oil filter. I took my car here for a check engine light and my car running strangely, shaking down the road. I was made to believe that the fix would be quick and easy, decently routine maintenance. I was charged roughly $500 for this service with parts and labor. Two days later, my check engine light came back on and my car drove the same way. They said they would change the oil free of cost, but if the problem continued, I would have to take it to a dealership. That already made me upset because why would you recommend that I take it to a dealership if you made me believe you could fix it. I ended up taking it in to a dealership because the following morning the light came back on, and had to pay $2,111 FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! I had a coworker pull the code from my car before I initially took it to Firestone and it was the same code that the dealership pulled after firestone had worked on it. When I called firestone to see about a possible refund, they tried to tell me that they pulled a different code and fixed that, and that "sometimes when you fix one problem, another one pops up". Conveniently, they don't document what code they pull from the car on the maintenance report. I know that this is a lie because I have documented proof that the codes were the same before and after I took my car to firestone. I felt taken advantage of and the work I had done at firestone (that cost roughly $500) did not fix the problem that I ended up having to spend $2,111 on anyway. I am just a young girl and that was very hard on my bank account for nothing to be fixed. I feel like I was taken advantage of and when I brought the proof and paperwork to the store manager after the fact, I was basically told there was nothing to be done and that "different codes pop up for different computer diagnostics" which is such a lie! He refunded me the $90 diagnostic fee but THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I am livid. read more

Located at the Luke AFB Gas Station and Class VI store, this Firestone is very convenient when you need an oil change or tire repairs. Great place to get your car serviced and the guys who run the desk are super! Appointments are generally available and I have had not complaints about the work done on my car. read more

I've used the Firestone on the base a few times when I've needed a tire replaced and never had an issue. Each time the service has been quick and I've never had to go back for a realignment or balancing, which I can't say for other places I've used. read more

This place is terrible. They lied to us, quoted us over $1350 for spark plug and ignition coil replacement. Told us to put faces that it would be over $350 just for labor, showed us on the screen that it would be and I told him I didn't believe him and was going to call corporate. I asked for a print out of the quote. All of a sudden the price for labor dropped to $250 and the price of spark plugs dropped by $100 too! Absolute liars and when I confronted Sean M the manager there he goes "I don't know what else you want from me, just go find somewhere else." Never will I be going back. would never go here again, personally. took my car there for an oil change and it leaked oil ever since then, took it back to them to check the seal and see why it was leaking.. they said it wasnt the seal and it wasnt their fault. well i took my car somewhere else today after my car nearly caught on fire on the highway and turns out it was a mistake firestone made when replacing the seal and that was in fact the only place it was leaking. will never go here again. read more
