Pulled up to the bays, only 1 truck per bay ahead of me so i went inside & waited, the truck that was in front of me paid & left so i figure I'm next up. 5 minutes go by, 10 minutes goes by and I'm still waiting for my truck to be pulled into the open bay. After 5 more minutes I went outside, hopped in my truck and left. Sat around for 25 minutes and didn't get squat done. I highly recommend to SKIP this Jiffy Lube, the other shops aren't highly rated either. read more

I pulled in behind an empty bay, while the other bay had one vehicle and one employee above ground that I saw. I wasn't even acknowledged in the 5+ minutes that I sat waiting at the empty bay. l ended up leaving to a nearby Jiffy Lube, 2 vehicles in both bays, 2 waiting, and I still got a "1 min" gesture from the Mgr within a minute of pulling up. read more

Waited in line for over 40 minutes nobody came out to my truck to ask what i wanted done or to give me an eta i guess they messed something up on the previous car they were working on so all 4 of the workers were just sitting around not doing anything i got off and went to ask what the eta was and i was told another hour when i was the car that was next up place has poor leadership and terrible time management skills !!! Update: this visit the serviceman seemed to almost try and sell me OUT of getting my oil changed here because my car requires full synthetic oil and that it costs $xx. No matter how many times I said I know and that I e been here before.. he kept pushing it. ?????? So I'm a firm believer a happy customer is far less likely to say something good than is an unhappy customer to say something negative. So having said that... my review is HIGHLY a comparison/contrast of two jiffy lube locations. The first, at 113 E Van Buren, welcomed my arrival with grumpy dismissal. They seemed upset I arrived. Two of the employees appeared to have been angry with one another. I was prepared to wait as long as an hour if their attitude was better. I left, went around the corner to jiffy on Dysart, and was welcomed in with a door held open, advised a new pot of coffee was coming out right away, and thanked me for my visit. The two locations only about 1/2 mile from each other... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the location on Dysart. As an owner of two cars, all of my business is finished at the Van Buren location. read more

Attempted to get a oil change today. But it was definitely an epic fail the "MANAGER" Deandre has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced especially being new here in AZ. He was super aggressive unapproachable it was like he was a monster. I asked him if he was having a bad day he said he's always like that smh. I asked if someone could help me because I didn't trust him working on my truck after the way I was treated. I'll definitely take my business to the Jiffy Lube. From the moment I pulled into the establishment I was treated poorly by the "MANAGER" Deandre. I couldn't believe how aggressive and unapproachable his attitude was with a sweet face like his. I greeted him he was super aggressive I asked him if he was having a bad day because his energy was completely rude from beginning to end till end. He said no I'm always like this I said I see why you have no customers. I asked him if someone else could help me he said no but I saw it was another worker who probably was afraid to speak up due to Deandre being the manager. After all that I didn't trust him servicing my truck because of his nasty attitude. I usually don't bother to leave reviews but I strongly feel like this is necessary especially coming from a business owner I would never want someone like Deandre to represent my establishment with that type of behavior. I had my oil changed here on 10/3/2016 for my 2013 Ford Escape. We were leaving for the week to New Mexico. To my surprise, when we got to Albuquerque it sounded like things were flying off from under my vehicle. My husband looked underneath it, and sure enough the undercar shield was hanging on by only 4 screws (it needs 10). We had to take it to a Ford dealership to get additional screws so parts don't continue to fly off. I'm just thankful it didn't pop my tires or cause us to wreck. I won't be going back to this location for this reason. I will say though that my oil change went quickly and initially I was content with my service. read more

They take good care of me and my car every visit. You don't normally think of mechanics and friendly people but these guys are...every time. Brought 2 cars in and they cut me an extra discount. Went in to get an oil change, staff was really kind, prices were great, & they worked fast. They went over some maintenance that needed to be done but I never once felt pressured into moving forward with those costs which isn't something I've been able to experience at other shops. I've taken my vehicles here before but this time, it made me change my mind about this place. The staff appearance made me want to stand outside and observe while they work on it. I'm not discriminating at all but the techs were all tattoo covered younger guys. I believe staff appearance needs to be professional and I did not see that. The main reason I am writing this is because I noticed that my car was leaking oil from the oil pan plug when I got home. The plug was not even snug. I was able to loosen the plug very easy with my fingers. I would only bring my vehicles here because it was close to my place. If you do take your car there, make sure you observe while they work on it and make sure that they tighten everything correctly. read more

I went into jiffy lube today and was very pleased with the customer service that they have at the location. I believe the man helping me was Jonathan or Joshua Jason it's starts with a J but he said it was his first day at this location he did a very good job was very attentive and actually was a great person all the way around I'm really big on customer service so I will definitely will be returning to this location for further oil changing needs! Excellent customer service! We stopped by for an oil change while travelling and they were able to take our truck right away while we ate lunch at the mexican restaurant across the street. (their suggestion) We returned 25 minutes later and the truck was ready. They were extremely friendly, helpful, offered some advice on services we will need in the near future (but did not push to have us do it then) and then they escorted us to our truck. The young fellow actually opened the door of the waiting room for us, then opened each of our car doors for us, wishing us a safe trip and a Merry Christmas. Nicest people, and BEST customer service ever experienced when having the oil changed. Price is fair and competitive... give these guys a try!! read more
