If i could get 0 starts i could i hope it shows as 0 this place is ridiculous!!!! Yes the store manager Jerry is has nice customer service but that doesn't mean jack shit when the workers aren't doing the job. I got my brakes done then went to the dealership for an oil change and they said i needed my brakes that i just got done fixed ! I took it to Firestone and i had a warranty so they fixed them. My back brakes needed to be done i took them in July 2020 to get fixed when i left it was still making noise and sounded just as bad. It's been 4 months and i take my car to the dealership and they show me and tell me about my brakes. I have absolutely no pad it's metal to metal ! How in 4 months and i don't even drive anywhere. Firestone stay doing 1/2 ass work and say oh you have a warranty come in we will fix it like who the fuck wants to sit in a mechanic shop allday. If they do a correct job the first time we wouldn't have this issue. I suggest going someplace else for work. Go to the dealership yes they may cost more but at least you will know your work is being done correctly. We spent Almost $500 just for brake repair and this is ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest getting my son power wheel truck done here let alone a real fucking car. I am going to contact corporate office because $500/600 for nothing ! My passenger car window would not roll up this morning after I rolled it down to let the heat out of my car until my AC kicks in like I generally do. Driving around in Vegas during summer without a car window is awful! Fortunately, this place was able to get the window back up and didn't charge me. They did give me an estimate to get it permanently fixed if need be. For now, I will try not to roll down my windows ever again! read more

I recently moved to Henderson, and noticed one of my relatively new front tires was not holding air. I was having to add air every few days. I didn't see any damage to the tire so took it to Firestone on Horizon, due to the high ratings on Yelp. Let me tell you, this is the best service I have ever received, bar none, at any automotive service business. Clean facilities, super friendly staff, and the manager, Roger Corbei, is amazing. Ken was great. Brought my jeep to get the brakes checked cause it's squeaking for weeks. They inspected it and said all looks good. Brakes look fine but if the squeaking is bothering me I ca have it changed but they recommend it does not need work. I will be back to have them service my cars from here on out. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I'll try to make this short. This place is occupied by crooks with no compassion. Ultimately, at least two to three people in this store had to know I was being lied to, or lied to me directly, in an attempt to swindle over $400 right before Christmas off a struggling, trusting, full-time student that barely knows anything about cars. Absolutely disgraceful. I had brand new brakes installed by people I trust, but they began squeaking after about a month. I went here for a brake inspection to check it out (the guy who installed them was out of town or I would've gone to him). An employee named Elvis talked to me about how my brakes were done wrong. He claimed they were destroyed, "tangled" and "mangled", repeatedly making dramatic gestures with his hands. He seemed very nice and very convincing. Said I needed both back brakes replaced with brand new ones: over $400 worth of parts and labor. He also said they couldn't let me leave with my car because it was too dangerous, like my brakes would lock up and I would skid and kill someone. I asked them if I could take pictures (of my own car!) while they already had the brakes exposed to show those who had installed my brakes the damage, and they wouldn't let me - huge red flag, right? I was scared to tears, but I said I would find a tow and then slowly, carefully drove the 5 mins to my house. Come to find out, they needed a little adjustment. My guys spent an hour inspecting and adjusting, made a quick trip to autozone, and spent $30 turning the drums. My brakes have been fine ever since. read more

5 stars! Being new in town I had no clue where I should go for vehicle issues. Everyone knows this is one area where you can really get taken for a ride. They can pretty much tell and charge you whatever unless you have experience in the field. This Firestone couldn't be farther from that stereotype. I came in with a screw in my tire and i needed to leave to get my son from California. This was very unsafe to drive going a far distance. Mind you this is a rental car. Management called it in to the corporate enterprise maintence number and no responded.We had been waiting over an hour and a half. The management team of Joe Availa and Gerry Anderson took care of me so i could go get my son. This is what i call going above and beyond for a customer. 5 star service in a pinch. I went in with a flat tire and a brake light warning. I ended up replacing all the tires (they were pretty old), having the brakes figured out, and getting an oil change. I was done pretty quickly given all that (2 hours maybe)? I was able to plug my laptop in and get work done while I waited. I'll go back for service in the future. One of the mechanics backed into my truck and damage the front. Instead of apologizing, he blamed me for not getting out of his way. I was 20 feet away and there were two witnesses who saw the incident and they told him it was his fault. I did not call the police because did not want him to loose his job. 2014 Subaru Outback - tire pressure light came on. Drove into the Firestone at Horizon Ridge and Arroyo Grande. After taking a very cursory look at the tire (barely a glance) we were told the tire could not be fixed but had to be replaced, NO ONE in town carries that brand of tire but they could order it for us, $263. We made a few phone calls and found that Discount Tire on Windmill had our tire in stock. We drove over, they took the tire off, tested it in water and could find no leak, removed a tiny screw head from the tire, put the tire back on and we were on our way. No Charge! Went in to have tires checked. They were 5 years old and decided to replace them all. Fair enough. The lady who helped us was very friendly and I appreciated that. After awhile she offered to have the guys do a free inspection. Ok. They didn't find anything wrong. Yeah! Got in the car to leave and the engine light was on. Turned around to get that straightened out. The mechanics didn't seem to know what was going on. They found a disconnected house under the hood that had been disconnected during the free inspection. After putting it back together the light was still on. They mechanics began to pull out their phones to...? Ask someone for help? I began to worry that they didn't know what to do. We went back into the waiting area while they continued to work on it. End of story so day: light is off. We are back home. But, I don't feel strongly confident in their experience or knowledge. I purchased a battery and paid an extra $15 bucks for installation. Two years later the terminal is corroded because they failed to install it per mfg directions by protecting the terminal with corrosion protection. When I took my F150 in for them to correct their mistake they were very rude and said I didn't buy any extra protection. I showed them the receipt with the installation payment and they stated that the type of corrosion I had was normal... Very poor service and failure to stand behind there services.... read more

Called for a price to do lifetime alignment, price was not honored unless I open their credit card at arrival. They said nothing they can do and wasted my times. The price were higher but was still acceptable because I needed it done but I did not want anything to do with this location and went to another Firestone location. Another location gave me the special right away no question ask nor persuade me into a credit card. I didn't even mention about my previous visit per poor services to get the special, another location on Durango just did it. This location have no common sense to keep a local customer and used bait and switch tactic. I think they operate on their own term and does not practice their brand's policy. read more

We have been going to this location since they opened. Today I had an appt at noon for air conditioning service. They added other needed services. I was asked if I needed a ride home and I said yes they did not take me home until 2:30 when I called at 5 o'clock to see where my car was they said they never promised to pick me up. The guy that came to pick me up had a very bad attitude. Their general manager is gone it is clear this business cannot function as a high level of service without a boss. read more

2 1/2 hours to get a tire replaced is a little excessive especially when there was nobody else in the store. The issue arose when they figured out after about an hour that they didn't have the tire in stock (it's a basic tire....not a performance tire or one for a SUV) and that they had to get one from another store. I accept the fact that things like that happen, however the attitude of the employees left very much to be desired. There was never an apology, and actually a smirk and a "get sc****d" attitude. There's more but really no need to expand on this poor experience as I will never take my business there again. I suggest you think twice also. read more

I had a tire blowout on the freeway coming home from work. After getting the donut tire put on and knowing that I needed new tires, I remembered that this store had just opened a couple of blocks from my home. When I arrived at the store close to closing time, Danielle greeted me and we purchased tires appropriate for my car. I told her I would leave the vehicle and pick up the car the next day. She then said something really amazing. She said that they would stay a little late and put them on right away. The customer service alone gets my 5 stars. I have Never been with this company and I got off of work early, so I went to check if I could get an oil change around 4:30pm (Closing time was 7pm) and I walk into a very rude employee named Charissa looked very annoyed that I walked in. I said hello and I asked if I can get an oil change and all she said was "expect to be here till 7" n I said "okay then, that's fine?" n she right away asked if i wanted to be booked for the next day and since she was so annoyed I decided to book an appointment for that Saturday. She booked it, I said thank you and she said nothing in return so I just walked out. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced for an oil change. I ended up going to jiffy lube, they were extremely nice and got me in n out with in 15 min, gave me a great deal and told me to have a nice night and to drive safe. I understand the stress and how annoying walk ins are but at least a simple "hello" or "sorry we are booked, the wait will be awhile" or even "have a good night" but nothing. Never again will I go there or refer anyone. read more
