This Firestone "COMPLETE AUTO CARE" said they won't mount an 18" tire because it could "break their machine." Really an 18" tire could break your machine? However if I choose to buy $1,000 worth of tires than magically they can do it. I'll be sure myself, friends, family, and coworkers will never bring a car for any kind of service to this Firestone. It's sad becuase the Firestone I go to in Bozeman MT is Awesome! They solve everything and are always my first stop for any repair need. read more

Only to have to return a few months later due to bad tire installation. Upon returning, continued to accuse our family on being in some kind of accident during the time. ZERO STARS - extremely disappointed with customer service! Was driving through Issaquah on Tuesday at 6:20pm. One of my tires was rapidly losing air pressure, Firestone on Gilman was just one block away. By the time I pulled into their parking lot, the tire was completely flat. Went inside and asked for assistance, was told they were not able, only had a lube guy onsite. I was completely stunned. Besides him, I could visibly see a couple guys in the shop AND I was at a TIRE facility asking for TIRE service. With no other option, I changed the tire myself in their parking lot. Exceptional customer service. I came in after having a VERY poor experience at a competitor down the road. I worked with Chris (the manager) and explained my concerns. Given the weather, I felt it was possible the tires had no real problems but I have a brand new luxury car and wanted the validation from an expert that no issues (nails, dangerously low tire pressure, etc) were at play and the car was 100% safe to drive. Chris took the time to explain the situation, look at all my tires and adjust the pressure as needed to ensure not only safety but maximum performance of the car. As woman who is often discounted in situations like these I am truly grateful for Chris and his team taking the time to look at my car and respectfully help me understand the situation. I highly reccomend this tire center and when my very expensive tires need to be replaced I will be purchasing them from this business. read more

Warning please protect yourself from incompetentance and fraud. Do not bring your vehicle here, not even for tires. I did and they absolutely committed both. I had to file a complaint with Firestone Bridgestone corporate. They are also fraudulent, the complaint process protects Firestone Bridgestone brand not the customer. They charged me $1900 and ruined the wiring of my vehicle. Hacked it to bypass my failing ECU so they could charge me for other parts. My vehicle came back completely screwed up. Needing a new ECU and wiring $3500 to fix it according to Honda. What is worse they sent my son in law down the road, telling him all the flashing warning lights on the dashboard were because it was in "Safety Mode " / no such thing according to Honda/ he could have broke down on 405 . My daughter and my grandchildren were following him. This put them all in danger. Unacceptable. I am telling you, protect yourself. I am in the process of sending in my complaint to BBB and the Attorney general of Washington state. I will fight to the end to get a refund and to make them pay for the hacking they did to the wiring system. They destroyed my life for the last two months. They destroyed my vehicle. They destroyed my trust. I actually think, I will suffer for a long time. I do not have the money to replace my car. Now I will have to spend hours on the bus every day to get to work. read more

the guys here are really cool. the service was fast and they answered all my questions about random car stuff i just never got around to finding out for myself. i just bought a car for use here in washington. its hella used and old as dirt. im not used to different weather treads, sizes, n other stuff like that. in san diego they only sell tires. so i got an earfull of usefull info on this, how my car needs some upgrades and other than that they had me out of there within an hour at least. ill be back for sure. plus they always have coupons so thats a definite plus. read more

Beware of Firestone! I brought my vehicle in to exchange my timing belt and they called me back with a $2500 estimate which included replacing my thermostat, engine mounts ($1000), and axel rod...all of which needed to be replaced or else I will end up replacing my belt and tensioner again in the near future. Thankfully I brought my car to another shop who advised my engine mounts and thermostat looked fine! At the end of the day, they are just trying to sell you a service, whether you need it or not. read more

I came into this fire stone location yesterday 3/30/17 and I had a tire that was completely d beaded from the wheel and I needed help with the rest of the dismount basically somebody to put the tire on a machine and press the bead over the lip .the manager behind the counter look at me dumbfounded when I told him what I needed to be done and he tried to tell me that it won't work without even looking at it. I told him to come look at it he said back it up by the bay and he will take a look. I showed him what needed to be done and he just tried to talk down on me and tell me that it won't work and it's impossible and if I'm mounted the tire myself I should have been able to get it off myself. I asked him to ask an employee that actually works on cars what they think and if they could remove the tire and he refused to and told me that he has worked in the tire industry for 20 years and acted like a big shot but I clearly could tell that I was way more knowledgeable than he will ever be. Then he tried to tell me to leave the tire there and maybe he'll get one of his guys to look at it I told him I won't be doing business with him and left I went down the street and somebody at another tire shop remove the tire with in one minute I will not be coming back to this location to do business with the current manager I didn't catch his name and I didn't care to. With guys like him behind the counter you're going to get a lot of people that go to a different store and spend money that is not a good way to run a business read more

this place has pretty "meh" reviews, but i had a great experience. the advisor was so courteous; i had a bolt stuck in my tire and he reassured me it was safe to drive as long as it wasn't actively leaking. he went out of his way to try and fit me in their schedule asap and when i arrived, i actually saw him tell the technician to put a rush on it because i had an infant with me. i mean, you can't get better than that! read more

it is so sad that in this day in time, a business manager still treats an woman in a condescending way, suggesting that she didn't understand what she was told about the cost to fix her car and feeling that it is okay to charge her ~20% more of the cost that was communicated. After all, what was she expecting? That a diagnostic would be performed free of charge? That's what happens when a woman takes her car to Firestone in Gilman Boulevard in Issaquah. Be prepared to be treated in a condescending way and ready to pay for it if your communication skills are not outstanding (despite of they being enough to get you thru a B.A, masters and PH.D. in hard sciences, but, obviously, that doesn't prepare you to understand the answer to the straight question - what will be the final cost of services?) but if Joey Urso, the manager, is feeling generous when you bring your car, you may get a oil change for free to make up for your frustration. They treat you with respect, explain things well and give you a realistic estimate of how long the repair will take (and stick to it!). When there was a glitch with my repair, they went above and beyond to make it right. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to the quote I got from the dealer. Really bad customer service. I had set up an appointment online about 10 days back and received a confirmation. I had also moved other engagements so that I can take my vehicle for a comprehensive service. When I get there for my 10 am appointment, I was informed by the desk agent that they had no record of my appointment and that the online system was not sync'ing with their store system. For 10-days! Hard to believe. He then entered my phone number and found my appointment request. I was then informed that they could not take care of me that day (this was at 10 am) nor did he offer an alternate appointment. The only thing he suggested was that I leave my car for about 3-days. I had purchased some lifetime services from them and this could be an attempt to get out of "wasting" their time on pre-paid services. Sorry Firestone, you don't treat customers this way and you have lost one for life. But you probably don't care. read more

I noticed 2 screws in my rear tire and checked for a nearby tire store. I read the reviews for this Firestone shop on Yelp and did not see anything of concern, so I went to them. Chris, the manager, quoted me $32 and said it would take 2-3 hours to get the job done because they were busy. I walked to the post office and when I returned, they were almost done with the work. I have been there three times and won't go back. First time, they left tools attached to my car and I had to return for them to remove, one of which flew off when I was driving back. Second time was for a brake job, and as soon as I left, the oscillation did not go away, so when I went back (3rd visit) , they told me I had to replace the front brakes (had just had the back brakes replaced). IF you wanna get screwed this is the place to go.I took my truck in for a brake inspection they argued over the 24.95 coupon that was sent in the mail for a free brake inspection the guy read it and said "We always charge 24.95 but I will accept it" the coupon was good till the end of March 2013. I returned after the brake inspection and the 600,00 estimate to fix my brakes he said the rotors were metal to metal cannot be turned the pads were shot and my truck was unsafe I shouldnt drive it and would probley get in a wreck by the time I got to the freeway and I could leave it in there parking lot till I wanted them to fix it. After telling them that I was going to think about and call around they let me know that I would not find anywhere cheaper and how dangerous and unsafe my vehicle was. I drove it home called a couple places and when I took it to someone that sounded to good to be true becasue the savings was 400 cheaper than Firestone I was extremly upset that firestone lied told me my brakes were metal to metal that it was so dangerous I would get in a wreck if i drove it to the freeway. Recently, I had called to order tires for my car. Mason was the service advisor that assisted me. He was friendly, helpful, and put me at ease 'right off the bat', and after checking on my tires, he said he didn't have those tires in my size but that he would order them. Mason scheduled me and even called me several days before my scheduled appointment to advise that my tires had indeed arrived at their store and were ready for me - not to many businesses do that. I can stop right here and commend Mason for just that much good service. Keep up doing the great job, Mason. (My service appointment was on a day that Mason wasn't working, but Chris, the manager, was there to take care of me. Chris was more than awesome, he was friendly, helpful, and really cared about doing a great job with customers as well as caring about his own employees. Very impressive. He took great care of everything for me, I couldn't have asked for better service). This place is terrible. I have been to this location 3 times, and each time they have been condescending and rude to me. The first time I came into the store with a car towed there they just told me that the repair will be "too expensive" and didn't bother to tell me the price until I asked 6 times, in which they just told me that *I* didn't understand what they were saying and continued to act rude to me. I paid for them to do a diagnostic to the car in which they DESTROYED my personal belongings in my car. I went in the second time to pick up my car after the diagnostic, which I was ignored for 20 minutes until someone inside the shop came over to help me after answering the phone. The third time (today) I came in with knowledge of what the problem was exactly but couldn't get the repairs done at the other shop because they close before I get off of work. I went to Firestone, in which the man at the desk told me repeatedly that he wasn't going to work on my car even though I knew what was wrong, and also quoted me 3 times the asking price to just give a diagnostic (which I already paid for a diagnostic and know how much it *actually* is). He then also told me that "no, you don't understand what i'm saying." They pretty much refused service to me twice by making excuses and acting VERY RUDELY and CONDESCENDING to me. If you're a young adult or female, they don't take you seriously and treat you like you're five. This is inappropriate and I will tell all of my friends that their service is shit and will never step foot into a Firestone ever again. read more

On 5/10/2014 I brought my RAV4 in for an appointment because the tire light came on. We usually use the Redmond location (5 years) so I didn't really think anything of it and figured the staff would be just as good as the Redmond shop. Nope. The woman helping me was very nice but a couple times she was in the back room talking to who I assume is her manager and all I could hear was him yelling at her. The woman eventually came out and told me what was wrong with my vehicle followed by the guy working on my car. He brought out one of "my" Iridium and Platinum plugs that was all fried then told me that they needed to replace 6 plugs and all 6 Ignition coils and that if I don't have these things replaced my car will start acting up and eventually fail. The price they quoted me including labor came to $1,919.40. First thing I did was contact the Toyota dealership where we bought our car and asked about what we were told needed to be replaced. They laughed and said that was way too high and that it should never cost that much. They also said you will know when those things need to be replaced. I declined the overpriced work, let them finish my car, paid and left. This Saturday 9/20/2014 we went back to the Redmond Firestone location for the usual check engine light maintenance and asked about that quote. The front desk clerk pulled up our info, made a face and said that quote was way too high. When they serviced our vehicle they checked it out and said none of those things needed replacement right now. The guy was very respectful and did not bash the company in any way because it was clearly just the Issaquah location being dishonest. My experience at the Issaquah shop was horrible and I left feeling so angry about how they could actually think about jacking up prices like that and misleading people who come in trusting that they will be taken care of and get honest prices. I will continue to use the Redmond shop from now on no matter how far I need to drive. read more
