DO NOT TRUST Firestone to service your auto air conditioner. After servicing the air compressor we were told the car needed Freon. After paying and picking up the car the a/c STILL blew hot air. We went back to the store and was told to drop the car off again!!!!!! so It can be serviced. NO THANK YOU. We feel taken advantaged of and spent almost $300 and it's hot as hades outside. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care 11104 N Rodney Parham Rd Little Rock, null 72212-4118 My TPMS light was activated on my 2019 Subaru Outback, so I decided to go to the Firestone at 11104 Rodney Parham Rd to have it checked out. They did the assessment and then told me: 1. There was a nail in the front tire 2. The psi for a back tire was 10 3. The front tires were bald 4. So much wear had occurred in the front tires that the steel band was visible. The estimate with tax for 4 new tires (Subaru recommends replacing all tires at once), along with an alignment was $1117. I do most of the maintenance on all my vehicles so I wondered how I could have missed so many things. After thinking about it, I decided to go have a look for myself. When I arrived, my car was on the lift. I walked into the shop and started to inspect the tires. With the technician standing right beside me, here is what I found: 1. There was no nail in any of the tires. 2. I had checked the psi for all four tires just before leaving the car at the shop. Subaru tells you the psi for each tire. None were below 34 when I left it in the parking lot. 3. No steel band was showing, or even close to showing. There was some uneven wear in the front tires from an alignment issue. 4. The front tires were far from bald. There was plenty of tread left on both front tires. In the past this store has served me well. I had no reason to not trust them. I filled out a review on the Firestone website and a manager from the shop called me and apologized for the, "misunderstanding." I replied that there was no misunderstanding, but after thinking about it I concluded he was correct. The misunderstanding was that they, "mistook," me for a fool. I would encourage anyone even considering taking their vehicle to this shop to inspect and verify their assessment if you are able, and if not, take someone with you who can. read more

Larry is difficult to work with. Bought tires from this location. Larry wanted to charge me for rotate even though I'm a fleet client for general services like oil changes. But bought the tires outside of the fleet service. To help them out but no return help very unkind, very inconsiderate. Go to any other Firestone than this one. Went to Firestone on Chenal they were very helpful and did what Larry said couldn't be done or wouldn't be done. I didn't get charged for rotation and did the oil change through my fleet account. Arrived at 9 and they didn't have my tire size so it was going to be a hour and a half for them to pick up one from the warehouse which wasn't a issue. Talked with grayland at the front counter he was definitely customer friendly and helpful and he helped me out pretty fast and easy to get the ball on on the road. The other fella on the other hand by the name Larry was a a$$ hat. I walked in without a mask for 5 seconds and he instructed me to go get a mask. I agreed because I admit I forgot the mask so I went to just walk out the front door but this guy in a very rude and unprofessional manner told me I could not walk out the front door but walk back through the bay door and back through the garage and into the back parking lot to get my mask. By the way there were 5 guys in that garage Bay Area without masks hoping in and out of vehicles without gloves and this guys worried about my mask?? Gtfoh and stop being such a dick bag, I was literally walking back outside to get a mask no need to be a douch. Anyways back to the real deal here. The tire arrived at 10:30 ish and I payed and checked out around 10:44. So time was on point and Mr. Grayland is the mvp here. read more

Each time I've been to Firestone they have been extremely polite and helpful to me. I'm not really a car person and they take great pains to explain everything in a way that I can understand, including even drawing diagrams. They also know I've not got a lot of money to work with and explain all the costs to me up front and have even recommended other mechanics if money is an issue for me. I appreciate the honesty of someone willing to do that. They also helped me with a previous mechanic's failings. The one time I had to take my car back to them for a job done incorrectly (a minor mistake, not a major one), they fixed it immediatly free of charge with no questions asked. I can't even be mad about it being done incorrectly the first time and cut a star off for it because they're only human and they owned up to it like honest adults, explained what hadn't been done without shying away from it, and fixed it much quicker than I expected. That's more than I've ever gotten from any other mechanic in my life. They're also extremely respectful which, as a single woman, is something I value very heavily in any mechanic I do business with. read more

Horrible!! Lied to me twice. First they said bring your car tomorrow at 3. I did that , then they told me I would have to leave it overnight because they were so busy. It's my only mode of transportation so I couldn't leave it. Then they told me another Firestone they called could get me in. I had a leaking tire and desperately needed it repaired. I drove to the other store. They told me the other store never called them. They were very kind and offered to work me in If the store on Rodney Parham had not lied to me yesterday, I could have called other places and found someone that could fix my tire. I am supposed to go on a long road trip tomorrow!! This has been a nightmare that could have been avoided. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE RODNEY PARHAM STORE. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED read more

Feel duped! Called ahead for estimate on tail light. Confirmed it'd be under $20 when left car. Was told it'd be $70 only after work done. Told 3 bulbs out not 1. How would I know if truth? Didn't show me old bulbs. Didn't call when discovered to ask if I could afford the added expense. Completely unprofessional!!! This was all for my 73 yr old widowed friends' car on social security only, who asked me to help find a place to get repair done. I feel horrible. This place SUCKS read more

Imagine you pay $600 plus on a tie rod and a ball joint then as soon as you take your car off you notice your car is knocking left and right. You take it back to Firestone on Rodney Parham and they say "Have you been in a wreck? b/c theres a bolt thats welded on we can't fix it take it to the dealer." You take it to dealer says it will be $2,500 to fix it and that bolt was welded on by the factory its suppose to be like that. You call Firestone and they play dumb refusing to pay to fix it. When you tell them your car was driving fine before you took it in they have no answer or they just say no like you're lying. So here i am calling corporate office. I talked to the area manager nothing changed, and now I'm on the regional level hoping they fix their mistake. Don't let this happen to you. These guys don't stand behind their work and will make it your word vs theirs. read more

Fair prices - they even did a brake job on my old Hyundai at a discount because another shop in Conway messed them up and they tried to help me out. Make an appointment, understand that the customer parking area is SMALL so park in the back and walk around. This is my favorite repair shop in the Little Rock area - hands down! read more

They told me I needed a new battery and the estimate was 3 times what my Chevrolet dealer would charge. Turns out I didn't even need a new battery. Go somewhere else. Took my car there to get my tire checked out because there appeared to be a nail in it, it took them close to 5 hours before they even looked at it. THEN, they called me and made up some stupid reasons why I needed 4 NEW tires (my car only has 35k miles).. after questioning them about why that is even necessary they came back and said 3 new tires would be fine. But at the cost of $816!!! They wouldn't just fix my one tire without replacing others. Needless to say I picked up my car. I took it to Austin Brothers, they plugged the hole in my tire for FREE and said my other 3 tires look just fine. I am NEVER going back to Firestone. And will tell everyone about their unethical work practices. They are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. read more

I ran over some sort of small, metal tube that punctured my tire and removed the wheel and tire from my truck to take to Firestone for repair. I was surprised to learn that the fee w/ tax was just over $21.00 and I was not offered a break for having removed the tire myself. I was even going to put it back on. When I went to pick up the tire I was informed by the general manager that it could not be repaired and that I needed a new tire. I decided to try elsewhere before ordering a new tire. I took it to Wal-Mart on Cantrell the next day and they fixed it for $12.00 w/ tax. Had I listened to the Firestone folks I would have easily been out over $100. If you have a flat you need fixed, do yourself a favor and don't take it here! read more

This is the worst place in town to have your car worked on. They have this reputation among parts stores, dealership employees, and mechanics alike. This poor reputation is well deserved. Avoid taking your vehicle here at all costs. Their sales girl was very intentionally rude to me. She yelled at me and told me that I had to pay attention to her when she says something to me and then refused to give me the address there so I can tell my ride after I dropped my truck off. Then they installed a bad water pump that squeeks like crazy, then told me it squeeks because "the belt is wet" a week later they are supposed to replace my water pump (510.00$+), they claim it will be done today but the day is nearly over and I still havent gotten a call. Also they did a pressure test and found the leak around the water pump, after they changed it, it still leaks. This place is an over-priced rip off with shitty service and notoriously dishonest business practices. NEVER take your car here. This business should be run out of town. read more

This location is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the LEAST!! I called them to ask about a practically brand new tire that had sustained a flat - a sidewall flat to be exact. The person that I spoke with looked up the account and stated that I did NOT have their road hazard protection and that I would have to purchase a new tire at full price! A LIE. I was disappointed but thems the breaks, right? I was told that they could order the tire and it would be available in a few days. I was also told they closed at 7pm and that I had plenty of time to drop off the damaged wheel and have my tire pressure checked on the spare, etc. I arrived at the shop at around 4:30 or so - as soon as I walked in the door the young lady (generous description) asked "Can I help you?" I said yes, I have experienced a flat tire and . . . - I was interrupted by her saying "well we don't have time to work on your car today you will have to come back tomorrow!" Then I started to explain that I had called earlier in the day and she had the nerve to interrupt me AGAIN and yell at me "NO YOU DIDN'T!!" That was enough to set me off. I did NOT want to argue with the brainless twit or her idiot sidekick! Bottom line - I went to the downtown location and got it done there. Terrible place!!!! Here is why!!! I purchased my car from a ford dealership so it was in near mint condition. It is a 2016 but ford reselling a near new one of their own cars they make sure they are top shelf! I brought car in for oil change and told then before they got their hands on my car that I only wanted an oil change! they call me while I was waiting telling me that my alignment is off! I tell them just the oil change is what I want! I get in my car to find while driving it the front end is making a noise that it never did. I refused service so they made me car need service! I know that the sell ups that they always try to sell you is where they make their money!!! I went back and spoke with the manager Matt and he looked at my paper work and said that they only did an oil change. My buddy used to work ford a shop and he was told to create problems in order to sell their services. these grease monkeys are GD crooks and I will never take my business to another firestone read more
