I ran over a nail and needed to get my tire fixed, however, the Lugnuts were stripped on my tire. It was Sunday and fire stone was open, but they only had two people working and a long line of people waiting. We were able to leave the car overnight to get done the next day the staff was amazing. I felt so bad that they only had two people on Sunday if they definitely needed a few more, great service we will definitely be back to have the other Lugnuts replaced read more

Scheduled an appointment for 8am , I arrived at 7:40 for them to then go ahead and take my car in already. Waited three hours + for them to tell me they need parts to start fixing the alignment. That was about 10:38am. I don't understand why it took 3 hours just to have nothing be done. I have other car people telling me it doesn't take three hours to just inspect what's going on read more

I wish I could rate negative stars. Firestone is by far the worst automotive care company, and will scalp you for any sort of money. I went in to replace my front brake pads and ended up leaving with a 600 dollar charge, because they did not tell me upfront they charge for resurfacing your rotors. By far the worst company, and service I have ever been to in my entire life. Never go to this place not even as a last minute idea. Hope I can save some people some money. read more

In town for an event at Texas Tech. Hit a curb and caused a gash in my tire. Drove it in an hour before the shop closed. Super easy. Tire needed to be replaced so we could get back on the road. One lady working desk and one man in shop. Should have know this would be trouble. Sure enough it's well after close and I'm still sitting here. All alone. Ugh. read more

My appointment was at 1 I dropped it off at 12:30 so I could go to lunch with a friend, he was picking me up. When I came back after lunch the car was on the lift I got an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and balanced. I walked out the front door at 2:10. I was told it would take two hours and it was less. The two gentlemen who I spoke with were both very professional and very friendly. I will definitely be back to this particular location. On Google they have four stars I would like to add that nobody asked (or TOLD) me if I needed new tires, windshield wipers, or an air filter. I think this is a good place to take your car read more

I made an appointment for 11:00am for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Had my vehicle in by 10:45 They didn't touch the vehicle until 1:25 At 2:10 they told me they were getting my 2 new tires out on. (NOT ASKING, but TELLING). I challenged this as my rear tires are still within legal spec and do not need changing. They didn't want to but they put my old tires back on and gave me back my truck with NO TIRE ROTATION. The manager Todd, said they Couldn't rotate my tires because they didn't have enough tread. Don't do business here. Every customer I heard talking with them was upset over a lack of service. 3 1/2 hours for an overpriced oil change and bad customer service with an attitude is unacceptable. read more

Terrible experience The gentlemen in the shop were more interested in eating chips than getting work done. I took my car there to get a flat fixed. After an hour wait I was told I had two punctures in my tire and I would need a new tire. The young man that was in line in front of me was told he had a side puncture and would need a new tire as well.I declined and took my car to Costco. I had a screw in my tire and did not have two punctures. Was in and out in no time. I would caution against anyone taking their business there. The staff were friendly. I don't understand why four employees were eating breakfast with four bays empty, though. It shouldn't take an hour to have tires rotated. The waiting area had dirt and small pieces of trash on the floor, and it was only 9am. This leads me to believe that either the people closing, the people opening, or both don't care too much about the cleanliness of the store. To be honest, I have come to expect more from stores who service my vehicles. I may skip this location and go to the other one further away from my house next time. read more

I have taken all of my vehicles and my family's vehicles here for service. From tires, batteries, belts, etc. they are extremely helpful! Very professional and friendly staff, they are really customer service oriented and make sure you're happy when you walk out the door. Worst experience with a mechanic I've had in Lubbock, by far. I went in for an alignment a week ago, and they called me and told me one of my struts was bent and needed to be replaced. At that time I was quoted $380 for just the one, and when I inquired about needing to replace two at a time, I was told I was told everything was fine, I could just replace the one, and I had no other issues. I made an appointment the following week to replace just the one, which I expected to pay $380 for, however I got a phone call later that day saying that it would be nearly $900 because they would need to replace both, and when I asked how much it would be for just one, I was told $675. I was confused as to where the extra $300 came from, and the only response was "oh the guy you were with last time was new, he doesn't know anything". This was also the time when I was told about $600 in other repairs that were "needed", I felt like I was getting absolutely robbed. Just a young woman, being taken advantage of because I'm naive. Called another mechanic and got the same repairs, at a better quality for half the price. read more

What a great place. Stopped in to get a minor detail taken care of and everyone there was so nice. They got right onto the little issue my car was having and got me on my way within 30 minutes. I also listened to Dennis assist other customers and he was fantastic even when he had to send a customer to a different Firestone because a specific technician was not available.
