A little slow, (it took them a little over 2 hours for an oil change) but I like that they didn't hassle me about the add ons. They printed out a list of the services they recommend I get done next with the price for each, mentioned it once and that was it. Check online for coupons, I was able to get $10 off. read more

Awful service. We were told it was going to take 2 hours to do an alignment and we agreed. We left the place and came back two hours later. Right after we arrived we were asked to wait, surprisingly the car was still in the same place where we left it, untouched.We had to ask for them to take action. If we would have known in advance that an alignment took 3 to 4 hours we would have gone somewhere else. I'm glad I didn't purchase the lifetime service they offer because this is for sure the last time I will use their service. read more

I have been using this Firestone for years back when Joe was the store manager now it's Serge. I personally have never had any issues. I have always been treated well. The work sometimes might take longer than expected but again I usually make other arrangements so it doesn't bother me. Like the fact that if you use the Firestone credit card they give you 3 months interest free plus Firestone is always sending coupons for additional discounts. read more

I drove all the way from west Kendall drawn by the decent reviews. I have to say that the front end of the house is very polite but beware some of the mechanics. They don't seem to care about your car too much. I had to talk to the manager when I witnessed an employee abusing my car when loading it to the alignment dock. Very friendly, nice place. Even better that it is walking distance to the mall so you can go have lunch and kill time. You will need it. I brought my car in for an oil change, and it took 2 hours. There is a discount coupon on their website for $23.99 which is a really good deal; especially if you have an SUV like me and need 7 qts of oil compared to 5. Tyrone was my service technician and he was really nice. I like that Vanessa, my service advisor, brought me out to my car to show me what else it needed done and to speak with Tyrone. I didn't have anything extra done just yet, because I always like to get a 2nd opinion, however, their prices seem fair, and they do offer a lot of discounts on their webpage, so check it out prior to going in. Took my car here the past few weekends to get some work done since it's within walking distance from where I live. Had the brakes done last weekend and new tires put on today. The work was done satisfactorily, but I didn't feel that this place was anything special. They didn't call me when my car was ready to come get it so I had to come over just out of the blue. Fortunately, it was ready to go. I think I'd try somewhere else next time. Unbelievable Service! I drove a rental car to Miami and a warning came on to add a quart of oil. Didn't have a lot of time to deal with it between meetings. I stopped in to Firestone and after quickly looking at it they poured in a quart of oil and sent me on my way. I offered to pay several times but they wouldn't take any money. read more

Went in to get an oil change with my two year old and one year old. The service was fast and friendly. There is a children's area inside the store and my two little ones loved it. Fair price for an oil change. I went today Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 10 am and there was hardly any one else there. I took a pair of expensive wheels here to get new tires mounted I purchased online at TireRack. I didnt bring my show car here since its very low and expensive. I got a call on cell phone an hour later from them saying, sorry we don't do aftermarket wheels. After I picked them up and went to another shop, the guys at the other shop showed me the rim edges and spokes where badly scratched up. He said they wanted me to see before they worked on them. I couldn't belive it! I called them back and was told they didn't do it. REALLY!?! UNBELIEVABLE!!! The guy at new shop said they have a protector tool that should of been used to dismount and mount tires on nice wheels. Do not go to this Firestone for tires on nice wheels whether stock or aftermarket!!! Oh and the shop I went to was down US1 next to Sunset Place - Tire Kingdom. read more

Do not visit this Firestone location. Been happy with Firestone overall (customer 7+ years), however this location is very sloppy: Left out one security lug nut from new tire install, then fixed it by buying me a new set. Then didn't balance tires properly. I got them balanced at another Firestone location after driving on highway. Firestone service is good, this location is not recommend. read more
