Very bad experience, 3rd time, which is why we've decided to write a review. This visit was because one of our "Firestone" tires was flat and it needed to be repaired. Employee rudely told us "no" we can't help you, maybe another store can, you can leave your car for the day we might get to it. Employee went on to say we can't help you because the people ahead of you have appointments (there were 2 people sitting waiting/6 hours until closing). We have to make flat tire appointments? It's not like we expected to jump to the head of the line-its just that being this is a tire store, customers needing tire repairs should be expected. We went to another company, they were extremely busy at the time with many customers ahead of us and some with appointments. We were told it would be about a 45 minute wait which was fine because we were just glad someone could repair our tire today. However, to our surprise they not only gave us 5 star customer service before/after they patched the tire (found 1 nail) but, we were out the door within 15 minutes of check-in AND there was no charge for the service! read more

Very bad experience. The mission wasn't complicated : changing one pre-ordered tire and repair an other one. I had to wait 5 hours with the same information" it's on the way". Finally they changed without my agreement a third tire and charged me for an " hazard road protection" I never requested. Definitely an unprofessional service and misrepresentation in the invoices. read more

John and Matt were consummate professionals! John helped me realize I only needed one tire and not two and had it delivered a day sooner than estimated. Matt was great at getting the new tire on and getting me out of there as quick as possible. Great experience overall! read more

I was greatly disappointed after my last visit here. They did a terrible job at aligning my car; it's pulls right like it hasn't been aligned in 20 years! Not to mention it completely balded my brand new rear tires after only 800 miles because of the terrible alignment. I have the lifetime alignment package here so I'll take it back in and give it one more chance to make it right. Until then though, I'm going to have to leave it at 1 star. read more

Every time I walk into this place for an oil change, I get told it will be at least a 2 HR wait. I always end up going somewhere else. I am sitting here right now waiting on 4 new tires. My appt was made yesterday and I was told tires were in stock. Waiting here now over two hours and they are waiting on one of my tires to arrive. Why the hell wasn't it ordered yesterday when I made the appt?! And why did they lie and say tires were in stock? Never returning. Also reading the rest of the reviews angers me. Their generic "apologetic" reply to each one only infuriates me more. read more

I feel like I have to dig deep into the details of every transaction I make with this store. (1) I have had tires put on where I have had to clarify every detail of the cost/price of the tire. (2) Most recently, we had a pair of tires put on my son's car. The tires had a rebate. We have now spent several hours over several months dealing with Firestone and the company offering the rebate and no rebate yet. (3) I had break pads put on my car. They make terrible noises and feel squishy when I apply the breaks hard. I took them back twice to have firestone check them. They said they were fine. When I took them to my regular mechanic to have them checked, his comment was "These pads will stop the car but that's about it. They are cheap and I wouldn't put them on my car." I trust my mechanic and have been using him for years. I regret having firestone do this work. (4) some friends of ours had breaks put on their car just before taking a trip. On the way home their breaks failed. It turns out that something was done incorrectly when the breaks were put on their car. read more

We got a flat on our way through the state, heading home from a trip. (It always happens on the way home...) Being Sunday, nothing was open and the other Firestone in the area was rude and told us he wouldn't be able to get to it until the end of the day. It was 8am! But this location (Jamie helped us) was polite on the phone and told us to bring it over. We did and they had our tire changed in under an hour, after attempting to repair the damaged one. (It was a bad puncture so we knew it wouldn't be fixable but they tried anyway.) Jamie was very honest and helpful about recommending a replacement tire and went over the tread options with us. Terrible! I counted how many times I had gone to get a service done (FIVE TIMES IN A ROW) and immediately had to GO BACK because something wasn't done right... I finally decided to try again for more routine work on a new-to-me car... Had an alignment done and tire rotate/balance, oil change etc. When I got my car, it was so unsteady and rough and went back for them to say that the back tires that they moved to the front were separating, so I needed two new tires. How they MISSED THIS during the inspection I also paid for and all the other work, I'll never understand...and it inconvenienced me for a solid week til I had the time to go back. They moved the front tires -back- to the back of the car. I left with a quote for tires (which I will not get from them). In the past, they have forgotten to put parts back IN my car, oil changes with ZERO brake fluid and steering fluid TWICE! They do far more damage than help and I will NEVER trust them again with any car. read more

Big fan! Went in for an oil change, break check, air filter replacement and tire rotation. Made my appointment and they started me on time. Less than an hour later, all good news. Bill was only $90. Very pleased. People here are very nice. Work area very clean. I'm coming back. read more

Went to this Firestone to have a trailer wheel and tire replaced. 2 months later all the lug nuts are loose, the studs are ruined and I have to replace the hub, studs, and wheel. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I had a great experience here. Construction nails punctured my tire in two spots and needed to get to a store quick and Firestone was right by where I was. Great service. It was busy but they got a new tire put on in a few hours and it was reasonably priced. read more

I went to Firestone yesterday because I had a leak in my left rear tire. They informed me they could fix that one but I had a nail in my right front tire that could not be repaired so I needed two new tires. I said that's OK put them on the front. When I got home I realized they put them on the rear. I called today to discuss the situation and was told to bring it in at 4 PM. I get there today and I'm told no this is a policy that only two tires always go on the rear. These people do not know how to inform customers. I will never use the store again. read more

Dishonest business. I had an online quote for replacement of 4 tires with everything I needed to walk out the door for $574. When I went to pick up the car, the price magically jumped to $680. They decided to charge me for an Alignment service that was NOT part of my quote, nor asked to be done AND they upped the price on the tires. It is a total Bait and Switch between what thy quote you online and what they hit you with when you pick up the car. This place will rip you off. Beware that whatever price you see online is not what you will be charged and watch for extra services that they do without your permission. read more

On 1/23/17 I was traveling south on US17 and blew out a tire on a 4 wheel enclosed cargo trailer. I found the lug nuts too tight to fix myself so I pulled into Firestone to ask for help. A very rude young man working there told me to go away since he was prohibited from working on trailers. I could understand the big corporation policy to limit risk to the dealer and to Firestone. What I could not understand was: 1) why was he forcefully rude 2) why did he not recognize me as an old man traveling through with a real problem 3) why did he not suggest somewhere else to go. Most properly raised southern boys would do this. 4) why the dealer let such a person greet new customers. In my mind this is a deterrent to me ever dealing with any Firestone Dealer. read more

I have been taking my cars there for years. I don't know if they have had a change of management, but customer service and wait time have gone down hill fast. Continue to up-sell every small item that they can. Wait times are much longer than advised. I don't know if they need to hire more people or different people, but the place has gone down hill. read more

I had a pretty rude experience back in February. When I calmly and rationally expressed that I was not satisfied with my repair and was willing to pay more money for the correct replacement parts I was handed my key and told "here, take your key and go to the dealership." Based on the other reviews something is going wrong at this location. I've been using Firestone service centers all over the county and was always satisfied with the service. read more

Once again, the recommendations from the mechanics at this location blew it. I take it there for oil changes and only oil changes. I mean, who can't change the oil. Each time a customer goes there, they do a courtesy inspection. This time they said I needed a new serpentine belt for a whopping $149! A few other things were listed but were insignificant. I called Gerald's Tires and Brakes and they quoted $101. Plus, they're honest! So, less than two weeks since the oil change and the courtesy inspection, my car starts making some squeaky noises from the front wheels. I take it to honest Gerald's Tires and Brakes. Turns out my serpentine belt is fine but the front brake pads and rotors are shot along with my rear pads. Unbelievable that Firestone missed this on my courtesy inspection. I've had it with Firestone. No more Firestone oil changes, nothing. I wouldn't let them work on my wheel barrow! I caution everyone about using them to repair anything! read more
