I left my car, said I'd be back later. I got a call from the guy, and he said it was a fail because my headlights were too dim. I compared them to my wife's car (which passed an inspection the same day, but elsewhere) and hers were WAY WORSE. Fine. I clean mine up and bring it back. The same guy, I believe his name is Ryan, gave my grief about the plate bracket being too large and it should have been a fail....ok....so then I finally get the sticker and go to my car that's been working on and he had left the lights on (for a good hour from the time he called to say the inspection was complete). What is wrong with this friggin guy? He busted my chops about stupid shit and then makes a really dumb mistake with NO apology. I recommend avoiding this location; there are plenty of other mechanics/state inspectors in the area.

I also had a bubble balancer hanging around. I will never be back to this shop, let alone paying $40+, to not even turn a single lug nut, for a loose tire and loose rim! Old review(now ruined) was 5 stars- Properly replaced and balanced four new tires...I think that's actually quite rare at other shops these days...who wants shaking tires when they're new?...it's hard to find a good shop these days but this one did a good job for me

Waited 75 minutes before they even took the car in the shop. Waited another 2 hours and still not finished. Should take 30-60 minutes to perform the service. What is the purpose of an appointment when they just perform the service whenever they choose. Was a Tire Pros customer for many years until the change in ownership. Will never go there again.
