I used to love coming here for oil changes and never had a single issue. Unfortunately, that has…read morecompletely changed. On multiple occasions, I was turned away because the shop claimed they were "too booked." What makes this even more frustrating is that two people I know came in as walk-ins shortly after I left (not even 30 mins later) and were taken in within 10 minutes. This has now happened to me twice, and it leaves me wondering why I was refused service while others were accommodated. To make matters worse, I was also told that I would need to go to another store and purchase my own parts for a routine oil change before they could perform the service. Customers should not be expected to source basic maintenance parts themselves. That suggests poor inventory management and a lack of preparation. Overall, the service has become inconsistent, disorganized, and disappointing. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this part of this business. I can no longer recommend it and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The process was fine, CJ was our salesman and he was easy to deal with. We paid cash so didn't have any experience with the financing department. A week later the AC quit working, and the check engine light came on. It was running rough and jerking. We took it to our mechanic who said the code indicated a misfiring ignition coil. We were really frustrated and reached out to them. Yes, we knew we had bought a used vehicle and yes we declined the extended warranty. But to have this happen in one week didn't seem right. Jarret from their service department replied and asked us to bring it in. We did, they recharged the AC system and replaced the ignition coil at no charge. So far so good, the AC is working and the truck is running smoothly with no warning lights even after pulling a travel trailer to Ocean Shores and back. So I can recommend this dealer, they stood behind what they sold.

Well this is the right place for you! I took my vehicle here to get a valve replaced in my Jeep Wrangler and received it with my paint peeling and bare metal in most places on the hood. When I received my car I spoke with Rick and asked him what might have caused it and he immediately took offense assuming that I was blaming him. I hadn't thought to until that moment. I did leave disrespectfully, I will admit however, when my vehicle was dropped off there was one part of clear coat pealing off, the only part that is untouched, and it came back to me as seen in the attached picture. When Rick was speaking over me and I was trying to get clarification on what could've happened, or if it truly wasn't a negligence issue, if they had noticed it, without putting the blame on him, the mechanic that actually worked on my car came up behind me with his hands up. As a 5'4 130lb person, amongst other things, I was obviously intimidated and told him to not touch me. This seemed to strike something in both of them. Whether it was done here or not, from negligence or not, is still unclear considering my questions were being spoken over and dismissed. And again, whether it happened here the car was paid for at 1pm that day and there was no mention of the paint issues when it was paid for. Today, trying to figure out a solution to my paint problem without going through these people again, my oil gauge shot up to high and then dropped and stopped my car. Luckily, I was stopped at the toll both and hadn't gotten onto the bridge, yet. If I had, this would be a slightly different story. So if you want a surprise and free paint job, and have a not so relaxing get away to the side of the Tacoma Narrows fixing a paint issue after getting your transmission worked on? This is the place for you!

Some time later one of our car passed 90,000 mile service, and they quoted us some repair for around$5,700.... I told the guy I have never heard of a Toyota with only 90,000 miles needs that much of repair on engine. We decided to call someone for 2nd opinion, and there were things that were necessary.... and the 2nd person says the repair should only cost $600. Don't think we will go back again. I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I will be hiring Aaron again soon for some other projects, he was very easy to work with, and stayed within his estimate which was reasonable to begin with.

Even more suspicious: they tried to claimthere were major issues with my friend's trade-in just to lowball her value, when there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. ​They sold a defective car for nearly double its market value and then offered a measly $100 reimbursement for a $500 tow when the engine failed. If you value your money and your trade-in, stay far away from this place.
