Great product, works perfectly and exceeded my expectations every time. Loved it alot

I was never a big fan of Firestone but would use their service when either there was no other option or if needing to get service when no one else was open. Well, today just reinforced and provided me another reason not to use their service. Needed to get a tire repaired and knowing they where one of the few open on a Sunday so made an online appointment only to find out that application doesn't work or at least doesn't tell if they are booked. I got no notification of any kind. Drove over just to be told they could not repair my tire today. What a shame. Just more big corporate crap. It's not about service but about profit. read more

Purchased four tires, and since I was going out of town. I asked them to check all of my fluids and top off if needed. I had no problem with the tires. I purchased four affordable tires. They took care of the job pretty quickly. However, they never checked the fluids. I wasn't going to have the trucked pulled back in for this. I just did it myself when I got home. I took my car in for realignment and left with a broken interior door handle. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me. At another Firestone location a few years ago I took my car in for something to be worked on and when I picked it up, the driver side window motor was broken with window fully down in the middle of monsoon season. Very convenient that after I get my car serviced something else is broken before I even leave the property, causing me to have to spend more money to fix it. I can now say I will never be taking my vehicles here again or recommend to anyone, especially because they were no help with covering the cost or even a discount for these issues THEY caused. Just had a remarkable experience at this establishment. Had them do their $9.99 full inspection and had a couple things fixed as a result. More importantly, beginning with advisor "Nick," I found the employees to be professional, honest and very transparent. No smoke and mirrors or sales push. They did a fantastic job! Wow, what an experience. My co-worker and I went here for a noise in the front end of my car, which we were told would take a few days to check out. Left the car and rented one for several days. We got a call that the problem was in the axle and it had to be ordered. I ok'd this and went back two days later to a rude and unprofessional young guy that front counter who told us the axle replacement was $600, not to $430 we were quoted. He told us we had been called and approved the higher quote (nope!) and then refused to alter the price, and said we could not get the car back without paying. He threatened a mechanics lien and storage fees if we did not take the car that day. With all the money we put out for the rental, we paid and later disputed the charge with Visa. We put in a customer complaint with the customer service, only to waste time on hold for hours to find out you have to put in a complaint with CORPORATE customer service, which is an entirely different organization than just the regular Firestone franchise. My colleagues and I put a lot of money into the local economy in Queen Creek on business trips, and this is one place that we won't be back to. read more

So I've always heard this place is very expensive so I've never bothered bringing my vehicles here. However, I'm getting ready to take a multi-state road trip and my time is limited and I was at Safeway on a Sunday and saw they're open, so I called. I simply wanted to know if they work on brakes. They do- great! So I asked if he could give me a quote for brake pads only. As I'm telling him what I have he (without looking anything up or asking me any questions) says that it'll be $600-$700(!) I thought maybe he misunderstood me and thought I wanted "the works" or something so I said "just for brake pads- the shoes and that's it?!" He started to veer off topic and wanting to know when I wanted to bring it in, and that I would have to leave it, etc., so I interrupted asked him why would it cost $600-$700 to change the brake pads only. Now I know I'm not the smartest person in the world and I'm not a mechanic but his answer still didn't make any sense to me. He said because there are a lot of little nuts and bolts. Oddly enough that answer didn't satisfy me so I asked him again but maybe with a more pronounced tone of confusion and this time he said that he has to get the parts directly from Ford and they're expensive... and there are a lot of nuts and bolts... so I laughed, thanked him, and hung up! The last place I took it to (not Ford) replaced the brake pads and put brand new rotors on it for less than $300. They're just super busy. But I'll still have to try them again!! A place like this will never have my business. read more

Went in three separate times to get an oil change. The first time I didn't have an appointment. Then the second time I made An appointment online that never got accepted, but it said they would call me if anything changes. So I still went in, the young man told me he couldn't get me in but could make me an appointment for the following day at 5pm. I finally got in and got an oil change that was $122!!!!! I drive a 2017 Volkswagen.... My boyfriend came here and got an oil change on his 2022 Ram that was less than $60... I asked them why mine was so expensive and he replied with "that's what you get when you drive a European car". Bullshit anyways ... I got my car back and guess what... OIL LEAK. I went back to get it fixed and that gentleman was very nice. This is why I should just stick to my dealership to get an oil change. It's just unfortunate that you have to make an appointment a month out. That's why I came to Firestone and probably never again. read more

I've made 2 appointments lately the first one for my truck to get an alignment and I got a call soon after making the appointment online saying my truck is too big for their alignment machine. Well 6 months ago I purchased a lifetime alignment after they aligned this same truck. Now I made an alignment appointment online for my other car before heading out of town. I showed up 30 minutes early. Sat in the while finishing my breakfast sandwich and watched 3 employees hang out in a circle talking. When I walked inside to give them my keys I was quickly told that I didn't have an appointment. Even after showing the manager my confrontation email he told me that there was one car in front of me and it would take 3 hours to get mine done. Moral of the story. Find somewhere else. read more

Today only reminds me why I left working for the Company Bridgestone Firestone back in 2020. I pulled in to get air in my tire. Temps dropped so I figured it was that. We see a nail in my tire I said hey can we get this fixed real fast. The mechanic says yeah go get it written up. Let's paint a clear picture. I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE LOBBY AND THEY HAD JUST OPENED. The customer service rep up front says yeah we can do it but we have a couple appointments coming in and they take precedence. I get that but it's a flat repair in the middle of my tire. I worked there I know how long it takes to repair a flat. Then said could you leave the vehicle. Like really, the guy who was getting ready to start on it couldn't just knock it out. A whopping 5 minute repair and change a customers mindset of your company. Now I assure you I will never return to Firestone I will make sure every time a family member or friend or work associate asks me I will let them know of every other place they can go. Worst part is I'm shopping for new tires for my truck and since I put their tires on my wife's car I would put them on my truck but HELL NO. Never again very sorry organization. The only reason why I give it a 3 is because they never do what I ask. For instance, I go in for oil change and they want to inspect the car. I didn't ask for that granted maybe it's for safety, but as a customer I know about the car more than anyone else. So, it is quite annoying at times when they ask or insist on other things that should be done to the vehicle. I understand it is a business and it's great to ask to see if the customer wants it, but if they said no just take that as a answer. read more

Firestone misdiagnosed check engine light. Not once but twice. I took my vehicle to another company and it was diagnosed and fixed within hours. I paid good money for a misdiagnosis, parts, and labor.,Firestone would not even refund the diagnosis or part. Firestone customer care took my info and promised to get back to ke within 48 hours.
