Firestone used the wrong refrigerant in my AC system, causing nearly $9,000 in damage and requiring a full system replacement. This is clear service negligence. I have a case number and have reached out repeatedly, but no one from corporate will respond, and the store owner hung up on the dealership trying to fix the issue. I am seeking full reimbursement and accountability. Someone at Firestone needs to address this immediately. read more

I wish I could rate this place lower. I called to get an alignment for my 2021 F-150 and ensured to ask if they can provide an alignment with the lane departure system, as they did not have that capability last year. They assured me they could do the service and when I dropped off the truck, after an hour, they informed me that they "Didn't have the correct software." I asked the correct questions when booking my appointment, was placed on hold to confirm, and was lied to. The gross lack of integrity infuriates me and based on this I will NEVER use Firestone again. We had been using Firestone for many, many years. Slowly, as management kept changing, we became strangers to the new staff. We took our daughter's car that had a strange noise to the same Firestone we had been using all these years. We ended up paying almost $4000. The car was even worse when we left! They even replaced the catalytic converter, which we found out later was unnecessary. We took it back, they tinkled with it, the noise was gone, but the gas usage was worse and the car was dragging to move along. I went in debt to ensure my daughter and her kids safety to no avail. They truly know how to rip off those who need their car fixed for the sake of their business. God forgive them and God help me forgive myself for being so gullible. read more

they tore up the negative post on my battery and rinky-dinked it so that it "works", but I am having some electrical issues that need to be addressed. while looking things over I also realized that a bolt on the housing is missing and wonder out loud IF that is the reason I might have a vacuum issue. I know Richard tried his best but REALLY they ought to replace my battery for messing it up totally so that I can get another diagnostics done. read more

My girlfriend had a flat tire this morning and I told her to go to Firestone since it was the closest tire shop to her and she went there and they told her that her tire was no longer good and that she needed a new tire which they say it was gonna cost her about $280 for one tire so I leave work to go to her and upon arriving her car was still parked in the parking lot and they didn't even take the tire off to see if it was actually bad so I told them to just put the spare tire on and I went to Discount Tire and told them that I need a patch on my tire which took some time because there was a lot of people there but they were able to fix the tire for a reasonable price and not try to scam me to buy a new tire when it wasn't necessary. read more

I left a really good job to come to work for this company due to more money and benefits. The manager is very rude and cusses out his employees for something like not working fast enough on your 2nd day or cant hear from from the other end of the shop. They rip people off by suggesting more than they possibly need on their vehicles and charge an insane amount price for the parts. I have no complaints with the work done on my vehicle or the service from the staff. I usually go to competitor because of two simple things. They have free wi-fi and their waiting room has really comfortable seats. Every place I have ever gone a basic oil change takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half, if nothing else is wrong. if there is something else wrong then I would leave and come back. However, 45 min to an hour and a half is to long to sit on thinly cushioned metal chairs, oh and no free wi-fi. These seem like relatively cheap and easy fixes and would seem to go a long way in making folks happier with waiting for their vehicle. read more

Brought a company vehicle in for an inspection, I should've asked for a timeframe. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half before my truck was moved into a bay. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing. Good company but I suggest you plan for a couple of hours for an inspection. read more

I had a great experience at this location today. After getting a flat tire I was so grateful Firestone was open on a Sunday. My options were limited but the customer Service has made my decision to go with Firestone from now on. Ernest (Ernie) went above and beyond to be sure we had a great experience. I have never been so disappointed with the service at this location. I scheduled an oil change for noon. I added the state inspection upon arrival. It initially took 40 minutes for my car to be moved, then another 30 before work started to actually be done. I am now 3 and a half hours into the wait for my vehicle. And I am STILL waiting because my air filters that were never ordered as stated an hour earlier. read more

The service here is very slow..... I understand first come first serve, but when they do finally come and get your vehicle it should not over 45 minutes to fix a flat....I'm still waiting.... Bought my tires here and they did not do a good job on balance, vehicle shutterd when it was stopping. On another visit I tried to get in to have my brakes looked at,and counter manager was not looking for any more business that day. My husband bought 4 new tires for his suburban here and bought a guarantee for repairs etc. First, he got a nail and it took three, THREE hours to repair... Today there is a screw in his tire..m they said leave it overnight... Are you freaking kidding me? What kind of tire business makes you wait a day for a simple repair. I will NEVER use Firestone again. Discount Tire is busy but takes care of you... Cordova I'd a family business and has great prices of you don't have a guarantee. Boo Firestone... Terrible customer service and nasty attitude. TOTAL RIP OFF because we PAID extra for service we DO NOT GET! We're at Cordova. Fifteen minutes and ten bucks. Yay Cordova!! Dropped my car off for an oil change and state inspection yesterday morning. Should have been routine stuff, right? I gave an extra star for the reasonable price and the courtesy shown at the front desk. The job performance itself was poor, though. One, they forgot to reset the oil life dashboard reminder meaning a second trip. Two, it looks like they didn't upload the inspection results. I can't renew my registration online--system says no inspection info found. I called them this morning about the inspection. They said perhaps a server issue and put me on hold. After a 7-minute wait, I just hung up. Looks like a third trip back to resolve a seemingly simple job. Thanks for the experience, Firestone-Cattleman. Terrible service! I took my vehicle in today for a required state inspection and was there over an hour...but the worst part is that the guy at the counter was assisting customers over the phone instead of the 2 standing directly in front of him. He was polite and stated he would assist us momentarily, but c'mon how difficult is it to place someone on hold to assist people who have been waiting to speak with you. My vehicle had been sitting out front, ready to go for at least 20 minutes, but do you think he noticed, nope. Once I realized he was not going to call me up there to let me know my vehicle was ready, I went up to the counter only to have him tell me, "he would be with me shortly ". This place is ridiculous. They weren't even that busy. I will never go to any Firestone, ever! Do yourself a favor and stay away unless you have hours to waste. read more

I don't ever write reviews but this place is the worst. I had a nail in my tire but the tire was still holding air just fine. I went over there and tried to get the nail removed and tire patched. They told me it couldn't be repaired and I would need to buy a new tire from them and they would keep my brand new tire. How convenient for them. I left and went to my dealer and they repaired the tire for thirty bucks and everything runs just fine. This place will try to screw you. Stay away. read more

I came here to get the windshield wipers replaced on a rental car. Enterprise has a contract with them, so I was happy to be able to stop by here instead of switching out the entire car. I've FINALLY found an honest and reputable place to take my car. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and prices last year when I first gave Firestone a try. I went back today and nothing has changed. The manager was a pleasure to deal with; knowledgeable, patient with me, & explained everything in detail. Although my car is still under warranty, I will definitely be using this location for any maintenance, inspections, etc. I'm also surprised to read a review from another Yelper about how they were sold something they didn't need. Today when I needed one tire replaced, I mentioned that I'm sure that means that I need two new tires, if not four. The manager actually assured me that my other three tires are still in great shape and probably have 50,000 more miles left on them. He had a perfect opportunity to 'convince me' that I needed more tires, but that is definitely not the way this location is run. Honest people do still exist these days! read more

Took my care in for some major work. Service managers were super nice. They answered my questions and made sure the work I requested was done. They even kept the car safe overnight because I could not get there before closing. I have been going to this center since the mid 1990s. I have always been treated fairly. Had a great experience here after my dealership tried to overcharge. Jason helped so much and explained the prices and work we needed which was all half of what the dealership quoted me. We got new tires and brakes at a good price. The time it took to get done was appropriate for the work. I'm very happy with the work done and appreciative of Jason for all his help. Been here on 2 occasions. First time I went no one was at the front desk for about 10 minutes so I left. Second time there was still no one at the front desk but someone showed up eventually. Had to wait in their lobby which is fine, but they decided to vacuum while I was sitting there. Please wait the 2 hours until you're closed to vacuum your carpet. Don't do it while you have customers. Air conditioning sucks. read more

I haven't visited a Fire stone for over a year. I needed a simple tire rotation so I figured they would be able to do it. I called and spoke the receptionist at the desk. I was quoted 20$ for a tire rotation. He took my make, model and year of the vehicle. He again said yes sir we can do it for 20$. I get to fire stone and hand over the keys. After waiting the receptionist and the mechanic come back in stating that the tire rotation is now going to cost 100$. They try to explain that I have direct tire rotation. Again this company/location is trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. I explained that Lexus did the rotation a year ago with no problem. I drove over to America's Tire. I told the gentleman what happened at Fire stone. He was unsure why they couldn't rotate my tires so he walked out and look at the car with WITH ME. America's Tire rotated my tires for free.
