My car had a catastrophic radiator crack on a family road trip and Firestone was the closest mechanic. I took it in, explained the situation and Henry and Carlos took very good care of me. They realized how crucial quick and good service was and bent over backward to fix my car. They went the extra mile and saved the trip. I am very very grateful to have broken down next to them. If I lived in the area, I'd use them for all my routine maintenance. They were honest and very competent in all our dealings. Thanks guys. read more

Dan was straight up and honest a refreshing difference especially for the area of business of tire selling..they helped me apply for credit for my tires and wahlaa I had my tires thanks again...if your on the fence on where to go for your tires don't be..you get a straight up no nonsense place to put your tires on and a relaxing place to chill when there doing their work on your truck or car. read more

I needed some tires before heading back home from the WRLL tourney and came here for the good deal I found from Firestone online and it was near where I was headed. I hope no one ever comes here for anything though. To preface, I did all necessary maintnance before this trip besides the tires. I am waiting for my car, which took 2 hours just for tires, and notice a puddle on the ground and my gf said something was dripping from the center of the car. I could not go in and look since it was in the work area. I wonder aloud if its oil and the worker quickly says it could be washer fluid they filled up (which, guess what, was bone dry when I left just like when I got there). A bit earlier they told me my oil was low. I don't know how since I had checked it since being in SoCal a few days before. My car has sat overnight at the hotel and at the little league complex for hours on end with out a drop of oil looking. There would have been a puddle of some sort. Since filling it I have not lost another drop. It just seems really fishy. To cap it off they did not clean the grease off my tires from the installation. They did some other weird things, like mark down my check engine light on the work order they give when complete, but didn't bring it to my attention (I knew it was there and it is not a real problem). They also had my battery as being secure, but when I went to fill the oil, it was missing a tie down. In the end they only told me about what work they could have down themselve to make an extra 140 bucks. One item was the stupid your air filter is dirty. Guess what, it's supposed to be. In the end I think this place is a scam. But you make your own judgements. read more

Me and a couple friends had a tire blow out on our way from ventura as we were headed up to big bear. When AAA wasn't much help, we managed to get our truck to firestone since it was the next best option and closest tire shop to us. When we arrived, they were nothing short of helpful. They immediately assessed the situation, and started work on the truck. Since we were already in a hurry, the woman (tina) said it would take about an hour which was understandable. But it only ended up taking 20 minutes max which came as a shock and huge relief. We then paid and were sent on our way. I pulled in this morning to Firestone on highland in San Bernardino to put air in our tires as I have done on many occasions at this location. The mechanic checked all four tires and said the left rear tire has a nail in it and is losing air fast. We had put 2 used tires on the back of the car 3 months ago at another tire shop. He asked us if we wanted to have them put a new tire on. I looked at my mom in law and asked her for her advice. We both agreed to follow up right away to get the tire fixed at the tire shop we had purchased them from. He then put air in the rear tire and then said, You're losing air fast so you better hurry to the tire shop. So we went quickly to the tire shop and The tire shop mechanic was very helpful. He checked all in 4 tires thoroughly and reported to us that there is no nail in the tire that Firestone claimed that was there, he even checked the brakes for free and said we were A-okay. He only charges me $5.00 for his service. This is an eye opener to all. read more

One time I came here just to get two tires done and it took forever not to mention it was almost 200 just for 2 tires here to buy and replace got a different car recently and needed 4 new tires since the car was used and went to a different place close by and it was 280 in order to have all four tires replaced and they were done in about half hour and the tires were brand new plus when I went here it seemed like they were trying to rip me off because they gave me a whole list of things that needed done read more

They Steal! Beware, I took my car today to get all 4 tires put on over 1k. The lady told me 2 hour wait I got there a little before 12pm I Said ok they looked busy so noproblem. She asked for my keys to go check the mileage so gave them to her (I only have 1 set). Now I know I'm in San Bernardino, so before I got there I put anything of value in the trunk and BMW's have a lock in the glove box so you cannot open the trunk remotely unless you have the key part on the fob. Well I forgot to take that part out of the fob when handing them over (stupid mistake). But I hand them over and I go to subway for about 15 minutes and walk back something told me to check my car that was still parked in the lot. I did and when I get to it it's unlocked and about 5 dollars of change I had in my center console are GONE. I go inside and ask if they moved it. The lady responds No. I said well my car is unlocked and the change is gone, I do not have the keys. She comes outside and sees that it is infact unlocked and can't explain how this happened. Now I can't leave because my tire is shredded. Unfortunately they are the only ones that had my run flat in stock so I do t make a big fuss. I ask if I can park my car in the front where I can see it and she says yes and hands over the keys. Now when I move it I figure ok no big deal it's only 5 dollars. But in my state disbelief of how stupid someone could be to risk their job for change I left my Vape in the car. ($150 vape) I literally sit where I can see my car as the mechanic switches way tires out. And at almost 4pm (4 hours later) they return my car to the front I pay and hop in. (I just wanted to get the hell away from this place) I had asked for one of tires to be put in my back seat since it was still in great condition. I realize not only did they keep my tire that I asked for but now my vape is also GONE. I can't with this place. I wanted to file a police report but since San Bernardino does not have funds to send a cop to do a report I was told I would have to go in person to file a report. Now it's to late in the day. But I will be getting that done as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. And posting this on every social media site possible. Btw I was told that the manager was on a phone call and could not come out to speak to me. No apology, nothing. This place is pathetic. DO NOT COME HERE. If you do strip your car of ANYTHING valuable no telling what they might take if they risk it for 5 dollars in change and a vape.
