Instead of informing me that I didn't actually NEED an oil change, these clowns proceeded w/ the "oil change" and told me afterwards that I had over 80% and didn't need service, yet I paid over $80 for this BS! WTF!?!

i went here for a quick oil change for my truck not a great place if you have a fullsize long bed…read morevery small drive thru. next they overfilled my truck almost a quart too much. i had to drain out they oil before my engine was damaged. then i changed my oil myself next time and the stole my magnetic drain plug and replaced it with a cheap nonmagnetic bolt. do yourself a favor if you need an oil change go to the dealer

Then after all of that, I get hit with a surcharge on the oil too. So not only was the service disorganized and disrespectful, it was overpriced on top of it. At this point I literally would have left if I wasn't boxed in between cars. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. You don't treat paying customers like they're invisible. Won't be back, and definitely won't recommend this place to anyone else.

Well they sucked the oil out and then proceeded to tell me they don't have filter for my car!!! They said we will put the old fluid in and not charge anything... NSS!! There is literally an Oreilly parts store less than 1/4 mile from Valvoline, why not send somebody over to get a filter??? Unbelievable, I've used this place for years and never experienced anything like this!! Maybe new management??

I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!
