Bauer was extremely rude, demeaning, and angry bc he was called out for these multiple attempts at padding my invoice. He got away with the bulk of it by refusing to allow me to pay what was agreed and wouldn't return my vehicle though i'd driven 4 hours to pick it up on Christmas Eve. YOU are much better off taking your equipment to the dealer for repairs.

He completed the inspection. As I drove out I noticed the brake pedal went right to the floor, a blown brake line! I drove back and he immediately got defensive and dismissive. Reluctantly I left my car there for him to fix the line, he took an extra day making me wait and lose money on Uber rides. Then when I came to pick the car up, he says the entire line needed to be replaced and it came to 410 dollars!!! Absolutely absurd, I worked in auto parts for over 20 years, I've known many mechanics in my time. None of them would have wanted so much for something that broke on their watch! Suggested replacing them at a convenient time during the next few months, as brake pads were fine. Compared to the relentless upselling I've experienced at Jaguar dealer repair shops, Dan's honesty was a breath of fresh air. I was involved in a minor fender bender that impacted the front bumper of my 2020 Tesla Model 3, and decided to employ Peotter's after reading great reviews on this shop. They completed repairs within 1.5 weeks and made extra efforts to allow me to pick up my vehicle even after they lost power after a hurricane hit their area. The exterior hard body work performed looks clean and at the moment I'm satisfied with how it came out. The alignment of the new front bumper with the frunk and headlights looks near perfect and the paint job matches the paint perfectly with the rest of my vehicle. In terms of restored autopilot function, I will have to drive it for a bit longer to properly evaluate if sensors were properly aligned and fixed.
