The module went out It's part of a sales tactic and I was smart enough to catch it It took them a day to get the part from the dealer You can spin this many different ways but it's all about the money. Also I witnessed a Machanic come in with a cabin air filter, the old one was two inches in height the new one was an inch , the Machanic came in for advice and the guy inside says if it fits use it ! Had an appointment to get an allignment at 9 and after waiting 30 minutes I noticed my car was still sitting in the parking lot so I asked when they'd get to it and have it done and they told me it'd be over an hour before anyone got to it. So I took my truck in to get the AC done now there's a grinding noise which they blatantly could've heard so I'm guessing they didn't really do a test because right now I hear it right after picking it up again and now after driving it and sitting at idle like I said to these technicians also are not trained at all to deal with any of the stuff. break shit they broke my door pins that I just got repaired also explained in very detailed how to do it so they don't break my door and they do not look at their notes at all so if you tell them stuff at the beginning and they are typing in notes, good luck on them actually following what it says. I took my car in for a flat tire and 2 hours later they informed me they had wrecked my car by accident. Then they charged to fix the flat. What? They promised to pay for a rental and get my car fixed. I had them put this in writing, Thank God! The manager called the next day and said he opened a claim with corporate. It took 6 days, after I called the local shop a few times to check in, for corporate to reach me. I was driving a wrecked car this whole time. On day 6 I took it to my shop, after no help from Firestone yet. The shop told me to quit driving the car because if it rained water would get into the broken tail light and could cause more damage. They said I'd have to leave the car there to get a bid because the bumper had to come off so I better line up my transportation when I dropped it off. Corporate called and emailed that day and gave me a claim number. I felt like we were moving forward so I dropped my car off next morning to get a bid to be approved by claim rep. I emailed 4 times and called once with no reply for 7 days. I tried getting help from local manager and he could not help. He stopped taking my calls after one week, which I think is really poor since his employee wrecked the car. I had to call 1-800# for Firestone and leave complaint for manager of claims. No return call from them but my claim rep finally emailed me back after that. They wanted me to sign a release BEFORE I get paid and I had to agree not to leave any bad reviews or take any legal action. I refused to sign that because I still don't have my car back, and I'm driving a rental car. I had to pay $29 a day for insurance because Progressive said they don't cover rental cars if no open claim under my policy. Of course I don't want a claim on my policy when Firestone wrecked it, not me. So I emailed the claim guy that I had to pay for insurance as well as the rental rate. The claim guy told me that they won't cover my insurance. This is crazy. They wrecked my car, causing me to rent a vehicle and they won't cover the insurance and he told me if I don't sign the waiver he is cutting off my car rental payment approval. Well, I paid for the car out of pocket and Monday when I go pick up my car from the repair shop I will be paying $3900 out of pocket to get that back since I have not heard back from local Manager or the corporate office in many days. I guess I have to take them to court. What a hassle for something they did! I can't believe that a "reputable" company treats customers this way. I'm so disappointed and angry. read more

Went in the morning to have air put into tires. An older gentleman saw a screw in front passenger wheel as I was placing valve cover back on. Made appt to come back that day. Was told it was back passenger side, explained morning incident, he rechecked. 1 wk later and 3 stops for air in front tire, had to have a tow truck, come and put donut on due to 9lbs of pressure. Called local Firestone spoke with mgr. I did make a drive to Orlando on business, he said could of happened anytime, told him to talk with the gentleman that put the air in, didn't seem to matter. No outward concern for my safety due to his worker's not rechecking tire after he said he had. No, I did not return to store for the repair, and will not return again. Tow truck driver saw the screw when taking tire off and I took a pic., telling mgr he said could of happened after repair, again said talk to the man that saw in the morning. ​Bottom line...why would I return for anything. Incompetence at its finest. The worst, and I mean it, the worst mechanic I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. But first, a little backstory, I got a car from enterprise and whoopty doo it had a nail in the tire. Great, that's exactly what I want from a so called "inspected car" but thats a story for another day. So we call the guy at Firestone (because Firestone is the unfortunate parter of enterprise), and we tell the guy that we need a new tire and enterprise will pay for it. Great! No need for more nonsense I can just drop off the stupid car and drive with ease. Except after we drop the stupid car, the guy calls us and wants to bill us for it. Why? Because apparently he forgot to turn on his brain and his ears were dysfunctional. Awesome! Now we are in a pickle cause this was the deadline day set by enterprise. And by the way we tried to get the appointment earlier but the guy said and I quote "we need three days to get approval from enterprise" end quote. Ok fine! As long as you get the stupid approval so I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars of something that ultimately is not my fault. Anyways now our car is stuck at Firestone and they want to hand us the bill. So understandably we wanted to clear up this mess (which shouldn't have happened because they had three stinking days to get their crap together!) And the guy refused to help because they still did not attempt to get approval from enterprise, and they were about to close. It is almost like it is easier for Firestone to charge a customer rather then enterprise. So we were forced to call enterprise which we should not have been our responsibility from the beginning. Finally enterprise gave a crap and they said they would bail us out of this mess. So long story short they strong armed Firestone to get it done the same day. And quite honestly Firestone were acting like a bunch of idiots not wanting to work. They whined the entire way though the repair and gave us the worst tire they had available. Finally after an experience full of pain and suffering the job did get done. And I just want to say, this is not enterprises or the mechanics fault. It was that idiot that just could not listen if his life depended on it. It is simply just a lack of communication and poor management. read more

I had had to call AAA to jump start my car due to a dead battery. I then drove to Titusville to visit my sister. The car started OK on the trip but I feared it would fail again soon. I did some online checking and found a good buy on a battery at the Firestone in Titusville that also offered a free battery check. I made an appointment online for the next day for 11:00. I got there a little late (11:10) and was told the next tech would do it. I waited until 12:15 on the 5 minute job then asked for my car since I had to be somewhere at 12:30. Later in the day I called another shop and asked if they could do a battery check and how long it would take. They said 5 minutes. The battery did test bad and we discussed batteries. They did not have the one I wanted so I will buy one when I get back home. read more

Cause damaged to my rear end by running into something and would not fix. They backed my truck up in the parking spot so I didn't notice (they probably backed it in on purpose). When I got home I walked around the truck and notice a huge dent on my bumper, dent on tailgate, paint rubbed off, and shattered tail light. I called them and visited them and they would not admit wrongdoing nor fix anything. Completely shady. Will be going to my insurance company to deal with them and also submit complaint to corporate. Uncles, aunts, parents, spouse, sister all use this store for a couple of decades and for them to do something like this is absolutely pathetic. Then the parts house sent the wrong part. They actually sent the wrong parts several times. Because I had to get to work the manager rented me a car at no extra cost for the 2 days they had my car because of the parts issues. That alone will keep me coming back. I went to have a noise I was hearing in the front end fixed. While I was there I had a service job ( oil) and tire rotate. I had to bring the car back two more times to get the noise fixed. They just randomly change parts I guess. After the first try I noticed a vibration in the front end. They said I needed three of the four motor mounts replaced for $798. After they finally got the initial noise fixed I took it to Jamie's auto for a second opinion about the mounts. He said my car only has three mounts and they are all fine. I had a mismatched tire that was moved to the front via Firestone rotation. They never told me it was a problem. Jamie moved it to the back. Vibration went away from front, alittle in the back now. I'll get two new tires once my bank account recovers from the three trips to firestone read more

The customer service I got was the BEST, I have never received that much dedication and work ethic from any major chain auto care store. The Manager Ryan Goodin, will do anything he can to take care of you and doesn't sell you on a bunch of bullshit! His staff is beyond polite and helpful with any questions I have. Matt and Sean, took an hour after close trying to find the correct parts needed to fix my vehicle, and they DID(something most shops wouldn't even waste their time with!) That alone will keep me coming back. Great way to get repeat business. Best place in Titusville! Bridgestone should really take notes on what these guys are doing for their customers! Wow! I took my Camry in for an oil change and an brake inspection. I was thinking I would need new brake pads because I had not replaced them since purchasing the car 2011. This Firestone told me I would need to buy ROTORS & BRAKE PADS. WOW! Rotors adds another $200, YUK! So I called around to ensure that I was not being overcharged --When Mike Erdman in Merritt Island, FL told me they do NOT even have rotors for the Camry in stock because they NEVER have to replace them. Guess What?!? That's what all the Toyota Dealerships say in Orlando.. So sad Titusville Firestone is making up crap to replace on your car that doesn't need replacing. So SAD. I've always had a good experience at Firestones in general so this was upsetting! So I took my car to an Orlando Dealership that said I only needed my Brake Pads replaced and they charged less than what Firestone was quoting for Pads. read more

Stopped in to see when I could bring my vehicle in to check out my brakes. Could feel them starting to pulsate. Expect to get an appointment in a couple days. But nope, they were able to check out my brake problem right away. Turned out I needed front brakes and rotors. While getting a complete vehicle inspection, they found my strut was real bad. They showed it to me. It was real bad. Had to replace both front struts, and it wasn't easy for the tech. He had to chisel the old bolts off. Then had a front end alignment done. Took quite a while to get it all done, but knowing what the tech had to do, I could understand why. When it was ready to go, the service writer apologized for the amount of time it took to get everything done. It sure wasn't their fault it took so long. It really wasn't all that long for the amount of work that had to be done. Good job by all the employees. Yes, I would recommend this Firestone Auto to anyone. read more

My vehicle was problem free, suspension checked two months earlier. Went in for oil change and tire rotation, they call me to tell me my cv boot has ruptured and was slinging grease all over but luckily the fix is only $275! I went to see and they showed me fresh grease smeared just where you would expect if the mechanic had just done it, no dirt or grime in any of the grease. They said it must have just happened... Thing is I live short walking distance away from this shop, the vehicle had no burning grease smell when I came home from work 5 miles just an hour ealier, or when i arrived at the store, but a few hundred yards driving home after Firestone touched it and it stinks of burning grease. I refused to pay for service and confirmed when i got home, the boot was cut down the center and grease was literally scraped all around. This is a classic dirty mechanic scam to cut the cv boot and play dumb. They are the worst type of crooks and snakes at Firestone in Titsuville, beware. read more
