They ripped us off.!! They installed faulty tire sensors. Wouldn't fix the problem after bringing it to their attention.. They did nothing for us. Telling us we had to take our vehicle to the dealership. They are shady, rude and even took our truck for a joy ride. Went there with one sensor light on and now we have two. BEWARE!!! I took my truck in for a water leak and they put a water pump and hose on it!! I left and my truck overheated! Took it back and they said tech forgot to put clamps on the hose after putting them on I left and my truck overheated again! The water hose blew off and had to have it towed back after waiting in the heat for over an hour! This time the tech forgot to tighten the clamps! And when it overheated this time it blew my engine! I filed a claim and they had an inspector come out and he agreed with their sister mechanic at Tires Plus that is what caused it! The engine only had 23,000 miles on it! Firestone denied my claim and against inspector and mechanic! A new engine and labor cost $6,000! Was told to seek legal advice! Now I am calling all over for help! Let me preface this by saying that I left angry and said a rude thing to the young man at the counter, but he clearly didn't care so I only take half of my anger back. Today was a mess. My appointment was for 12PM, so I arrived at 11:30. I waited 20 or so minutes before an employee could talk to me. Odd because there wasn't anyone really ahead of me, but whatever. The employee I spoke to tried to tell me that I didn't have the lifetime alignment on my file, to which I immediately said "I can grab the paperwork". Suddenly, I do have the lifetime alignment on my file! Wow! At around 12PM, I looked over and saw my car in the parking lot. Okay, I see a few cars in the garage, normal I guess. 12:30, car hasn't been touched. 1PM, car hasn't been touched. "What the hell?" is what I'm thinking at that point. 1:10PM, the car is moved to the front of the garage, but not inside. Fast forward to 2:20PM, I get called over and told that my tire has a nail in it, that they can't do anything, etc. Thing is: I was given the same song and dance at the location in Stuart, so I bought a tire there but told them to just give me my keys here. I get home, checked out the tire and turns out there was a nail, but I managed to fix it without any issue. Oh, and when I got home and looked at my email, I see that they recommended that I get a new battery for $260... I just changed my car's battery earlier this month! A brand new Duralast with a four year warranty! Bunch of fucking scumbags here. The value isn't worth it, so I'm going to hit up a local shop next time. read more

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This was one of the worst services I have ever received with my car at Firestone. I was due for an oil change and went in to service my Jeep at this Firestone location on Okeechobee. As I came in the customer service representative,( the only reasonable worker), Alex greeted me to the store. I told him that I was here for an oil change and was also thinking of a tire alignment. I told Alex that my car is fine operational wise and the only code I saw was for my tire pressure because of the cold week we had. I even took a picture that day of my code. We were all set and he told me that since I'm leaving my car all day then I would have time to do an alignment. I said ok and went to work. The only call I received was that my vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. Nothing else was said. After my shift, I returned and was handed the keys and when I started my car three new codes popped up and I couldn't turn my wheel. I was scared to drive it and asked what the happened. A mechanic on shift looked and told me to test drive it to see if it would go away, but my car could not turn, it sounded like my steering wheel was going to snap. As I walked inside, another mechanic, Charles, went over my car notes and this new issue. I told him what I came in for and what now is popping up on my car. The only solution he had was to leave my car for the next day so it could be looked at for the alignment. No acknowledgement to the unsafe condition my car was given back too. The next day, Charles called me and said that their alignment was done "right" and what could have been going on was a sensor on my wheel. He also said that the alignment wouldn't have triggered the sensor. Even though a tire alignment works very closely to a tire sensor. Hm, doesn't make sense... He did a code test and then said that the right wheel bearing and the sensor would quote for over $600. I couldn't believe that I gone in for a simple job on my car and now had new problems I didn't have before. No notice of what popped up, no call about what they saw, they just handed my keys like that was their best job to give and have a paying customer drive. Today, I spoke with the manager, Darius, and was met with unprofessionalism, attitude, and no solution to help my situation. As I told him what happened he acted like he didn't want to hear it and repeatedly said " my hands are tied and I can't do anything about it". Charles also chimed in with his opinions about my car which didn't help. Now I had these unprofessional men telling me about what they couldn't do and no one was willing to help or work with me. I got upset, felt embarrassed and small not only because I was the only girl there, but I'm doing my best to take care of my car everyday. After I came from their bathroom collecting myself, Darius then mansplanes my concerns and the situation wasting more of my time. My car was fine and was returned like shit, what can YOU do to keep me as a customer after handling my car like that? Please if you're a young lady, a mother, a father ,a new resident, or even a guy that cares about your car like I do, DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will quote you with the highest price possible for extra things you don't need, not tell you what they did to your car, won't take accountability to how they treated you, and will give you back your car in a condition that can get you in a serious accident. I took this vehicle in for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment. After tire rotation, I stopped the job because all four rims were damaged from removal of wheels. The socket they used to remove the Lugnuts were larger than the rim holes they fit into, Damaging the rim holes where the lug nuts held the wheels. Explaining this to chat, a Firestone complaint, Service explain to me that this was curb damage on the rims . My recommendation is beware of the small and easy jobs to show you how professional they are not. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Brought my car in for a diagnostic check and it needed a replacement ABS hose ($1200). The very next day go to turn it on and it's dead. Call Firestone and they SEEMED super helpful at first. Offered to tow the car and in their exact words "cover the cost of the tow no matter what" and it was something outside of the work they had just done, the cost of the difference was on me. Seemed fair enough. Once they had the car, the story completely changed. They did not offer to cover anything anymore and said "even if their employee said that, he was not authorized to do so." They took zero accountability after giving me a dead car after spending $1200 to fix it, offered to pay for the tow then took it back. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. read more

I have a 2017 BMW i3 Rex that had issues with the AC. Taking a vehicle in for anything at the dealer is an auto $500 charge just to check into it. So, I wanted a place that might be able to perform check and even repairs for my EV. Searching online brought me to Firestone's webpage advertising that they now service EVs. Services includes AC, tires, and more, so I planned on bringing it in, expecting resolution for my challenges. First, the call to the shop left me on hold for :30 mins before I was attended to. The person on the phone confirmed that the service was possible and that I should bring the car in. Arriving to the shop, the guy taking care of me asked me to wait a moment while he asks if this is something that he can do. He returns with the Tech lead and has a conversation in front of me, then proceeds to say, "so, did you hear what he said?" They were not talking to me, so I wasn't trying to listen intently, and shouldn't have to if I were the person asking the question. The tech and other guy should have that conversation. With the customer, not with each other so that I am forced to eavesdrop to answer my questions. The statement was, "we'll see." That was the assurance offered after the website stated service is conducted at this location. I left the car there and awaited a call to inform me if we could proceed. The next day, I received a call indicating that, "l should seek an electric specialist or take the car to the dealership, because they cannot service the car." unacceptable! I pick up the vehicle, and the same guy who checked me in helps me. I tell him that I am here to pick up the BMW, to which he recalls the issue at hand. He says nothing about what was found, performed on my car, or suggestions based on findings to me. Just wants to check me out and get me on my way. Luckily, the tech guy comes in and asks if I was informed about what they found, to which the lazy attendant replied, "I am sure he got a phone call telling him that information." I did not get one like that and he should not assume that. The job of the service counter people is to relay information and assist the mechanics in performing tasks expected of the customer as requested. Inform me of what happened? And what can or should be expected so I can make a choice that either improves your bottom line and my travels. I will take my car to Foreign Affairs Auto and get it fixed. Meanwhile this review may hopefully impact your bottom line. Do not advertise a service you are not capable of doing. Do not treat people like they are insignificant. Spell out what is done or needs to happen so we can come to a conclusion together. Hire or train your front of house people to attend to the needs of those who pay their checks. Truly, a five-star operation! This is my third set of tires from them granted one of the installs was up in Buford Georgia, but they were also outstanding. A brand new set of destination LE threes on this car, balance alignment, even fixed state, broken bolt on the left rear wheel hub assembly no charge, excellent people who know their stuff I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Furthermore, I know two other people who have also had five star experiences with their vehicles getting new tires, front alignment and balance. If you need your car worked on this is where you go in the West Palm Beach area they have my car riding smoother than it ever has and that's a vehicle with nearly 278,000 miles on it. Long story short. Made appt for 0700. Got there at 0645. At the counter they said multiple cars in front of me and my appt was at 0730. I showed them my appt time they sent me and confirmed and they didnt even look at it, no F*** given. Just said "you gonna drop off? I don't do email". I'm so done with all these big company auto care places. DONE. I have 4 trucks and they're all going to mom and pop stores from now on. I had an emergency and needed a battery. This Firestone location is top notch. They did the work for me right away and at a fair price. Best of all we loved the attitude of the mechanic. He was a young guy who did he work meticulously. The manager was very understanding and got us in right away. I highly recommend this shop. read more

When with my 2010 Nissan Altima for radiator replacement after three tries I still have an oil leak somewhere underneath the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They sent me on my way after a tire repair and decided not to tell me I had a bent strut. The car got more screwed up when driving because they did not let me know. This was after they told me they had 2 tires for me, only providing me with one saying "put air in the other one and you will make it home" I called to complain about the lack of communication about the strut only to be answered "well we got you off the lot like you wanted". I would not mind waiting an hour for an oil change but when I told the service writer I made and appointment he said the wait would be more than 2 hours. I recently took my car in for something as simple as a tire totation, they couldn't even do that right, the tire i needed rotated from front driverside that was spent ended up on front passenger side. The two rear tires weren't even touched. That's pathetic service. The staff they have in place isn't even capable of doing a simple tire rotation. CAUTION with this repair center....TOOK ADVANTAGE of a young girl driving an out-of-state car. Daughter went in for an oil change on a car that was just completely inspected with nothing needing repair. After the oil change she was driving down the road and smoke was coming from under the hood. She went back, they told her it could be a hose or could need the radiator replaced. Either way, $20.00 to diagnose. Told my husband it would cost $155.00. When my daughter came to pick up the car, it was $188 to replace 2 radiator hoses and some fluid. Then, as she is paying they mentioned the car doesn't have a thermostat and should get one! How could a car we have driven in Michigan for thousands of miles not have a thermostat? Or had one suddenly come up missing? Suggested brake fluid change, filters, etc.... Like a college kid can afford all that. It was just to scare her into needing more repairs. We had a mechanic go through all that before she got the car. We are not happy. Talked with the manager - he claimed no wrong doing. I'm certain they must have regular clientele that they treat wonderful, but if you have out-of-state plates....BEWARE! read more

This place is quick, efficient, and go above and beyond. I came in for an oil change, got exactly what I wanted and my car was returned cleaner than when I had arrived. Trustworthy! They will tell you if you don't need work done, take your car to Firestone for a second opinion when one shop claims you need something. I took my car to Midas for an oil change they claimed I needed $350 brake service. Firestone checked my brakes said they were in good condition, no charge! I've been to Firestone at leaf 4 times since I moved to West Palm and they've always had great customer service, discounts, and they are reliable. read more

Like most women, I hate to take my car to the shop, and I usually have my husband do it. My husband had a meeting to go to and our car had a flat tire and the spare was not dependable either. My husband assured me that this Firestone was a very friendly and trustworthy place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere (even for a woman). I agree with my husband. The whole experience was no longer than 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, from the service advisor (Kevin) to the technician (Sam) who came and explained where the damage was and what might have caused it, and that since that tire already had two repairs, to expect to have to replace that tire if the next flat occurs. The lobby was very large, clean and had magazines that were not geared just for men. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and I will go there for all my future car repairs and maintenances. Also, the price was very reasonable and they didn't try to talk me into other repairs. read more
