This place is the best. The staff are friendly and they do an amazing job. I only have time on the weekends and it gets packed but they spend time on your car and it always comes out great. You get a stamp card and every ten washes the rain x package is free. I highly recommend this place. read more

Ive been coming to this car wash for a long time. The service is always the best their costumer service is what keeps me coming back and the reasonable prices. They always have a great deal for me and always leave my car extra clean and smelling delicious. Firestone Car Wash is by far the place to be to get FIVE STAR treatment! I'm a local and loyal customer who visits every week. I've been going there for years and when I got my new ride last year it was clear my new baby would be treated right and I knew exactly where to go to get her taken care of. Today was was even more special than a normal visit. I got my car detailed inside and out, and I couldn't be more happy with the awesome customer service and the finishing look of my car. More than happy to say the least! I was so happy I went and bought pizzas for the guys that work so hard all day long in this damn heat! The guys are so nice and always so friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this CarWash. I was here about 2 months ago and got my car fully detailed. My car was a mess and the seats had several stains that I desperately wanted to get cleaned. I looked at reviews and decided to come here. I was helped as soon as I pulled into the business and the gentlemen who helped me were very polite and straight forward with me. They gave me a price of $160 which hurt a bit when I heard it but then I was ok with it because that was in the same price range as other places with horrible reviews. He did mention that some stains might be tough to get out but that they'll do their best and I believe I got their best and oh boy, I was very impressed!!! My car looked absolutely new! Today, I came in for a vaccuming and carwash and am leaving a happy customer once again. Needless to say, I think I found my CarWash spot. read more

This place consider a hand car wash bullshit I took my car to get wash my car a little to low to put thru the machine so he said we could wash it off the line but it'll be $22 I was like I just want a basic wash he said I could do $20 I told him so u charging me 9 dollars extra to not put it thru the machine considering this's a hand car wash eventually some other guy came along and told the guy I got it he charge me $16 last time I'm going there. read more

I have been coming here for years and I've always been happy with the results...but today I took my car and when they finished with my car I saw so many dirty spots on it ...idk how they didn't see the marks it seems like they didn't pay attention to it. I am extremely picky with my car, and how it's cleaned. I have been coming to this car wash for 8 years. Even when I had a beat up car lol and still with my new car there is no other place I rather take it to. They always manage to leave my car fresh and clean that everyone who gets on my car thinks i just got the car and I have been having it for almost 2 years now. The only reason I didn't give this spot 5 stars is because it is a little pricy compared to other car washes but then again they do an awesome job. They've also raised the prices for some of the car washes. Which has also recently made me just settle for the Rain X wax wash only. Even though you might have to pay more I highly recommend the hand wax if you really want your car to look fresh out of the dealer hand down! read more

Please AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I came here to bring my brand new out of the dealer challenger obviously for a hand wash..... left the place with my paint SCRATCHED!!! (Mind you my front is MATTE so it is extremely visible) I would always request Ricky whom seems to be the ONLY person who seems to do his job right, but even though I requested him, someone else took over his job ( which was the person who scratched my car) To top it off, management doesn't do anything about it. Wow!!! I needed an urgent wash on my car since my car is black and the day before I had major bird poop stains. (My luck always) I searched for a car wash near by and this one seemed to have pretty good reviews so I gave it a try. I pull up and the greeter was super friendly! He offered me a decent car wash and wasn't trying to over charge me or make me get extra stuff I don't need (like most car washes) so I got the decent price of 20 dollars for a full wash and wax. Once my car pulled up. I had to notify the guy that was detailing about the bird poop incident. I let him know that I was really only worried about that. His name was Jorge and was super detailed with EVERYTHING. He took his time and focused on the stains precisely like I wanted him to. I was super satisfied with him. I'm definitely coming back and I have to ask for him again! Now my car looks and smells great! I would also recommend black ice for scent :) read more

Great local business, that's why they're always crowded. I called in advance to make sure I got there in time for a long overdue car wash. In fact I came a week ago and they were so busy I left. When I arrived this time the entry was blocked and they said they were closed at 5:30 instead of 6pm as was quoted on the phone. The manager gave me a free car wash and I appreciated it immensely!
