After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

Out of morbid curiosity, I went back to Kings Nissan to see if they would try to get me again, and of course they tried. I was interested in a new Nissan Z, and I was told there were no 2025 manual Z's available in Ohio. I was told there were no black 2025 Z's available in Ohio. I drove Kings Nissan red automatic Performance Z and was not impressed with the transmission at all. To say the offer to buy the 2025 Z Performance was ridiculous is an understatement.($1000 down and $800/month for 84 months). I left with my Sentra assuming I would have to wait to get the black manual Z that I wanted. I was telling my daughter about the experience, and she wanted to know what the Z looked like. We just happened to have dinner at a restaurant near Busam Nissan, and I said we would stop to see if they had one so she could see it. She loved the C7 and wanted to see a Z. I walk in the showroom and I see a black 2025 Z Sport sitting there. I walk over to it assuming it's an automatic, but it's a manual. Busam is the closest Nissan dealership to Kings Nissan (10 miles). It became clear that Kings Nissan wasn't interested in servicing or satisfying anyone. The deal I accepted for the black manual was better than the 3rd offer from Kings. There was no "what do you want your payment to be" manipulation that is a typical tactic of salepersons. The sales staff before and after purchase were phenomenal. I was so impressed that I brought my son there to purchase his first new car (2026 Kicks SR) that he leased. He loves his new car. The sales manager sent me a "Z" keychain that I received in the mail a week or so after the purchase. It was an unnecessary gift but very appreciated. If I were to have anything negative to say about Busam Nissan is that you cannot schedule service from the MyNissan app. You have to call to schedule a service appointment. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. All my future Nissan purchases will be from Busam and I would recommend them to anyone. Avoid Kings Nissan or any dealership in that auto group. Their goal is to hose you out of as much money as possible. I sent the attached pictures with a less than friendly message to sales associate at Kings NIssan. He got off easy.

Keith was great, no fake sales pitch, no adding things on that we didn't want, just straight talk and facts allowing my wife and I to make a good, educated decision on what to do. We explained what we needed and I felt they went above and beyond to reach our goal. They gave us a fair trade value on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler and we drove away in a beautiful 2026 Rogue Rock Creek. I feel bad I cannot remember the gentleman's name that evaluated our trade, but he was excellent as well. Again, very straight forward with pertinent information. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend doing business with them.

For five years I trusted Kerry with this truck and spent a lot of money maintaining it. That trust is gone. I brought it to Kerry for the 130,000-mile service. Nearly $900 and almost four hours later, I drove away. Less than 24 hours later, while driving down the highway, warning lights came on indicating the transmission was overheating. The truck started smoking and fluid was coming out from underneath. I had it towed back to Kerry. The first thing I was told? "The transmission was overfilled." Unfortunately, that didn't exactly shock me. This wasn't Kerry's first fluid related f-up with my truck. Previously, after another routine service, my truck started smoking on the same highway and I had to have it towed back to Kerry because the engine oil had been overfilled. So yeah, when they initially told me the transmission was overfilled immediately after a catastrophic transmission event, I wasn't terribly surprised. Then, about a week and a half later, their story changed. Now I'm told it was a CDF failure, apparently a known issue with the 2020 F-150, and the transmission overheated and vented fluid. And the fact that this happened less than 24 hours after my $900 service? Just a magical coincidence. Maybe it was. Maybe I just won the world's shittiest lottery. What really chaps me something awful is that I've done everything the right way. This truck has been serviced exclusively by Ford dealerships since I bought it new. I trusted Kerry for five years. Less than a day after a $900 service, I have a catastrophic transmission failure. Riiiiight. Kerry's solution? "Here's your $5,400 bill." I didn't expect a free truck. I expected them to give a crap and work with a five year customer to find a reasonable solution. I offered the GM several potential solutions. Nothing. No call. No email. No text. Not even a courtesy response. Just silence. That's a pretty interesting business strategy when you're dealing with a customer who has a 136,000-mile truck, has spent years servicing it at your dealership, and was potentially in the market for another vehicle. Five years of business earned me a $5,400 bill, a changed story, and complete silence from the GM. Hell of a loyalty program. To their credit, they did accomplish one thing: they convinced me that Ford builds pieces of garbage and Kerry Ford has no problem leaving its customers holding the bag.

We were no longer aloud to get take the car ANYWHERE! "Per manager" said Matt adlesperger. And he also tries to pressure me to make quick moves.
