The Geico repair shop did a mediocre job, and I could not call anyone with all my questions since I was always routed to a string of operators. I switched to State Farm because I heard of the quality of service they offer, and all for a reasonable price. When I spoke with a State Farm rep, Trevor (now my agent), I learned a lot about all the coverage my previous insurance lacked. No one ever broke down the basics of car insurance to me before, and Trevor explained everything clearly and in simple terms. He was also very honest, giving me a lot of pros/cons of why people would select certain types of coverage. I basically knew what I wanted after my accident, but he still took the time to give reasons to potentially select higher or lower coverages in different areas. She has not returned my calls or responded to my email. This isn't the first time I've experienced this behavior with her and is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
