I called the lady Named B and the number on the website. And no One answered. I waited outside like 30 mins or more. And nothing. No call or anything. I decided just to come home and they called me on my way home. The lady had the audacity to tell me "well did you knock on the door?" "I didn't know that we had to instruct a grown person to knock on the door". I said "well if you are running a business shouldn't you answer your phone when it rings repeatedly." I was pissed by then. So unprofessional. She went from being that nice person to rude and condescending. She did offer for me to go back and blah blah blah. She stated that there are about 8 people in that house and that they did not hear me. Yes 8 people! ANYWAYS... And of course no refunds if cancel after 72hrs. Red flags went up when I had to reach out to them repeatedly for the damn address. I should have known better to choose this scam. Similar situation happen to another person who used this "business" but not as bad as me.I would understand if it was a different situation like me not showing up just because. Enjoy my HARD EARNING 1300 dollars, I saved up for unlike you taking people's money just like that. This is My original post from google by the way. My grandmother is recovering from a fall that caused a temporary brain injury. We needed more help than I could provide and I was desperate. I found Care Renewed online and the reviews were all excellent so I called and Fritzi was in our kitchen in 2 hours to discuss care and had a caregiver for us the same evening. I finally had a good night sleep! The team that worked around the clock to take care of my grandmother was so warm, lovable and competent. I spent many hours there with them. They took care of everything in her home from laundry, cleaning, bathing to just hanging out and listening to her stories. It's nice to be comfortable with caregivers when they start out strangers and now feel like family. We had a previous experience with a home health company so I was reluctant to hire another. The former sent an aide that was sick and asleep when I stopped by. Thank you so much Ms. Fritzi for the care, attention to detail, hands on management, and the visits you made yourself to check on my grandmother. She is precious to us and you are all the best!

We contacted Rae with Moore Helping Hands who came out to meet with my mother, my father, and me. Rae is compassionate and knowledgeable and has an amazing team of caregivers. From the moment my dad arrived at home, Rae had one of her friendly, skillled caregivers at their house 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The caregivers from Moore Helping Hands provided excellent care for my dad and they were also very helpful to my mom (by encouraging her to take naps, helping her with housework, etc.). They also worked very well with the staff from Hospice Austin so it really felt like we had a cohesive care team focused on keeping my dad as comfortable as possible. We feel very fortunate that we found Rae during a stressful and sad chapter of our lives. I don't know what we would've done with her and her team!

I took my time and wrote out a note. All though I do NOT recommend this place for post surgical needs, I will say that the ladies were nice. I just wish the place was more suited for post surgical needs. A service you are paying for and you are trusting to take care of you is what you should receive and I honestly just was very disappointed with the Texas Recovery House Suites located in Austin, Texas. The manager Alexis was super informative of the process of how things worked which eased my mind and helped me with the pre-op anxiety I was having. The driver Kim is so sweet and helped me with my luggage moment she saw me. She's very nice. The transportation vehicle smelled so good when I entered it and they have a bed in the back to help you lay down after your surgery. The other friendly face, Eryn, is AMAZING. She cooks for all of us, checks up on everyone and makes sure they do what they're supposed to do to feel better. Eryn and Nova are also exceptional and wow do I feel catered to! They have wifi so I was able to be on my laptop to kill time, and have access to Netflix and Hulu on the TV so I got to binge watch my favorite shows. I booked a private suite and made myself at home. I recommend bringing your own favorite blanket and maybe a small 1-2 pillows to help you acclimate to your new "home" for the days to come. I also brought my own pillow sheet because it helps with my curly hair so just a thought for those who are light sleepers like I am. The mattresses have like a clear wrap on them most likely to prevent any stains from drainage etc, so it will feel pretty weird to just lay on top of the sheet and feel the plastic underneath that. I brought a king size faux mink blanket; folded it hot dog style and laid it down as my sheet and the plastic feeling was gone, so yes bring your favorite pillow and blanket so you can settle in. The massage therapists are licensed and come daily in the morning. My room had a nice closet and bed frame with nooks in it so I could store all my meds vitamins socks etc. They provided me with a small plastic caddy too so I used that to put all my bathroom necessities in it to make my bathroom trips simple and don't have to worry about leaving things behind. Overall happy with my stay. Really relieved I picked out a good recovery home. There's also a snack area and fridge where you can grab Gatorade's, chips, snack bars, fruits, anytime you like. They keep the house pretty cold for sanitary reasons but they provide you with a comfy robe to make your life easier after surgery and to stay warm. It's hard for girls to leave reviews when they are in this amount of pain so while many don't leave reviews unless something didn't go great for them I can truly say any negative feedback that previous people left had me concerned but I can see the feedback was noted and accounted for because my stay is going amazing. Also each room has its own personal Window AC so I love that so I can adjust the temperature how I see fit for my own space. I prefer it to be much warmer. If you're coming from out of town I highly recommend this place. Will try to update with more pictures if I am up for it during my healing journey however as of now everything is GREAT. Update: Today I met Sam and she has been such a help. Between massages and helping me get undressed and dressed for the shower she has made my life easier. I also met Francis and she's so sweet. She made the best blueberry pancakes ever and they both made me my arnica teas to help me heal. My healing journey is going great and little by little I don't need as much assistance. My dad being on top of paying people, paid my moms next months fee of $3500 early, then 2 days later she passed and Paul Yanez, the owner refuses to give my dad his money back for services not rendered, over a year later. Paul has no moral compass. Do NOT subject your loved ones to this house, staff, etc. You will regret it.

I would…read morenot recommend them due to an incident with one of the caregivers who was walking around our property (no reason for her to be outside) and her foot fell through a plank in our deck (not a damaged deck). We reported this incident immediately to HC. Alice, the owner contacted me and asked me to pay for the medical check using our homeowners policy. Are you kidding me, this was completely inappropriate - as they inspected our property before coming out and we were not the caregivers employer. We were losing our father and we were in no way financially responsible for this incident nor could we handle this kind of issue while facing the death of our father. I would definitely not recommend this company. I have been a healthcare administrator for over 30 years - and knew the procedures for employee incidents. This was so heartbreaking to have Alice to attempt to get us involved. I would not call this Heavenly Care........

We were assured that this would not be a problem. Clearly, it was a problem. The first time we scheduled the information we received from the attorney changed and so we changed the dates at the last minute and then had to cancel. Then our second attempt we were told that it took too long and too much effort to get caregivers for me and that because we had canceled at the last minute even though we paid the fee that was a huge inconvenience.
