But then Thursday and Friday came and went with still no estimate. I messaged the company to ask if they were still interested in submitting a quote, and that I hadn't received the estimate. You were asked to fix the slow opening and most of all to fix the fact that a child could open to a point of getting into and access to the pool, which is always our biggest priouity. your words.....they do not make things the way they used to and so this is the way it will open. i could come and tryyyy to fix but, also that is how it works now. as for the not closing tighter, y0u said this is the way it will be.
