They were on time, and out of all the quotes I received, they were also the cheapest! Other companies, also wanted full payment up front, which I was concerned about. They took care of the fridge with plastic and blankets, had to take my door off and put it back on safely, and installed it properly. Whereas it has always taken 3.5-4 hours in the past. I found them doing nothing multiple times. They had a bad attitude, walked very slowly, and heavily smelled like weed. Something that in the very recent past has cost me $400-500 including the tip, it was almost $1000 with this company. The owner did not even offer a discount in light of these events. The team (Ruben and Omar) showed up right on time and immediately made a great impression--they were friendly, courteous, and very respectful. Moving can be stressful, but they brought a calm, professional energy that made the whole process feel much more manageable. What really stood out was how careful they were. They worked efficiently, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. Everything was thoughtfully packed onto the trailer and then unpacked into the new home with the same level of attention. Nothing was broken or damaged, which was incredibly important to us. They were also very clean and organized, and just genuinely nice people to be around. It made a big difference. Sebastian & crew were awesome. They were extremely professional and efficient--they did the whole move in 4 hours, including taking apart and reassembling some difficult pieces of furniture. Based on our estimate we were expecting it to take at least 6 hours, and cost is largely based on how much time it takes, so they saved us hundreds of dollars by being so quick. They move my stuff from Lampasas to Houston and put in public storage the storage was not robbed and or broken in nor did anyone have any keys they either took my belongings or put them in the trash I was following them on the highway in my car they disappeared two times and I believe they had someone waiting and or a car to put my stuff in. Something very shady went on there's a lot of little things missing and I am going to pursue all the complaints that are applicable they are insured when I called their claims department they told me I didn't file in 60 days these bastards knew I was going out of state to Washington so they got me because if you don't file the claim in 60 days you're out of luck. I am alleging negligence theft and Corruption.
