While Robert didn't personally come out to inspect the roof for the quote (side note: none of the companies did--it was all done over the phone using mapping software), he stood out in a big way. Looking back at my text and call history, Robert spent no less than three hours answering every single question I had. And I mean every question--even the dumb ones--answered promptly and professionally. During the process, there was a price increase on shingles. To Robert's credit, he honored the original price.
