That dentist definitely needs to stick to his day job - which shouldn't be dentistry. He kept dropping the instruments on my arm. When he flossed my teeth, he couldn't really get the floss between some of the teeth. Apparently they aren't equipped with sinks so you get have to swallow or get vacuumed up - which he didn't really know how to do. Family Dental is basically what's wrong with dentistry. It's about the money they can get out of you. Not you or your health.

I went in for my first appointment with this dentist, and it didn't start out well. They have a…read moresandwich board outside the office and it had a big politics related sticker on it, which included a swear word. Given the event the sticker was referring to it had been up at least 6 months. Swear words, on the sign outside a pediatric dentist office. Someone had made an extremely poor attempt to remove the sticker, but the words were still clearly visible. When asked about it, the staff said they'd mention it to someone. They were 10 minutes late getting me started. I have a complicated medical history, which they went through in detail. Put those together and by the time they were ready to start cleaning, my appointment time was up, and they have a strict policy that they couldn't go over time, so I had to leave. I gave it a second chance (the sticker was still on the sign untouched) went in, only to see a different dentist who also wanted to go through my history. They questioned every detail I provided and flat out refused to take the safety precautions that my doctor required, telling me that I was making them up. At which point my appointment time was once again up and... well you know the rest. Never again.

What I've always loved about Dr. M is his ability to explain the course of treatment in a way that's easy to understand. He's also always been very realistic about results. Then I went to Dr. Bebrin who is very knowledgeable with Invisalign and he clearly explained to me that it was possible. My case was complex and long, and I've been going to Dr. Bebrin for 7 years. Everytime I go, it was very clear what we're doing. Even after I finished my payment plan they still treat me the same as any other customer and just charge a small office visit fee. The payments plan was manageable and clear, the staff is great, and the Middleton office is very nice! A+
