Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. They continue to raise the minimum requirements on their accounts so they can charge your more each money to hold your money. Go go in too early on a Monday and expect them them to have change or be able to break large bills....they dont get their money until later in the day.
