Restaurant did not give a refund because we discovered the cockroach a day after while warming up the leftovers. That being said, we were staying across the street at the Courtyard and wanted Chinese takeout so it was convenient. The food was actually all really good! This Chinese food was pretty good. The only complaint that I have is that it said the sweet-and-sour chicken would have pineapples and peppers that was not the case. The sweet-and-sour chicken was only fried chicken, white rice and sweet-and-sour sauce no pineapples or peppers as stated in the ad, the eggroll was really good and the wonton soup was tasty as well. Delivery Review TLDR: It's cheap Chinese food that won't break the bank (as far as expensive Miami is concerned) but also won't exceed your expectations. If you have a Chinese food craving then it's solid, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Food: I ordered Krab Rangoon, Wonton Soup, and Chicken with Cashews (Average 2.5/5 Stars) Krab Rangoon: These Rangoon were BIG, like 2-3 in wide and were fried nicely for their heft. As other reviewers mentioned, the filling was a tablespoon of sweetened cream cheese and the smallest amount of Krab you can imagine. While I appreciated that they were nice and crunchy, the lack of Krab and sheer size of the Rangoon made them less than ideal. 2/5 Stars Wonton Soup: The soup was okay at best and the wontons were similar. There was a slightly funky taste to one of the wontons and the noodle casing was thin and mushy. The filling was some combination of ground meat and needed more seasoning. 2/5 Stars Chicken and Cashew: Good serving size and great ratio of meat to vegetables. While the meat was a little chewy (seemed like it was steamed instead of sautéed), cashews were baked to perfection and the brown sauce was nice. It is served with water chestnuts, but I asked for those to be taken out, and the restaurant complied. Delicious & inexpensive - my favorite! I had been looking for new lunch spots downtown near my work and was so happy to stumble upon this place! The prices are great and the portions are massive. The employees are friendly and the restaurant is tiny yet orderly and clean. They have fantastic lunch specials - $11-15 for entree, choice of rice, and soup or spring rolls with tons of options to choose from. I split one lunch option over the course of two days because it was plenty! The rest of the menu is extensive as well. The food comes out fast and hot! Their hot oil is very delicious and most Chinese restaurant don't offer hot oil. Their fried rice is full of flavor and very tasty.. I usually ask for my rice to come without the vegetables. The rice is prepared perfectly and is not mushy. They offer a small or large portion for their fried rice. They also have a lunch special that ends around 4pm but it doesn't include the fried rice. The only issue with the location is parking. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Miami and the parking is terrible and difficult to find available spaces. Their is a parking lot nearby the restaurant and it is $7 bucks for 30mins. The restaurant also offer delivery several partner delivery services. I highly recommend this restaurant and try the salt and pepper spicy wings... you wont regret it! read more

THE worst Chinese I have ever had. And I've had ALOT. Didn't even finish it. I was forcing my way through so I don't waste the money but we couldn't finish, terrible. It look like they attempt to do some sort of fusion but it failed. The fried chicken wings was flavored with a yellow substance that made the chicken bone yellow too. A very unprofessional, rude, and dirty place. The food is soggy, old, and the flavor is horrible. The few times I went to give it a few tries have left me and others with me disappointed. They give you a dirty look if you ask for utensils and give you one napkin, one fork, and one plate for 4 people. I will not be going to this disgusting place again where the treatment is not of those who offer good business or treat their customers as they should be treated nor do I recommend this place. This place seats about 24 people total, so it's cozy. However, it's comfortable and has a great menu to choose from. It includes great appetizers, traditional Chinese dishes and dim sum. This cafe is open everyday until 10pm, which is a real bonus for the condo and hotel dwellers. They also offer local delivery (for a nominal fee; guy on moped). The service is speedy and friendly too. I ordered their BBQ spare ribs and House Special fried rice. The ribs were super sticky, tender and delicious. Unlike others, these were full size, meaty ribs. The fried rice was on the drier side, but the various meats worked well in this dish. Plus, there were tasty vegetable included as well (white & green onions, bean sprouts). Although the meat was plentiful in the fried rice, there were only 3 shrimp in the large order ($12). At least they were large and fresh! This is a place I'll frequent while I'm downtown. When I first moved to Miami from NYC, it was really hard to find a little taste of home where restaurants that serve American-Chinese dishes are a dime a dozen, until I stumbled upon this place. I get the house fried rice and there is always plenty of shrimp, chicken and meat. It comes in a small container but it's like a little Pandora's box, it lasts me for 2-3 meals. Egg rolls are light and delicious, the crab Rangoon has hearty center, Pad Thai has plenty of noodles per serving and lots of veggies and a bonus plus, they give lots of sauces on the side and they pack everything really well so no spillage (even with wonton soup). Great dim sum! Placed an online order for a lunch delivery and the food arrived half an hour early. The lunch specials include a won ton soup or spring roll and a choice of white or brown rice. Portions are generous. Careful, vegetarians! The won ton soup contains ground pork and the broth is meat based as well. My vegetable delight had a nice amount of mixed crunchy-tender veggies but the brown sauce lacked that little sweetness to balance out the salt. The spinach and shrimp dumplings on the other hand, were so great that next time, I will just order off their extensive dim sum menu. I was thrilled to see the assortment of steamed dumplings and buns. In fact, this is the only place in Miami I was able to find vanilla custard buns, my breakfast staple during my China visit.
