So professional, friendly and helpful. I was told my repair would take about two days and that was accurate. I received a call as expected on the second day and picking up my car was just as seamless as dropping it off. But, if you have an emergency and have to do a random walk-in or drop-off, they're understanding and finish as fast as they can, whether that be same day or the next morning. I think the longest I've ever waited was a day and a half when I had an emergency. The service writers are kind and understanding. They treat my car well and always do great work. When I've had to go in for tire warranties (manufacturer defect) they work as hard as they can to get you your money back. The next day going down 485 I noticed that my steering wheel start to shake. Called and they wanted me to check lug nuts. Driver front, Picture shows one lug nut looked tight but was not very tight and one was half off. The others completely off. I feel that maybe my rim is bent now. Also not sure why no new tires are needed. Please stop and check your tires after work done there. Luck I am a handy at some things as this could have been a bad wreck if I did not pull over and check the tires.
