First visit was great. Second visit here was terrible. Had an appointment for 11:15AM. At 12:00 I was still waiting to be assisted. After asking why everyone after me was getting their services done before me (because they were just letting me sit there), I was informed that only a few of them are trained to do acrylics. Was told that because people add services last minute it takes the techs longer than the original appointment times. Was going to be another 30+ mins before anyone could get to me, so I left. I will not be returning. I'm big on appointments and considering I had one but still technically didn't, makes this not the right salon for me. read more

She fixed the shape of my old set and also two broken nails. She made them more uniformed and lady like haha. Wow ! This place is amazing to say the least. I walked in and I was greeted immediately by Tina. She showed me where the colors were and she was able to answer some questions about pricing for me. I sat down with Tina and she started on my nails. There was a miscommunication because her appointment came in but she was told to start on my nails. She told me she would be back in one second. Sophie the manager came up to me and explained the situation and said it would be about 10 minute wait and that they were giving me 10 percent off. I loved the communication because I have been to many nail salons where they will have me wait an hour and not say a word. Sophie finished my nails and did an amazing job! Everyone was so nice and this will definitely be my new nail salon. I definitely recommend both sophie and tina but you will definitely be taken care of regardless of who works with you that day. read more

I had an appointment today for Gel manicure and a polish change on my toes. My technician's name was BiBi. She was absolutely wonderful. She took a lot of time and effort into my service to make sure it was done well. I travel constantly and am always getting manicures while doing so but I have to say the best one I've had in a long time was right around the corner from my home. Service here was amazing. I stopped in here half way through my drive from Indiana to TN for the holidays. I was worried they wouldn't be able to fit me in on such short notice but they got to me right away. I wish I had this salon back home because it's the best place I've ever been! Awesome hosts make you feel right at home and pamper you with complementary water, etc. They understood exactly what I wanted and are incredible artists! They didn't over-file my nails like many other salons so they stay healthy and even gave me directions to an amazing new lunch spot for my stop in town. I am visiting from chicago for business and needed somewhere to fix my broken acrylic nail. This place was rated high, so I went. Not only did I have to wait 45 minutes for an acrylic specialist, my gel polish started peeling off hours after I left the salon. I paid $50 plus tip for a fill, nail fix, and a horrible polish job that I'm going to have to go fix. (See picture of nail attached). My polish is peeling off consistently like a child's polish would. Horrible. Would not recommend for any acrylic nails. read more

Not a good experience. I had a young girl Sara who I was handed off to by the owner Kevin saying "she's the best". She was struggling to just do my cuticles. 30 min later as she cuts me, I stop her to say...I've had enough. I was handed off again to Nina the other owner who was unsure where to go from this point. I stopped the entire manicure and was still charged $10 for who knows what. NEVER CHEAT on your nail person.....it does not pay. read more

I love this place! I've been going to First Lady Nails for years when they were previously nestled in the Holiday Manor shopping center. The owners, Kevin and Nina, are truly what make me want to come back. They are always so warm and inviting, and truly make my experience at First Lady so wonderful. I don't get my nails done often, but whenever I do, I come to First Lady Nails for many reasons. To start, their facility is both clean and luxurious. The little details like the hygienic wraps at the pedicure stations and the one-use nail equipment puts my worries at ease. Secondly, the staff is so friendly! I had one lady working on me, but several came up to me during my visit to ensure I was satisfied, asking if I needed water or even helping me put my pedicure flip flops on. Lastly, every element of the salon from the massage chairs at the pedicure stations to the sink fixtures in the bathroom truly conveys how much the owners have invested in their salon. I highly recommend First Lady Nails! I know I won't be going anywhere else but First Lady! read more

I made an appointment for my girlfriend here to get her SNS nails off. The appointment was made for 4:30pm. They did not service her for 30 minutes. I made the reservation for a manicure and taking off the nails. He refused to do the manicure because her nails were too sensitive from the SNS. Which is understandable. What is NOT understandable is that he was so rough with her that her thumb bled. He tried to literally pry up her nail bed thinking it was the fake nail. To top it all off, he failed to even get all of the SNS off. Once I saw her nails, I gasped. They look like they were attacked by a feral cat and he didn't even bother to file the jagged edges down. And billed me $10 for maiming my girlfriend. Do NOT go here if you want to get SNS nails removed. read more
