My wife and I bought a pickup from here...or at least I believe it was here. The address is correct but half our paperwork says First National Auto, and the other half says PNW Luxury Cars, so I'm not 100% sure. We bought the pickup on Jan 1st 2026. We also purchased the extended warranty program with the pickup. 5 months later, the engine went out. We ended up taking it to our local dealership for diagnostics. It was determined the engine would need replaced. I gave the dealership the number to call for the warranty...2 weeks later the dealership called me and said the warranty company refused to cover it. Not once did the warranty company contact me in any way. No one would explain to me why it wasn't covered. I reached out to the dealership we purchased the pickup from, First National, and was assured they would look into it, and see what the deal was....that was a month ago. Several calls, and several unanswered messages, and I'm still stuck paying for a pickup I can't drive. Our summer plans all had to be canceled because we can't pull our RV. No answers, no help. I purchased a 2020 Audi S7 from this dealership. Before the purchase, I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition, had never been in an accident, and had no issues. After the purchase, I discovered serious problems that were never disclosed to me. The first issue was that the side window was improperly installed and misaligned. In the photos taken at the time the car was being sold, it is clearly visible that this problem already existed at the time of sale. The second issue appeared about a month later when I discovered a large amount of water under the vehicle (approximately 20 gallons). This problem could not be noticed immediately because the water was trapped underneath the vehicle's lower structure. This strongly suggests that the water issue existed before the vehicle was sold. I informed the dealer about these problems, but they refused to address any of the issues and ignored all of my messages. I also want to point out a very serious issue regarding the license plates. I fully paid for the vehicle including registration and license plates, but when the plates arrived at the dealership, they did not give them to me for three months and provided no explanation. When I came to the dealership in person, I was told that I had to pay an additional $350, even though this amount was never mentioned in the contract. When I refused to pay money outside the agreement, I was told directly that I would not receive my license plates. I tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but the dealer behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and completely refused to resolve any of the issues. Because of ignoring the customer, hidden vehicle issues, and attempting to demand additional money outside the contract, I strongly do not recommend using the services of this dealership. read more

Notice how every time they reply they say "feel free to reach out offline" yet I have never been given a single phone number or email to reach out to. This place robbed me and my partner of $14k. When I would try to reach out to them about getting our windshield that we already paid to have fix, they made nasty remarks about how the car was in my boyfriends name (at the time I worked part time and was a full time student) and I should just leave it. I gave them the proof and that money was gone out of my account within minutes. I had even signed anything or agreed to anything yet. Thank God they're out business now they've ruined many people's lives and credit! If the statutes of limitations didn't exist i go after them because i got a solid case! I called asking about about a truck. I asked if there was anything I should know about because I had a 3+ hour drive to the lot. They said it was clean and in great condition. I got there's it was a smoker's work truck. Dents and dings all over, smelled like Marlboro Reds, burn holes in the driver seat, 2 smashed fog likes and 2 broken side mirrors. When I first came in back in December 2022, they were nice. Pushy but nothing I didn't expect. Walked out of there hours later, with my car. As I was driving off the lot, the car started acting up. (this was of course after a supposed look by their mechanic, like I assume all cars are to be looked over before selling, when I tried to call back to speak to said mechanic, he was no longer there). It was back in with them to have the same mechanic look at it a couple days later because the issue persisted and I still wasnt 100% sure what the issue was. Soon after, I noticed, 2 tears in the upholstery, and the inside of the passenger side door up front, was separated from frame and rattles while driving. Starting in March 2023, I had to take it in for brakes, rotors, and calipers at the cost of $860 because the brakes were sticking. Then in July 2023, I had to replace all the tires for low tread (as in they were surprised I hadnt blown a tire yet because it was so thin) @ the cost of $1300...Same month, I had to spend another $600 on spark plugs and ignition coil, because it disintegrated in the mechanics hand when he tried to pull it out to replace the plugs. Then in August 2023, I spent $600 on a diagnostic, which came back saying I needed about $4000 worth of various work (A/C compressor/gasket, Exhaust pipe/muffler/gasket, pressure relief valve)... Thats not too mention what I believe is the ER brake rubbing, the radio cutting in and out along with dashboard lights flickering low/bright, off and on and 4wd system turns off on its own periodically. Now I realize that wear and tear happens, but a lot of this stuff is not because I've had the car. Most of it should have been caught before the car was put on the lot for sale. read more

I wish I'd have read the reviews first. My car was stolen last month and a friend of mine took me over to this car dealership they were nice when we went in the door they filled cups of water for us I filled out my paperwork he came back he said I was approved however I needed either a cosigner or a down payment so I made that happen. My dad put up the money for the down payment. Then the sales representative had known I needed to go to the department of licensing to get a replacement driver's license however he distracted me and kept me there and kept me there untillil it was too late to go so I had to come back the next day, which was Tuesday. On Tuesday I had to get insurance which was also a struggle he put me on the phone with the insurance agent that quoted me almost $700 for a down payment for insurance until they were all crazy and I was about to leave, the insurance representative called back later and said that she got it down to $450 down payment which was more affordable and of course more sensible. So my mom paid for the insurance. On Monday they had asked me for my most recent pay stubs my boss is sweet as he is sent them over to me so that I could submit them to them but what I didn't notice is that my boss budged the dates because he was already checked out he was on his way to on vacation. The way the 3 days to tell me that the bank was not going to accept those pay steps because they were outside of the time frame here we are going into Wednesday I had to stay the night out there because I didn't have the gas to get back and forth. Now I have jumped through every hoop that these people have put in front of me to get a car that supposedly I was approved for already so I don't know why there was an issue with the bank it's secondly I already signed all the paperwork for this car. Here we are on a Saturday and it has been 6 days that I've been trying to get this car and they keep putting it off on the bank says this is the bank says this the bank says this okay well how come the bank approved needs to begin with then? My parents came out of their own pockets to help me get this car and these people will not let me get the car. I have never in my life seen somebody go into a car dealership get approved for a car and not leave with their car it's never happened to me it's never happening anybody I know this is crazy this. I just need a car and unfortunately I went to the wrong place to get it. Tomorrow I'm going in there which will be day 7 and demanding that they pay my father back that down payment give that back to him and I'm going to go somewhere else. This is a horrible place then today when I called I was told that I would have to provide another pay stub to satisfy the bank however I've told these people over and over and over and over again my boss is in Columbia on vacation. I have damn near a perfect payment history with my cars I have a few hiccups at the end of the year last year but other than that I only owed $1900 left on it and the bank won't cut loose with the cards supposedly they're all in pockets together. Once we figured out we could get a loan from a family member instead of going through them it felt very unwelcoming since we would be paying cash. Unfortunately it was after the banks had closed that we got this figured out. On my way home to a 3.5 hour drive I nearly crashed the tires were so bald arhat you can see the thread. I got all these great warranties and non can fix the oil leaks that are going on in my car I keep calling the finance manager jack who helped with paperwork and he still doesn't answer. These guys are complete scam artists. I was in a rough spot and not thinking clearly, and they took advantage of my situation. I signed, not realizing they charged me $4,000 over the price listed online with a shark loan interest rate. When I took the car through the wash, the cover stick they used to cover scrapes in the paint washed off. On day four of driving, the check engine light came on, I was stranded, and the car went to the shop for $1,000 repairs. I have to take it back to the shop next week when more parts arrive. I can't even sell the vehicle for $4,000. It's financed for three times that. I needed a dependable car to drive an hour to work. How can they sleep at night? I'm devastated. read more

This will not be a long negative review, just a summary. I purchased a vehicle from First National Fleet and Lease in July of 2023. I asked if all the security recalls had been completed with the constant thefts of these models. I was told yes, which was not the case. I made an appointment to get that done. The vehicle ended up being stolen and was recovered. It was in the shop for 2 months and a week for damage repairs. Upon getting the vehicle from the shop, the dealer called and wanted to buy the vehicle back because they did not have the title signed over to them (I don't know why you'd sell a vehicle that has not been cleared). I only found this out by calling multiple times to check on the status of my registration, which took 2 weeks for someone to call me back. They had the opportunity to remedy this issue. I have called, stopped by the location (which has changed names or ownership), I was given an email to the branch north of my city (I have yet to hear from him, it's been over a week). I hope my incident was just an isolated one and no-one else has to experience this. read more

I scheduled a test drive and a pre-purchase check at a mechanic. I checked with the dealer beforehand if there were any mechanical problems with the car, as the dealership is a three hour drive from my house. I was assured the car was in good shape, with no known mechanical problems. When I got to the dealer, I noticed the low tire light was on, as well as the check engine light. The dealer asked me to drive it to the mechanic and call him from there, as the problem was likely minor. The mechanic advised me the car had salt water flood damage and advised me not to buy. On the way back to the dealer, the open hood light came on, even though I had had the mechanic close it twice as the hood didn't seem to close quite right Then the hot engine compartment light came on, and a warning bell started ringing advising to pull over to avoid an accident. It all seemed very unsafe and very unnecessary. The car was transported from the Seattle location to the Lakewood location, I had text communication with the Seattle office and a phone call with the Lakewood manager-if I had been told the night before by either office when I called and asked if there were any problems with the vehicle, this whole fiasco could have been avoided. read more

I found a car I wanted to test drive on their site. I used their contact form to reach out to them and to their credit, Katim responded right away. I asked if I could come in the next day for a test drive, Katim confirmed and we agreed on a time. I sent a follow up question asking about if a service had been done, the responding email just said "service is being done", which I took to mean they were planning on doing it. Fast forward to the next day, I show up right on time, ask for Katim and he proceeds to tell me that the car is not available for a test drive. It is being serviced as the email said. As I explained to Katim, there was no mention that the car would not be available. Katim then proceeded to tell me someone else was using his email.... So, start blaming it on other people rather than just apologize and admit you messed up? I left as I knew after that I would never buy a car from them. Also, I found the exact car I was looking at had been listed at their Lakewood lot for $912 less then marked as sold and relisted at their North Seattle location for the higher price. Car deal from hell. I emailed about my trade in...an out-of-state registration/title situation to make sure there would be no problem. They assured me it was fine. "We do that all the time," they said. But when I drove up from Portland (200 miles), they refused my car as a trade in. Then when I test drove the car I had come to see, the stereo/back-up camera didn't work, and they refused to pay for the whole repair. This outfit follows no ethics. Buyer beware. If I could give a lower rating I would. My experience with this company has been a nightmare, like a bad sitcom. I had no idea that the stereotype of shady lying car dealers was this literal. I asked all the right questions and was assured that it was a sound choice that they stood behind as a company. On the drive home, the engine started smoking and had to be towed back to the dealership. The next day, I was sat down with a different agent, a man who told me that the car was a "bucket" and he never would have sold it to me. He suggested I simply let the car, the money I spent on it and the warranty go and buy a new car from them. I won't go into every detail of the multiple interactions over the years I have been dealing with this "bucket" and the employees. I will say that multiple employees were abusive: blatantly racist, sexist and generally rude, even Jon the manager was used the word "fuck" after making me wait for our appointment for hours In the lobby, and then ate a sandwich in front of me (SO unprofessional). They did try to fix my car, and had it at their shop for literally MONTHS. I got it back temporarily functional, but had to bring it back for repairs within the year, as the "check engine" light kept going off. After having such a horrible experience with the staff at First National Fleet and Lease, I took it to another place hoping for a better result. The mechanics at this place told me that my warranty was void, because the engine in the car had been replaced. This was done without my consent or knowledge!!!!!! I am left with First National Fleet and Lease as my only option for repair. When I called, the manager Jon suggested I go elsewhere because they were "busy". I can't sell a car that hasn't been paid off yet. I can't renew the tabs because it needs to pass emissions. I was in a jam and they were able to get me into a vehicle with poor credit. Little did I know, how horrible my experience was going to be. I got pulled over by police for passenger side headlights not working. I called them and told me to get the headlights repaired and bring them my receipt. Get my headlights fixed for $415, (there was no wiring harness to connect electrical to lights) and took them receipt of my repairs. They tell me they have to get reimbursement from Seattle dealership. Call a week later to check on my reimbursement and they haven't even turned my receipt in yet. I would've taken it to Seattle myself. They have put me in a financial bind and I will not recommend or use them again. Very frustrated and unhappy customer! read more

Visited on a Sunday a couple weeks ago. Nader who helped me was friendly, engaging, and patient, allowing me to thoroughly inspect and test drive several vehicles that day. I was initially looking for a car with a manual, and despite lack of familiarity. While he didn't have a lot of experience with manuals, fortunately I did and was able to inform that one Hyundai I tested drove had a failing clutch that would need to be replaced within a month or two. Out of the 3 I checked out, one made my shortlist for purchase. Because you are dealing with used cars, it pays to have a fair amount of research under your belt before you visit, and know what to look for in terms of basic checks on major mechanical systems, vehicle wear, performance expectations, and body damage. While this should be common knowledge, it is not. Ultimately, the vehicle I purchased was from a different location, but that was due to the type of vehicle, newer year, and that it came with a warranty. But overall, my experience was positive and I would certainly consider this dealership in the future. read more
