I took to doing the pest control myself for a year, which worked for a while. But it was time for a professional. Ok enough with the bad people, let's talk about Ameripest! My wife found them on yelp and called the number. Within minutes, Daniel returned her call. He explained his services, how they worked, the prices for each plan, and how soon they could come. The prices are super reasonable! Daniel was thorough and wasn't pushy regarding which plan (if any) we should get. On the first treatment day, Kyle came right on time! He explained everything that he would be doing, and the treatment took about an hour (whereas the other companies took like 20-30 mins tops). Once finished, we got a detailed report sent to us, outlining what was used and where exactly he treated the inside and outside of the home. Even on first treatment, the bug situation got exponentially better! They also include a 30 day follow up treatment, whereby if you see anything, just give them a call and they'll come back out. As those of us with pests know, they don't all die on the first spray. The turnover is quick on those German cockroaches, so the follow-up spray is necessary. I know it seems like you can pay any company to make your pest problem go away, but that's completely untrue. Ameripest was more thorough, transparent, and better priced than any of the other companies we tried.

He was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He showed me everywhere that he would seal for rodent proofing. His pricing was exactly where I would put it. He was able to fit me in in a week and on the day of the job he had 4 guys; 2 of which were family members. They were all very professional and worked very quickly and well. I had a lot of wires and lines running in the attic and was worried some of them would get damaged (I know my fault and they should have been tacked up to begin with) but they worked around them and nothing was damaged. I was also worried about my roof since it was just done with lightweight concrete but no tiles were broken. They setup portable walls that were sealed with contractors plastic sheeting so any dust/contaminants were sealed away and directed at a HEPA filter. They finished the 1300 sqft attic and also the garage attic in about 6 hours and it looked perfect. I was very impressed. They even removed about 50ft of old HVAC piping from the garage attic (when they probably could have left it). I feel like it's very hard to find contractors along with their team that truly take pride in their work in this day in age but Leo and his team are the exception. It helps that it is a family owned and run business which mean they really care about their clients and also the work done. I will be recommending Leo Home Solutions to anyone that needs similar work done!

For the past five years, I have called them for an annual inspection of our upper & lower foundation screens, always -0- charged. I was just informed they now charge a fee to inspect and will only come if there are rats observed inside your home. I have rat activity in my yard, coming from the next building. I asked them today to just come down to inspect my screens and was alerted that there is now a charge. I was always aware, that they can do nothing about exterior rats, so that's not the issue. I went with this company due to the lifetime guarantee and the annual free inspections. They changed the rules. While this company does a good job sealing, paying almost $5,400for a one time fee visit only is exorbitant. I'm sure other companies do just as good a job much cheaper. Any other visits after that were employees to inspect traps and remove whatever was in it. Please look around before you pay good money for a rat issue.
