This is my first time stopping in, and unfortunately, not the greatest experience. I walked in at 6:05, and was finally served my meal at 7 o'clock. It took a while for our server to come take our order, and even longer for our food to come out. The place wasn't very busy, so I'm not sure what was going on. The wings were all right, but not my favorite as I prefer saucy/fried wings, without Charring (I asked our server if I could get these without Char, and she was unsure, so I asked for light Char, if not.). The tater tots were good, but needed some ranch which I used on the side. Our dinner took close to 2 1/2 hours, despite coming in on a quiet Tuesday night. This was overall a decent meal for the price, it tasted OK, and was filling enough. I personally wouldn't come back here, but hopefully they were just having an off night.

This was great!!! I was so happy to find out that literally every item on the menu can be gluten free. The gluten free chicken parm dinner was amazing. Juicy chicken, covered in cheese, and served with pasta and garlic bread. I would come back for this again and again, and definetly to try more gluten free options. The totchos appetizer was great too!! Crispy fries covered in beef and cheese, like a nacho fry. The margaritas were great too. Not too sweet and the perfect strength. The Rodman hotdog was good as always- Chicago style and huge!! The seating inside is very spacious and they have tons of TVs. I loved the patio outdoors. The place looked super cool and it was a great place to hang out. Service was friendly and informative too.

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers and had a decent experience overall. The margaritas were just okay for me (5/10). They tasted a little heavy on the margarita mix and didn't have the fresh flavor I was hoping for. I also tried the watermelon mule, which was another 5/10. It wasn't terrible, but it had a bit of an odd aftertaste. The highlight was definitely the street corn quesadillas. They were flavorful, well-portioned, and didn't feel overly heavy. I'd order those again. My sister ordered the fried pickles, and unfortunately those were our least favorite item. They were pretty dry and had an almost chalky flavor. The seasoning also fell a little flat, which made them difficult to enjoy. The restaurant itself was clean, had plenty of seating, and the staff was friendly and attentive. While the food and drinks weren't enough for me to go out of my way to visit again, I'd definitely stop back if I was in the area or looking for a place to watch a game.

It was a pretty busy evening so we waited a bit for our seats but, for a new restaurant, it was hoppin' and I was glad to see people out and about even on a hot day! Once we were seated our waitress handed us the menu and gave us a moment to look it over. We were seated adjacent to the bar in a long booth. The booth was comfortable and spacious, also a short distance to the bathroom! We all decided on drinks and I went with the Sparkly-berry lemon drink. It was refreshing and had a great balance of the lemon and berry. As I scanned over the menu I loved that they offer gluten free options and a great variety of dishes to satisfy almost any palate! I ultimately chose the Chicken Avo club and went with grilled chicken. I was intrigued that it's served on a croissant bun and had a bunch of my favorite foods in it. It's served with bacon, avocado, chicken, Swiss cheese, tomato, napa slaw, honey, mustard, and garlic aioli. it was excellent! Albeit messy, it was well worth it! Served with a side of fries, which is what my heart truly desired, the whole meal looked as if it would been easy to finish each bite. But the portion size was perfect enough that I actually couldn't finish the whole sandwich. The fries were perfectly crisp and quenched my fries thirst. The four of really enjoyed our time here. We got to catch up and enjoy a great meal at a new to us place where all of us ate something we would come back for. Our server was great! She was quick, friendly, professional, and answered any questions we had. I definitely will come back here again if I'm on this side of town!

She abruptly told me to never go by the YELP menu even though I would expect the restaurant to not advertise falsely on line through YELP. She said they DON'T have control over what the YELP menu from Oscars states. The only way I even found out about Oscars Restaurant was through YELP. Obviously Oscars is using YELP to advertise but the lady on the phone said it is not their problem. I won't be deleting this negative review unless Oscars makes up for this shocking price difference.

My standard pizza order is green olive, black olive and mushroom. Often with a side of buffalo sauce and ranch for dipping. When we order they repeat the correct items to us. But more than three times green peppers have been substituted of the green olives. I mean they are green sure but when green peppers makes one ill, they do not want to be surprised when they bite into a piece of pizza. Tonight I order pizza the same way I always do. But when I got home at 630 pm and took the first bite of my first meal of the day it tasted strange and it contained a new strange texture. Looked under the cheese and veggies to find a solid layer of what I believe is sausage. I do not eat pork and if I would have known pork was going to be included I would have not paid $17 for my pizza nor would I have left the restaurant with this inedible pizza. Good luck with your Oscar's orders. I am disappointed in Oscars . When the pizza is made correctly they do a good green olive, black olive and mushroom. So if I do go back I will have to know peel the toppings off my pizza to check that it is correctly made. I have developed the habit of opening the box to make sure there are no green peppers. It's going to be awkward to stand at the register at the bar peeling that topping.

We were decently early on a Saturday night so we were able to slip right into a table! The food was good, I had the hummus plate with pita and cucumbers for dipping, love that they offer both options! Walked in around 2:30 pm on a total snow day and basically had the place to myself, which was kind of perfect. The vibe inside is exactly what I want in a bar: dark, moody, a little sexy, with dim lighting and rich wood tones. Total escape from the bland strip-mall parking lot outside. Night-and-day difference the second you step through the door. Happy hour runs every day until 6 pm (huge win), so I grabbed the Toasted & Roasted martini for $9--yes, it comes with a toasted marshmallow garnish that actually works--and it was dangerously good. Sweet, smoky, strong... one of those drinks you sip slowly because you don't want it to end. Paired it with the buffalo chicken sliders + fries and demolished everything. Sliders were spicy without being overkill, sauce was on point, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Service was friendly and quick even though it was quiet, and the bartender checked in just the right amount. Prices felt fair (especially with happy hour), and the whole experience just felt... cool. Like the kind of neighborhood spot you brag about finding. Already texted my local friends that they've been sleeping on this place. West End Omaha, I'll be back--hopefully next time with a bigger group so we can try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

The same consistency I receive for togo orders is present within the walls of their establishments, as well. A lively bar spot with anything but basic bar food. The chicken tenders are a fan favorite and I will not order the salad without them. It's not the fanciest, or the most original but you will not walk out of here unsatisfied. I would try anything off their menu without hesitation. They have a vast beer menu, a few cocktails to choose - but please add an espresso martini to that menu, folks! ANYWAY, this location and the one downtown are standalone locations, and as I said, I totally prefer that. I like to have a server, sit down, and ask questions if I have them, etc. This location is always bustling, maybe a little too much, that it almost feels a little frenetic and anxiety inducing. The food is pretty basic bar food - burgers, salads, and a few others like fish and chips, and the like. The service has been good and the drinks are always nice and fresh and cold. That is where they shine, the beers and drinks. So I'd say if you visit any Blatt, definitely choose an in person one, and don't expect too much from the food, if you are not a fan of bar fare.
