This is a newer restauarant located at the intersection of Clint Moore Road and Military Trail. We tried it this morning for breakfast and it was a great decision. The place is very clean, bright and airy. The menu offers numerous breakfast and lunch options. I had the works omelet. It came with salad greens and toast. The omelet was delicious based on all the various ingredients in it. My husband had the a.m. power bowl. It was basically yogurt, fruit and granola. Toast was also included. Service was good.

We'd been here previously for an event and decided to return to see if we had an as good as experience. We came for an early lunch, but as you know they serve breakfast all day. I'd liked what I'd had here before so decided to get it again. This time, they made it exactly as I requested, and it was even better than before. I got their eggs benedict with smoked salmon. This was two poached eggs (I got them hard/well done) with hollandaise sauce -- which I requested on the side. And slices of thick smoked salmon on top of sliced tomatoes on top of a piece of bread. The eggs were perfectly cooked; the hollandaise sauce addictive; the salmon and tomato a good combo. My husband got their trifecta breakfast which was two eggs (your choice of method of cooking) -- he got medium poached; a waffle or a pancake -- he got their waffle; and meat choice of sausage or bacon (he chose bacon). He liked that they served the maple syrup hot as this is his preference. We had excellent service. In fact, all the servers seemed to be really hustling. The room was packed when we were there with most all the tables taken. You pay at the cashier on the way out. Even that is a pleasant experience as you feel the staff enjoys working here. I'm sure we will be back.

Here for Lunch and I chose the Trifecta: Two poached eggs,(my choice), Bacon, fluffy waffle. Service was fast and efficient! I asked for some Maple syrup to go with my waffle and it was served hot. Just like I like it, so the syrup doesn't make the waffle cold and it also melts the butter. A personal sized pot of hot coffee was just perfect. All of the staff was really hustling and the busy lunch crowd was turning over smoothly!

The trifecta is sooooo good. I got the pancake (it's huge) and the chicken apple sausage and perfectly cooked over easy eggs.

Amazing food great price. Everything tasted better than expected & the staff was friendly and fast and we're from New York and love a good diner. This was a step above.

This was my first time eating at 'First Watch'. It's a Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant with about 6 locations in Palm Beach County. I ate at the Boca Raton Restaurant. Erica, the Hostess, greeted me and showed me to my table. She took my drink order and returned with a carafe of coffee (that was delicious). I asked her questions about the menu and she answered every question professionally and very pleasantly. I ordered the 'Traditional Breakfast' - two eggs, hash browns, 4-slices of bacon and their Artisan Multi-Grained toast. The portions were larger than I could eat, but very delicious. The poached eggs were perfect, the bacon crisp & very tasty and the hash browns didn't require any additional seasoning. 'First Watch' is a clean, modern and spacious restaurant. I especially liked that the booths & tables didn't feel like you were sitting on your neighbor's lap. All in all, 'First Watch' will be my go-to breakfast restaurant. Thank you Erica & your Customer-Friendly Staff.

This was my first time trying First Watch, and I'm so glad I did! We visited the Boca Raton location off Military Trail and Clint Moore. The place is exceptionally clean and inviting. We were seated immediately upon arrival, and our server promptly came over to take our drink orders. The menu boasts a vast selection, including healthier options, breakfast favorites, and indulgent treats. I ordered the avocado toast topped with an over-easy egg, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend had the BLTE, which was also fantastic. To top it off, we indulged in the strawberry tres leches French toast--an explosion of flavors in every bite. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more options on the menu.

This place was clean, organized, and had a welcoming vibe. Our servers was so thoughtful and helpful. I came with a toddler and she was very sweet towards him. The food delicious! I love that they Hd gluten free bread so I could enjoy an amazing sandwich. I cannot wait to go back!!

Stopped by for a late lunch at 02.20 pm, the place was nearly empty. The restaurant is very clean & pleasant. I ordered Salmon omelette with side salad & coffee. The food came out hot & yummy. There is Planty of parking, I think many people are not aware of this great location,

After a nice walk in the park (vista view), we decided to get some breakfast at First Watch on our way to visit Palm Beach. First Watch is a good spot for breakfast and brunch! During our visit, we tried a few different items. The Bacado omelette was okay, nothing too special, but the Chickichanga omelette was very tasty and packed with flavor. For drinks, the Honey Caramel Crunch iced coffee was something new and fun to try, and the Kale Tonic drink was incredibly refreshing. The service good--our server was very polite and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Pricing was on par with other breakfast chains, making it a solid choice for a casual brunch outing.

Food is great staff is lovely. But, some awful person let their dog crap right at the front door. It was not cleaned up. The staff would not clean it up saying that it wasn't sanitary for the wait staff to do so. We asked where the manager was and apparently they were too busy in the kitchen. We were here for approximately 40 minutes and it did not get cleaned up. Disgusting and unsanitary and appetizing. Shame on the person that allow this to happen and shame on the staff for not cleaning it up. All they needed to do was clean it up and then wash their hands!

Delicious food and friendly employees. All the dishes were really tasty and fresh. Especially I enjoyed the Market Hash with scrambled eggs, potatoes and veggies. Their mushrooms and feta cheese in it were so good. One downside was surprise of the coffee price. Just regular coffee cost 3.95$. Little steep. I also loved their outside patio, great to eat outdoors with beautiful view when inside was freezing cold. I would definitely come back again.

Restaurant itself is in a bit off the beaten track in a strip mall with mostly non-food businesses. We were there on a Thursday evening which was not busy time. Clearly a family run business with one person cooking (the husband?) and one person serving (the wife?). When we arrived around 730 there was only one other table occupied and no one minding the front of the house so we seated ourselves. It was over 5 minutes before the server appeared from the kitchen but once we got her attention we were given menus. Had to remind her to bring us water. The restaurant itself was very homey and pleasant. On the food side of things we were very satisfied, absolutely delicious . We had the Eggplant Rolls and a Khachapuri Adjaruli (the one that looks like a boat with the egg yolk on top), both were very tasty. I had the Lula Kebab (land and beef kinda like a Kofta Kabab) and my mom had the Chicken Kebab. Both were delicious. I give the waitress credit because when I was ordering I almost ordered the fried potatoes as a side, but she made a face which I correctly intercepted to mean it was gonna be too much food for the 2 of us, which would have been true. Def too one leftovers. Would def recommend checking out this place, food is really good.

Seeing those was enough for me to want to try! We went with two of our friends who have also never tried before. We went on a Sunday afternoon and arrived to a fairly empty plaza. There was one other table full besides ours and they seemed to be of Georgian background so that was already an indication that this restaurant was going to be authentic. We told our waiter that we have never had any kind of Georgian food before and to please give us recommendations. He was very kind and gave us great recommendations for newbies. We ordered: * eggplant rolls (fried eggplant with walnut-garlic paste) * khachapuri adjaruli (boat-shaped bread filled with cheese, butter, and an egg yolk) * veal khinkali (Georgian soup dumplings) * pork kebab * chkmeruli (chicken in creamy garlic sauce) We enjoyed - every - single dish. Oftentimes, eggplant can be a bit slimy, but however they prepared this eggplant, it was perfect. This is a cold dish. The khachapuri adjaruli was very rich. It was a bit messy to eat as there's no way to cut into this without the mixture oozing out. We saw the table next to us had ordered a different version of this (just with cheese alone) and they had no issue with a mess so I think it's because we had the one with the addition of butter and an egg yolk. Even though it was messy to eat, it was DELICIOUS. Honestly, this could've just been a full meal itself as it's incredibly filling. Just a suggestion to the restaurant to perhaps use a serving dish with edges for this particular khachapuri though to prevent spilling! The khinkali was our favorite of everything ordered. It was 5 very large dumplings in one order. Being of East/Southeast Asian and used to smaller sized dumplings, seeing how big these were was a treat! The waiter kindly taught us how to properly eat these (hold the stem, flip it upside down, take a nibble of the skin, sip out the soup, then fully eat these whole thing). Next we had the pork kebab. We originally wanted lamb, but they had run out so we opted for pork instead. Usually a lot of places tend to overcook pork so it is dry, but these were cooked so well! It was served with some kind of tomato sauce that paired great with it. The chkmeruli was ordered by our friend who absolutely loved and obliterated the dish. I don't think I need to say more. Overall, we had such a wonderful meal and experience and definitely recommend this place!

We quickly decided what we wanted to order, and then patiently waited for our food. Much to our surprise they had singers in the restaurant!
