They use the healthy tallow and no seed oil for anything fried like the Harbor Potatoes. You can certainly tell the upgrade in the quality and taste of those potatoes. Another special touch is there Housemade mixed berry jam, which is so good! I also noted that there is a wide selection of gluten-free options as well as many vegetarian options. The Sanibel salad I had my lunch there was scrumptious. I have not been attracted to salads lately, but it was so good that I gobbled it down completely not leaving a trace on my plate! The ambience of the restaurant is very warm, clean and friendly. The service staff are well trained and very attentive. Their professionalism is top-notch. Next thing you know, the manager is at our table, very pleasant, and said that after checking the leftovers, she totally agreed and then made it right. One warning to vegetarians - the Harbor Potatoes are cooked in beef tallow. This wasn't clear to us until I noticed one of those table signs that stated they "proudly" cook them in beef tallow - no seed oils!
