    Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl

My sister has always loved to come to this place but this was my first time. First thing is that I went around 12/1 on a Wednesday. Parking was great I got right In front. It was too busy but there was definitely plenty of people but it was not too loud or anything. Our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Our food came out quick and I must say they are nott stingy with the entrees. I thought it was going to be one of those times where I enjoyed my meal but wasn't satisfied BUT NO I was very satisfied and even had some left over. Everything I had/ tasted was delicious and flavorful!

I've been to another First Watch before and it was ok but this one impressed me! The service was good and food came out fast, which was great because I was starving. For drinks, I had the Morning Meditation juice and my partner had the Purple Haze. Both were good but I really enjoyed mine and that it wasn't too sweet! For food, I had the Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash and my partner had the Pumpkin Pancake breakfast. We shared a bit of each other's plates but both were so so good! The hash was a perfect combination of flavors and the chicken was moist, which is important. The pumpkin pancakes were fluffy and delicious too! We left feeling very very satisfied and hope the next time we come back, we have a similar experience.

Great breakfast/ brunch spot! The service was excellent from Jeremy. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles. During the week around 11am it was not busy at all. Walked in and seated right away. Very yummy options and tasty breakfast beverages. I loved that syrups were brought out warm. For 2 people it came out to about $40 with tip. It's not loud or dirty. Every person was friendly. They had so many different delicious food options and I definitely will be eating here again. I

Stopped in for breakfast today while shopping in the area. We have been to this restaurant in their Denver location and like it pretty well! We were seated right away for being so busy inside. I liked this location a little better than the Denver one due to the atmosphere. Service was great, food tasted yummy.. no complaints!

Bacon, egg, and Cheese on sourdough

A Sourdough Surprise and Stellar Service at First Watch! I wasn't sure what to order when we stopped by First Watch, but thanks to our amazing waitress Isabella, I hit the breakfast jackpot! She recommended the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on sourdough--and WOW. She mentioned the sauce had a little kick, so she suggested I get it on the side. Great call! I added a schmear to one side of the bread, and it gave the sandwich the perfect hint of spice without overpowering it. Let me tell you, that sourdough was toasted perfectly (crispy but not too hard--total goldilocks toast status). The sandwich had a little arugula for a fresh peppery bite, and even though I'm not usually a big sandwich eater... I ate the whole thing. Every. Last. Bite. Isabella also had a few other faves on the menu and was super upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, her vibe added to the whole experience. Service like that really makes a difference! They said the sandwich is a special and only around through May, so if this sounds like your kind of breakfast or brunch magic--don't wait! I'm already planning my next visit.

This was my first visit to a First Watch in Colorado after recently moving from Indiana. This location is in sort of a strip mall with limited parking. As you can see by my interior picture, they were not at all crowded when I arrived or at the time of leaving. My service was very friendly and arrived fairly quickly after being seated. I requested a booth and was accommodated. I ordered my favorite - Bacado. It was good, but not as good as my favorite Carmel, IN location. The omelette was not as big and did not have as much bacon. It was good however.

The food was delicious and the service was great too. Waitress made sure we enjoyed our visit. The table we were at was pretty cramped but the restaurant was very busy. So it was hard to get the good seats. I would recommend adding French fries to the menu. My son was wanted them with his sandwich haha. He still enjoyed his meal, as we all did.

I recommend this place for quick service and a relaxing breakfast. We come often and love their breakfast. The menu is large and has multiple options to choose from. Ingredients are consistently high quality, and services are friendly and casual. I couldn't think of other breakfast places in the neighborhood for the price. Weekends are jam-packed so be prepared to wait in line. Parking is free but limited as it gets packed.

first- love the quaint ambience - very farmhouse vibey. clean throughout and a very friendly staff. it was a bit louder than we would have liked, despite not being that busy, but no biggie. menu was pretty diverse and featured a few unique dishes. i went boring- eggs with a side of bacon. bacon was over cooked - too crispy for my taste, but that didn't stop me from eating every bite. my son had an omelette with toast and potatoes and he liked everything. he kept trying to talk me into trying the tatoes. the server was quick, attentive, and friendly. loved that he was rather aware of his tables and he dropped the check off right as we finished eating. i love not having to wait for that! def will go back and try something new.

Frittata Rustica w/ Ciabatta Toast and Cheesy Grits

What a great brunch spot. I've been to other locations but this was my first time to the centennial location. Same great food and great service. We went on a busy Saturday morning but checked in online beforehand and were seating promptly upon arrival. The seasonal Gingerbread Spice Donuts were a great starter for our brunch and they were not overly sweet so the caramel sauce they came with was perfect. The pot of coffee was served piping hot and I like that they have flavored creamers available on the table. I also tried the Morning Meditation from the fresh juice bar which was delicious. For my entree I had the Frittata Rustica which came with a piece of ciabatta toast. The frittata was also supposed to come with lemon dressed greens but mine did not which was strange. I am not a fan of mushrooms in my food but these were well cooked and well seasoned and I ended up enjoying them. I asked for a side of cheesy grits and they were so good. I hope to be back to this location again soon.

Elevated egg sandwich - only egg, bacon, cheddar and Mayo. Amazing!!

Amazing food! My go to lately is the elevated egg sandwich I customize it and have only egg, Mayo, cheddar, bacon. Absolutely delicious!! The bun is so soft and delicious with the over easy egg! Comes with delicious crispy potatoes and there's something about the taste of the yolk on the potatoes with a bite of the sandwhich and taste of the bacon that's seriously amazing!! Recommend!!

So many different biscuit sandwiches to choose from, there's one for everybody…read more I went here with some friends for breakfast and it was a good choice. We all shared the giant cinnamon roll. It was more of a cinnamon sugar biscuit than a traditional cinnamon roll, but large enough for four of us to share. It was a little dry in some parts so definitely grab a spoonful of the glaze when you put it on your plate. The overall flavor was fine and I'm really glad I shared it with friends. I heard you could get one frozen to go and you just heated up at home just as good. For my sandwich, I ordered the Lola. It's a Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwich with Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Bacon, House Made Honey Butter + covered in Maple Syrup. Pro tip, have the maple syrup on the side or your hands will be very sticky when trying to eat it. The overall flavor of the biscuit, fried chicken, bacon, honey butter, and maple syrup was a really good combo! The biscuit was just a little more crumbly than I'm used to, so I struggled eating it as a whole sandwich. I would definitely get it again, but cut it up into bite-size pieces and eat it with my fork. There are a couple other really good options on the menu that I want to try so I'll definitely be back!
