I'm a vegetarian and this place caters to the lovers of belt busting,meat infused breakfast entrees as well as egg whites only! Warning, this place is super busy (because the food is awesome) so you may have to wait ten to fifteen minutes... but you will not be disappointed. The floor manager is meticulous- so if you have a question or otherwise, he /she will be on it like a champ! Absolutely join the waitlist on their website before going to the restaurant and expect to wait an additional 30 minutes to and hour beyond the wait time you are quoted during peak business hours. And don't forget, you will also wait a long while to receive your food after you're done waiting to be seated. In fact, I recommend you carve out a 4 hour window in your day to squeeze in a meal at this restaurant on a weekend. We were told 1-2 hours by the online waitlist and waited 3 hours before being seated. For a party of 2. We could see that there were a number of tables available, but the host informed us that the wait was due to the kitchen being unable to keep up with the business. The food was good, but not amazing. My favorite thing about this restaurant was the menu itself, having plenty of options and variety. The restaurant is also seems pretty clean for the amount of business they are getting. However, It wasn't worth the wait, in my opinion. Especially for a chain restaurant. There are other local brunch spots, some of them family owned, that have better quality of service and won't eat up your entire Saturday or Sunday. Our waitress also seemed annoyed with us and made a mildly passive aggressive comment to us when handing us the check at the end of our visit. I am not accounting for this in my star rating, however, because I have worked in the service industry and understand that they were very busy and likely understaffed, so she was probably just annoyed in general. I will not be dining here again, but my advice to the managers/owners would be to more accurately quote wait times. Waiting doesn't bother me as much if I am well aware of how long I will have to wait because it is my choice whether I am willing to wait that long. When wait times keep getting pushed beyond what I've been told originally, now you're just taking me for a ride and wasting my time. read more

My first time at a First Watch . Meeting friends from Colorado and North Carolina for breakfast. They have locations in Colorado as well. I was very impressed by the beautiful rustic look . We had a very nice server made me feel so welcome like family visiting. I ordered the corned beef bowl it had real brisket with cubed potatoes , sliced sweet potatoes. soft white onions and I had two sunny side eggs on top just oozed into the mix. I ate almost every bite was so full. I also got to try the purple haze drink which I had planned on ordering and forgot . To my surprise they has an extra made and asked if I wanted it. Crappy recycled cup holder literally just broke in half. Don't know if the food is any good because the garbage cup holders and cheap plastic cups they give you both cracked and spilled juice and milk all over my car and carry out order. It was our first time in and it wont be our last. I joined the waitlist on the way in. My husband and our two boys were quickly seated. Shannon took great care of us. The boys had a basic breakfast but the chocolate chip pancakes were great. My husband had the brisket hash and it was delicious. I ordered the BLT eggs Benedict with a salad and vinaigrette. I'm not even a salad person and it was divine. I ate every bite and used the sourdough from my kids plate to clean what was left of mine and the sauce of my husbands plate. I also highly suggest trying the spiked lemonade. Lavender is always something I'll try if it's on the menu and I was so glad I did. It was perfection. My ravenous circus came hungry and left delightfully full. It was a successful breakfast out for our family. There were a lot of other Moms with strollers meeting friends for brunch. Love their food been here a couple times out of state and then they brought it here. Awesome. Only thing is the service is absolutely slow. We got there around 10:15 didn't get our food until 11:20. I really enjoy eating here; it's a nice ambiance. Their menu could be a bit larger, but I like whatever they do have and the portions are appropriate, some of the other suburban brunch places just have too much food but without any flavor. Brunch cocktails are delicious as well. read more

I went to brunch and used the wait in line option. I showed up and asked to be seated by a window as they have large windows that open and are a suitable replacement for outdoor seating. After waiting 10 more mins due to the need for a table to be cleared, others were seated in the window seats before us and when the hostess returned she asked if she could help me. At this time all of the window seats were full and we had to sit at an I side table. This made the experience unsuitable and they should hire a hostess that is not bi-polar. read more

Ingredients seem to be top quality-- the artisan bread and house made jam was delicious. They also have house made juices. There are so many things to love about this restaurant but the excessive wait makes it hard to remember what they are. My friend and I arrived at 10am on a Sunday and we checked in with the host who said it would be about an hour wait. We found a bench and decided to wait for a table. After 45 minutes I checked to see how much longer and was told there were 23 parties ahead of us and it would be another hour. Everyone coming in at that time was being told it was a two hour wait. Even those who checked in online were told it would be at least an hour. What was surprising was that the people coming out after they ate were saying that there were lots of open tables. One said, "there are 26 open tables." We were finally seated at noon. I would say that about half the tables were empty. A server came by immediately to take our drink order. My friend had herbal tea and they brought her an insulated carafe of hot water, not that tiny metal pot you usually get. I had iced tea that was delicious. She ordered a breakfast wrap and I ordered the Elote Street Corn Skillet and we shared an order of their famous Million Dollar Bacon. The bacon was excellent- sweet and salty and a little peppery. It was cooked well, slightly crisp and nicely chewy. My friend liked her wrap and the fruit bowl that came with it. She said the fruit was really fresh and sweet. My skillet was a nice size portion and very good. The potatoes were chunky cubes and nicely seasoned. It contained little bits of chorizo and some corn. I just wished it tasted a little more like Elote. It needed some mayo, parmesan cheese and cilantro. The restaurant itself is spacious, bright and clean. The host was not masked but all other staff were. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. Next time we will reserve well in advance and plan for the wait. We went to First Watch twice within two weeks of its opening. Both experiences were great. Food was excellent, service was good and booths were clean and comfortable. I had morning meditation juice & elote Mexican street corn hash which was delicious. My husband had farmhouse hash & he loved it. We went back a week or so later to try something different. I had the frittata rustica & my husband tried the tri-fecta. Both were delicious!
