Went during lunch and was disappointed to see not too many steak offerings. There really wasn't any options. Ended up eating their Beelow's burger which has burger, hotdog, egg, and bacon. The bacon was chewy and not crispy. I did enjoy the spice from the Giardiniera that comes with the burger. One of my kids had the ribs and said it was okay. The other had the cheese sandwhich and liked it. Wife had the fish tacos and thought they were good. I recommend go during dinner and not lunch because of the almost nonexistent steak offerings. We were all hungry coming in from soccer games and thought the food was okay overall. Service was good and friendly. The ambiance is family friendly.

We went here for valentines day and it was the perfect neighborhood steakhouse, it gave longhorn but local ambiance wise. Prices were reasonable as well and the ribeye was honestly the best quality ribeye we've gotten at a restaurant. It was buttery and melt on your mouth. It was also well seasoned. I expected it to be bland honestly just location wise, I did end up adding a but of salt to the mashed potatoes and it was an easy fix. The tiramisu chocolate cake was heavenly. Service was amazing, our server has a great personality and was moving swiftly.

Service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The bread was just ok, but the French onion soup was amazing. The dressing for the wedge was delicious but the bacon was the weird kind of dehydrated stuff you get in a bag. The meatballs were outstanding- flavorful and super tender. My prime rib was well seasoned and perfectly cooked, and came with jus and horseradish. My husband's farm trip was great but lacked a little seasoning. The pork chop was actually my favorite and I'm not usually big on pork chops. The sides were meh, but fine. Super nice to get a birthday surprise at the end! The brownie was yummy.

For our main courses, the Lago chopped salad was fresh and flavorful, and the Mishima Wagyu New York Strip was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. Dessert did not disappoint either. Fabio's tiramisu was rich and authentic, while the classic cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending. The cocktails were just as impressive--the dirty martinis were excellent, followed by a great espresso after dinner and a refreshing limoncello dessert wine to finish the evening. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all came together to create a fantastic experience. The vibe is warm, inviting, and upscale without feeling pretentious. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Lago by Fabio to anyone looking for an exceptional meal.

We enjoyed Easter lunch at Stony River!…read more We started with the deviled eggs appetizer. They were delicious! The best candied bacon pieces I've ever had on top. Then the yolk filling was full of relish and chunky pickles, yum. Next up, four entrees...Cobb Salad takes the top ranking with the perfect portion of dressing, excellent bacon and avocado with perfectly cooked chicken breast. They forgot the egg, I was originally sad, but the salad with its mixed greens was amazing. My son got the bigger cut filet. It was thick! He loves medium rare, but with the height of the filet, he should have done medium to avoid the purple inner center. He got the truffle fries, honestly, awful, no potato, just skinny fried fries...pick another side. The salmon is up next with a pretty aggressive seasoning, a bit spicy. Very well cooked and huge portion, but get fresh cooked if you don't love spice. The Bistro Chicken, again, excellent. Great portion and yummy lemon and caper topping. The problem with the mains are the sides. The sides are the reason for 4 vs 5 stars. The broccoli was fine, but has that raw, earthy flavor versus buttery and or salty, our preference. The server we had was kind and attentive. She deserved 5 stars. She was great! Check them out for the mains, but more research needs to be done on picking the best sides...my guess...upgrade to a side salad or soup!

We made one, just in case. The inside is nice but not pretentious feeling for a steakhouse. It looked like there was a lot of seating at the bar open - might try that out if we come back. We were celebrating our anniversary, so that was noted on our little reservation card & our server acknowledged this - but nothing was done to really wow us or make us feel like we were celebrating until the very end of our meal (more on this in a bit). The food was pretty good - we both got some sort of meat. I got the prime rib and I was seriously missing some sort of horseradish sauce. The cut of meat though was very good and not super fatty, so extra points for that. The portions are very generous, so we didn't have room for dessert. After we paid, our server remembered it was our anniversary and offered us champagne.. it was nice, but a total afterthought. I was SO full that I really couldn't drink it. Lastly, the parking. The lot is shared with all of the other businesses in the mall area, so just beware. It might be better to park behind and walk through the path.

She was friendly and great at recommending dishes. The busboy (we didn't catch his name) was positive and attentive. The staff really make the spot wonderful. It's modern inside, dark paint, and updated decor. However it feels friendly with the trendy atmosphere. The way these dishes look also match the ambiance at the restaurant. We ordered lots of dishes and they mostly looked great! The Salat Roasted Beet Salad is fruity, thanks to the berries and citrus, with a pistachio whip on the bottom of the dish. It's a heavier dish for a salad, but absolutely delicious and fruity. I also had the San Francisco Style Cioppino was good, but I wasn't expecting it to be like a zupa di pesci, while the flavor was good, I was having FOMO of others eating monkfish and the walleye. The Cioppino had a Louisiana flavored sauce. There was a variety of fish which were all cooked and not overdone. It's a massive dish! We finished off with English Sticky Toffee Pudding and Italian Citrus Mascarpone Cake. The cake was amazing! It wasn't too tart and light. The sticky pudding was also delicious and very sweet. It's a very beautiful restaurant, service is great, the plates look amazing and tastes great. It's definitely a spot to try again!

That said, one of our friends is a foodie like me and loved the menu with plenty of seafood options and he found it challenging to select something as it all looked so good. We started with appetizers of Fire Shrimp, Octopus and Jumbo Crab Cake. We all shared and was absolutely amazing! My wife ordered the Lobster and Shrimp Pasta which she had the week before. Last time it came with a little heat, but this time was a little bland for her but was still very flavorful (so somewhat confusing). FYI the lobster comes in two halved pieces w/ shell (a miniature lobster, not meal sized one) For me, the apps were not enough. I ordered Rice Élan Style w/ 4 Sea Scallops (Arborio rice, butter, sun-dried tomato, spinach, citrus blend, parmigiano reggiano). This was really good and the scallops were so flavorful. I also ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Yes, I was hungry. It was a generous portion and includes chunks of lobster, not like other places where we are searching for where the lobster is hiding. Service was amazing as usual. I expect nothing less. Since it was my foodie friend's first time, they gave him a gift card for a free bruschetta app next time he comes in. It is dimly lit. It not dark as every table has small touch lights. So, apologies for the pics as they may be a little dark. Certainly looking forward to next time!
