    Coffee time

I was so excited to hear a new first watch was coming to the area and I knew I needed to visit. Upon exiting my car I was immediately greeted at the door and shown to my table across from the bar. Within a few minutes Daniel brought me out of full carafe of a steaming hot coffee which I gladly accepted and asked if I was new to first watch which of course I let him know I was not and then he asked me if I needed a few minutes. I already knew I was in the mood for eggs and I ordered the Bacado. I also substituted fruit for the salad. Sadly because I was going on their opening day they did not have the seasonal menu I would have to hold off on having my favorite blueberry lemon cornbread. Just like normal the food was out within a matter of minutes and it looked spectacular. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Daniel checked on me several times and when I asked for a container for my fruit he quickly obliged and asked if I needed anything else he also let me know because it was opening week and I was there early enough when I checked out I would be getting a free cup which was totally exciting. I was also checked on by another team member who is extremely friendly as well. As I was sitting enjoying my coffee cup the manager Dave stepped over and we chatted for a bit realizing we are both from Missouri. Just like my other visits to other first watch they made me feel like home and made me feel completely welcome and I am excited to return in the future.

Stopped in today for the grand opening! The restaurant looks very nice, staff is very welcoming and the locations is perfect! We ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, chimichanga, million dollar bacon with a purple haze. The food was amazing, and we will definitely be back!!

I was so appreciative to get to go right before their grand opening! Joined a few friends for a late lunch yesterday and ordered a couple of things I've never tried before. I get that they are "still trying to work out the kinks"...but it took them 3 separate tries to get my salad right(they kept putting things I was allergic to on it) BUT they were VERY diligent about immediately removing it from the table when they realized it came out with said allergy. We ordered Million Dollar Potatoes and Million Dollar Bacon as sides and they were both really delicious! My friends enjoyed theirs for the most part, and I'll know just to stick to my go-to instead of being adventurous lol

This new FW location is so nice and the service was great. Karol is the sweetest and attentive server and the food came out fast. Would come back here definitely!

Anyway, she was super kind and helpful, which is lovely when you have 2 feral kids being total poop heads all the time. We got a yogurt parfait, egg platters, grits and pancakes and everything came out hot and tasty. My only complaint was that the grits were not great, but my grit standards are high. Not cheesy or flavorful enough for me, but fine. My kids liked them and honestly that's good enough for me.

The home fries were a bit oily, but adding ketchup helped, and I still enjoyed them. The mimosa came in a regular cup with no ice and a small bottle of Barefoot Bubbly, which I actually appreciated because I could pour as much or as little as I wanted. The stuffed French toast was really good too. As for the service before being seated, I was a little discouraged, and at one point we almost walked out. I had really been craving Keke's before the end of our trip though, so I convinced my husband to stay. We weren't acknowledged when we first walked in, and the three employees at the front were all busy doing different things. The host stand seemed to turn into a cashier station, a drink pickup area, and a walkway all at once, so there wasn't much organization or a clear order for guests coming in. I think having a better system during peak hours would make a big difference. Once we were seated, though, the service was good. The atmosphere was chill, busy, and very family-oriented. Overall, we enjoyed the food, but we'll probably try a different Keke's location the next time we're in town.

We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.

Thanks to Yelp! I was able to find a restaurant to fulfill my craving for some delicious ribs in…read morethe area! I was about 25 minutes away, when I took my family here, and they were wondering where we were going, but let me tell you, they were not disappointed by the food, service and the surround area. When we arrived, it seemed like a downtown area that was kind of chill because it was a Tuesday early evening. Barely any traffic around and tons of open parking, especially right in front to the restaurant. From the front I noticed some funny signs, a patio that was wide open for seating, yard games and a nice cozy dive bar vibe. When we went inside, we were immediately greeted at the counter by our server. It was not busy, there was actually only one customer sitting at the bar. The bar has about 6 seats and has TVs to watch and the restaurant if filled with tons of cool Classic Rock pictures, memorabilia and quotes. It was just the vibe we needed to just hang as a family. The server allowed us to pick any table we wanted. We ordered margaritas. They were delicious. We also has the RIBS, okra, mac & cheese, potato salad, some greens, cornbread, brisket, grilled cheese sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING, including the SERVICE was on point; we left well fed, satisfied and happy we found this place to eat tonight. To walk off the food , there is a park right across the street. At the park you will find food trucks for dessert, like ice cream on a hot day. There's also a walking trail and a play ground for the kiddos. There was an area where people were fishing off the doc. I saw an area where people also get married and a facility for our veterans. I included some pictures of what I saw along my way after I left the restaurant for people looking for things to do in the area with a family and/or friends. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you stop by this restaurant for some good eats, drinks and just a place to relax and have a good time. There's also service is great and the area is filled with things to do afterwards. Thank me later.

Lindsay gets a special shout-out for being kind, caring, and attentive! What a ray of sunshine! She was so excited when she arrived with my dessert (she made a brownie sundae just for me). The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Brisket was peppery and perfect. Ribs were also veryyyy tenderrrrrr. You can tell the food is made with love. All I could do was smile as I ate my lunch, knowing I have an amazing bbq spot so close to me. 3. The corn nuggets were SO GOOD and SO comforting. Crispy, sweet, and perfect. I eyed the menu before going, and these caught my eye immediately. They did not disappoint. I can't wait to have them again! 4. The sauces were FIRE. The sweet and the crimson were perfect to us. 5. There are plenty of places to take cute Instagram pictures. However, that does not help the overall score of the rest of the experience. When we first arrived, we were instructed to review the menu at a seat-yourself station and then return to the front to place our order. There were some interesting and tasty-looking options to pick from. Unfortunately, I was a bit perplexed by the pricing on the menu versus what came up on the cash register. I ordered the Mixed Berries Crepes with Nutella ($11), and I was going to order a Strawberry Boba for $5, but instead my total was nearing $25 dollars?? The pricing did not match the menu. The cash register didn't seem very friendly. When I noticed my crepe read "Banana/Strawberry" instead of Mixed Berry. I clarified I was getting the correct order. She told me, "Yes, yes." (Spoil alert: I did not get the mixed berries but instead a Strawberry and Banana Crepe...) I paid, and then took the little marker flag with a number they give you so the waitresses can find the correct table to deliver the orders to. My coworker and I waited in the back for our orders. Although we ordered back-to-back, the orders were fulfilled at different intervals. When my order finally arrived, the waitress was looking for the right table to deliver it to. I raised my hand and said it was my order. She looked at me with scrutiny as if I were lying to her. ( What was the point of the flag marker with the number then, if you're uncertain of the order???) My crepe was pretty, but overall, it was okay in flavor and taste. It wasn't very hot, though, and was lukewarm. I would give the crepe a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd come running back for. The staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed confused and disorganized. I would not come back here again. Read the prior low reviews, as most of the complaints others have had with this establishment seem to be a running occurrence.
