I recommend that they should do grated pecorino vs slices only because the cheese would be even distributed throughout the dish. The vodka pasta tasted better the next day as a leftover because I put a ton of parmesan cheese. Blueberry maple salmon 9/10 - My husband ordered this dish and I would agree that this dish was the winner of the night. Another innovative dish for a quaint local establishment. The salmon had a real nice crisp, cooked perfectly to medium, and there was a really nice smokey taste to the salmon. William, the Manager was fantastic and kept the line of people waiting for tables engaged and informed when they would be seated next. He was so personable and engaging. Although crowded, every employee was pleasant. Daisy was our server and she was super sweet and worked so hard to provide a great experience for us. I also think this location is one of the cleanest restaurants around. So many places these days promote their "healthy options, farm-to-fork meals and organically grown" but if you don't focus on a clean establishment none of that matters. I LOVE the pride these Waffle House workers have for their jobs. Keep up the great work everyone! We will continue to bring our growing teenagers there to feed their faces and spend time together as a family. Also, love that the Manager told my boys to put their phones away and spend quality time with their parents. We actually had a 30 minute "phone free" meal thanks to William.
