First of all, this place has amazing food! The quality of service and food is extremely exceptional. Not to mention the food is at a good price, this place should be more well known. I came here with my family, not really expecting much but ended up being pleasantly surprised. My only regret was not coming here sooner for today was my last day on vacation but I'll be sure to comeback to Naples soon, just for this amazing establishment alone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting, DO NOT MISS OUT! :D read more

July 4th, 2020 weekend. I called in to confirm sitting availability for 6 adults and 5 children. I was explained on the phone that max table capacity is 10 and we would need to break our party of 11 (don't matter adults or kids) in 2 separate tables. Ok no problem. Got to the place around 1pm plenty time before closing. Place was almost empty, only 2 tables occupied. We were given 2 six top booths in the corner. We immediately ask the server if we can get another table right next to it by the window. Her response was: "what ever..." with her eyes rolled up... We were ok with our older kids taking the booth for themselves however my wife wanted our youngest daughter to sit by her side so I decided to join a chair from a nearby empty table to the booth. Immediately we got a negative response from the server that we can not do that. She rudely explained that this table only sits six. I reminded her that over the phone I was offered a table that would sit 10, however her pissy attitude was blocking her mind to accept any incoming information from her customer. And that's where the things started heating up... she walked away and instead sent her manager. He was no help either. We even asked for a kid high chair and were also denied. I felt like I wanted to leave but considering that everyone was hungry, kids especially, we decided to stay, however we had to break our adults party in 2 tables. What really upsets me as a business owner when a such thriving business as a First Watch food chain is poorly represented by its employee and the manager. To my opinion this manager is not qualified to hold this position. Instead of deescalating the issue, he made it more intense. More over, after our bill was settled, I was trying to recourse with him, and his final response was "I just want you to leave!" Separate regards to our second server Annastacia. She alone deserves 5 stars. She truly carried her job despite all disputes with previous server. read more

Food was pretty good, but service was awful. Steve slipped the check in front of me without saying a word, while I was eating, and kept walking without even making eye contact. We weren't done ordering! Then we called him back to order two drinks, he said "oh okay, to go?" No not to go, hello?! We were trying to have a nice breakfast! He takes the check from in front of me, gets drinks, and slips a new check in front of me AGAIN! Again, no eye contact or "anything else?" or "how are your drinks?" All around very rude and would not go again. I don't care if you're busy, that's not what you do in the service industry. This is the first time I've tipped under 20% in over 10 years. If I didn't know how much servers count on tips given the low hourly rate they receive, this would definitely be an occasion for 0% tip. Truly horrendous service. read more

I read about First Watch, and was pretty excited to try it. Finally got a chance, and it was OK. I would like to give them 3.5 stars, but that is not an option. The food was good, but not off the charts. Same with service. Everything was good, just not great. I cannot even remember what i order. Server was nice and polite, but forgot to tell me they had specials. (I heard them from the server at next table, but by that time i had already placed my order). She was friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. I've come to get familiar with staff. Both Gigi and Alec are great managers that seem to keep their staff happy which keeps customers happy! Second visit; air conditioning set too low on both occasions. When we complained, he made some comment about the floor would warp if the air conditioning wasn't turned very cold. The pancakes were both healthy and tasty; will order again. The Florida French toast would've been much better if the toast or not just sick white bread with no body. How about using real French bread with the crust We will return but only with a sweater! Hugely noisy so bad the people next to us left waitress said they are working on it and it will be addressed. First Watch was THE place to go for breakfast in Naples for years. Plan to go there more often now that this one open. Like the stand-alone location on 41; plenty of parking, more stylish than older sites. Menu a little difficult to read (literally). Let me start off by saying I used to love first watch and we used to go to different ones almost every weekend. We used the app to check in and it said we'd have to wait which is fine. When we got there it took three people to "I'll be right there with you" I get it you're busy but maybe have someone as a host? We were sat and it took our waitress so long to get there for water and coffee. My coffee cup was sticky... and so was the floor I later found out. Turns out that wasn't our waitress someone else came to take our order. Our food took a good while to get there, definitely longer than any time before at first watch. Now I don't mean to sound picky but you know once you find something wrong you're looking for more stuff; the garbage can where the hostess is was overflowing, so much that there was a full bag of receipts/trash next to it. It was just kind of disappointing? To see that from my seat. We had to wait a while for boxes we tried to signal our waitress but she looked busy, we asked a different waitress because we figured it'd be faster; immediately after our actual waitress came and asked, we said we had told someone else to get us 3. She came back with 2. Then the other waitress came back with 3... paying was another useless wait. There were 4 parties 2 paying, 2 coming in. 1 was seated by the host (that turns out was their waiter so he didn't come back) and then someone else came and the same thing happened. Maybe they were short staffed? I don't know but the service was messy and the place was not as smooth moving as usual. The food was good though, as always. read more

First watch is one of my favorite places ! The greeting at the front door, good food and good service. Well that was not the usually First Watch experience in Naples newest location. The hostess who greeted us wasn't friendly and the waitress (Amanda) was so rude during our visit we almost walked out after we ordered. That's right before we got our food. I have a specific diet I have to follow and during me ordering my special dish she stopped writing grabbed the menu and I wasn't done. After she left the table she walked to another server complained bout my tables order then proceed to walk up to the manager and talk more as the manager looked over her shoulder at our table. Shocked considering she only had 2 tables and the restaurant was half empty. No syrup, no refills, no how was everything until she brought he check and said "you can pay at the front" the worst service I've ever had in Naples First Watch. Two visits, in low season (August). First, terrific blueberry pancakes and bacon. Second visit, "classic" eggs benedict that weren't. Two poached eggs on slices of tomato, on thin-sliced ham, on some kind of toasted roll. A darker colored hollandaise sauce. I had caught the words "tomato slices" on the menu, and I assumed they'd be on the plate, but no. Sharing the plate with the eggs was a green salad: good quality greens with a nice vinaigrette. A not-so-funny comedy of errors this morning on my first visit to this franchise. My order was wrong, despite the servers instance that it was correct. The correct order was finally dropped off and then I never saw anyone again. I had to leave my table to go in search of my check and then no one knew it was their table. Finally got the bill, which was wrong but at that point I just paid it and left, not likely to return again. Food was good but management has some work to do. read more

If you order the pancakes, they won't be hot by the time they make it to your table. They don't use hot plates or light warmers and there is cold air blasting from the ceiling cooling everything down before it gets to you. Our server said they get this complaint about cold pancakes often and told us to contact corporate. I suggested just telling the store manager and she said the burden is on the customer to complain to corporate and there is nothing they can do. The food is great though, and it would be a 5 star dining experience if they could keep it hot. Also, it's extremely loud at this location and I would not bring a small child here in an effort to protect their young ears from the volume. read more

The other day was the best restaurant experience I've ever had all the host were so nice and welcoming! Then our server was outstanding she was fast, friendly , and kept conversation well. She even made sure that the cooks knew about my egg allergy and the manager even helped her out to make sure everything was perfect.
