Great place. Very busy so use the waitlist feature BEFORE you arrive. Food served up quickly and very tasteful. The menu says the pancakes are humongous, they are just large. If you drink half/half in your coffee you need to ask for it! REALLY! I order the Farmhouse Hash Skillet with a waffle hubby and I shared, and he ordered one of the omelette dishes at one of their FL locations during our spring break and we realized we had one so close to home and got the same results. The Cumberland location doesn't do mimosas but their Kennesaw location does, just and FYI to those interested. Ok my daughter suggested this place for breakfast she described it to be similar to Denny's... well let me be frank, this place is anything but Denny's. Let's just say it's IHOP meets gourmet. There food isn't run of the mill breakfast food it's breakfast meets a Michelin star restaurant. Eggs Benedict over smoked salmon, yes please!! Maple syrup baked bacon um I'll take 2 orders!! Came here for breakfast on a Tuesday. The coffee and hot tea were piping hot! The food is good, the portions are large, and the prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get. We ordered the Farmhouse skillet hash, the Parma skillet hash, the Trifecta, and the Holey Donuts. Unfortunately, the skillet hash does not come in a skillet, but it was still delicious. The syrup for the waffle and dipping sauces for the donuts were still warm! The ambiance is homey and has a farmhouse feel. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. DELICIOUS!! Best omelet I've ever had (how do they make the eggs so fluffy?) and the bacon, ham, and veggies were fresh and fantastic quality. The mimosas, coffee and cold brew were really tasty. So stopped on Tuesday June 18th, the place was not busy. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was amazing, funny and tentative. The breakfast came out within 15 minutes of ordering. This was a hidden gem. My husband and I were on vacation and looking for a place that serves breakfast after noon. We stumbled on First Watch. This was a great discovery. The food is farm to market fresh. The only down side for me is that there are so many great choices and so little room in my stomach. Our server, Anis, was the best! She helped us narrow down some to the delicious choices. She's very well versed on the menu. The restaurant is clean and nicely appointed. You really can't go wrong at First Watch. I have visited a number of First Watch locations (Summerville, Beaufort, Lakeland, Orlando - Mills Park) and this new location rings just as true as the rest. First Watch is welcoming, tasty and always a good time. I ordered my usual - Farmhouse Skillet and a glass of Morning Meditation. My friend ordered The Floridian French Toast and loved hers. This restaurant was so good that we ate here several times during our vacation. They had very good breakfasts for a fair price. We had the biscuits with eggs, bacon, and home fries. Delish! Ordered carry out and we were 20 minutes late picking up the order. (Pick up time 9:32) When we arrived the food still wasn't ready. They asked me my name and then commenced with telling me that I may have ordered from the wrong store. Then while I'm looking for the order location in my phone the guy says oh is your name XYZ? YES. Oh, we have it but it's going to take a little while longer to get the order ready. Infuriating, when I just said we gave them an extra 20 minutes since we were running late. Then I asked what is the hold up and he said they had to get the fruit cups prepared. REALLY!!! Asked for Manager and he said there was nothing they could do about the time given as they had nothing to do with the order time that the online order service gives. Wow! Must be the only restaurant with a tech system that doesn't actually calculate an estimated amount of time that food prep takes at least within 30 minutes. Your grade is an F-! I always appreciate their vegan recommendations (& dairy-free creamer), but my favorite item is the superfoods chia pudding & almond butter toast. The staff is helpful, friendly, & appears happy - even on weekends when the shop is busy. The place is spacious, open, & bright - offering aesthetic lighting inside (resembling large fairy lights) & comfortable seating outside. Came here thinking they were Vegan friendly because of the reviews. Welll..... they aren't . If you are okay with the chia seed pudding bowl you are all set, but I wasn't in the mood for that :/. The service was so terrible and to spare the long boring details the waitress finally asked a vegan in the kitchen what to eat. I got some skillet without eggs and butter. Our waitress was nice and informative. I ordered pancakes and their specialty bacon. The food took quite a while to come out. I believe the bacon had maple syrup and was infused in something spicy.
