I'm not sure about the warehouse comment in the description. Seems unrelated. It's an overall cute spot. Elote burrito- overall good, could use seasoning in the eggs and potatoes or some of the sauce inside. Pesto chicken quinoa bowl- great! Love the creamy sauce 2 eggs over easy- cooked perfectly Chocolate chip pancake- kids loved it but the bacon was not crispy enough for them. Half n half tea- just didn't taste sweet at all. Service- Eh, I can see they had good intentions but it just fell flat.

The people in Oxford, MS are truly some of the best people. So, it wasn't surprising that the customer service was perfect during our breakfast visit. Food was fantastic and served hot, quick, and made to order! Ambiance is casual! Definitely recommend!

    Seasoned Potatoes

Such a cute place! The staff were nice and attentive, as well. My Bacado Omelette was alright. The egg portion of the omelette was very good, but it could've used a salsa instead of pico de gallo. I subbed the Greens for the Seasoned Potatoes, and I didn't care for them. A lot of them had more burned pieces and had a bitter aftertaste. Picking through, the potatoes that's weren't burned were pretty good. My husband got the BLT Egg's Benedict. He enjoyed it but thought the hollandaise could have been more flavorful. He also ate my wheat bread with the preserves and liked that, too. The Tres Leches French Toast was good! No complaints there. Overall, it was pretty good. I would definitely try some more stuff if we go back.

Waitlist system can not be trusted

Their waitlist system is horrible and can not be trusted. Why get on the wait list at 8:15, be given an 60 minute wait time, check in at 9am and wait another 55 minutes and final get a table at 10am. What a joy this place is. This happens every time I go there. After waiting long enough I asked where I was in line and was told I was the next table of 5. I saw 3 more tables of 5 sit down. I asked again and was told I was third in line. This place is not worth this hassle and incompetence. Their waitlist system is broken or their management team is incompetent.

First Watch is a great place for Breakfast! Casual, clean and friendly service! The food is consistently good! My favorite is still the Million Dollar Bacon! If you like bacon, it's to die for! The French toast is pretty special too! But I've never had anything there that I didn't like!

What's not to love. First watch is always a hit. The food was great and the fresh juice is always on point. Came here with my friends it wasn't too busy which is nice this place fills up quickly. Definitely a family oriented spot and can get pretty loud.

I loved the food, don't get me wrong but this definitely isn't a place I would go everyday for lunch unless I could afford it. And as a college student, I know I can't. As for the matcha matcha latte, it was a 3/10 for me. There were clumps of unmixed matcha powder at the bottom. My friend got the same latte and she had the same experience. So I would skip on this, not worth the 7 dollars in my opinion. Overall, I'm going back for the food when I can afford it!! It looks exactly like how it is pictured on Instagram and it's organic. Again, the food not the drink. The outside area was perfect for pictures and I truly felt like I was somewhere other than Mississippi. I loved it and plus the service was super fast. They brought the food out in a timely manner and I appreciated that.

Damn good breakfast…read more Cabin 82 is located in the lobby of the Graduate Hotel in Oxford, which makes it very convenient if you are staying there and still pretty convenient if you are not. I stopped in for breakfast and coffee, and I am glad I did. First, the coffee was great. That matters. I am not trying to start my day with sad hotel lobby coffee, and thankfully that was not the case here. Good coffee. Good start. Now to the food. If you have ever wondered whether you should add pimento cheese to a breakfast sandwich, wonder no longer. The answer is yes. Always yes. The egg and sausage sandwich with pimento cheese was excellent. I do not know who first decided pimento cheese belonged on a breakfast sandwich, but that person deserves recognition. Maybe a plaque. Maybe a parade. I am open to suggestions. My kid had the honey butter chicken biscuit, and it was legit. Not "pretty good for a hotel lobby" legit. Just legit. There is a difference. Service was a little slow, but there were only two people working and they managed. I am not going to punish a place for being busy when the people working are clearly trying to keep things moving. Overall, Cabin 82 is a great breakfast and coffee stop in Oxford. Good coffee, excellent breakfast sandwiches, and pimento cheese doing what pimento cheese was placed on this earth to do. I would definitely go back.

Before we could enter the restaurant, however, we had to wade through all the smokers littering the entrance. Cough! We sat down at a table we chose along the perimeter across from the band. I wish I knew the name of the band, but it was a 3 piece band with a female singer, her son on the guitar, and another guy playing drums. They were good. She sang a song she wrote called the Delta. Great lyrics! My husband and I both ordered the French toast with a hash brown on the side. It took forever and honestly, I was getting a little concerned about all the people who kept coming in and out from outside and into what seemed the kitchen area. Our food arrived and it had great presentation and generous portions. Real French bread used! It was very good! After our meal, the female band leader as well as the owner of the restaurant came over to chat. Very friendly and nice conversation with all. Sadly, when we arrived home from our long drive, let's just say, the food did not sit well in our stomach. It was the only meal we had before arriving home. Another restaurant meal I have to pray was prepared with love.

Old, kitschy and full of decor. We sat in a booth an were greeted by a waitress promptly for drink orders. Cokes and waters. They deliver the coke in a neat Ajax cup. I ordered the chicken fried steak. Wife ordered the chicken and dumplings and step son ordered catfish. Everything arrived very quickly and everything was hot and southern deliciousness, except the corn bread. The corn bread was dry and not very good at all. Pretty sure it was yesterday's leftover bread or someone needs to pull it 5 minutes sooner from the oven. Unanimous at the table, Everton e had garb corn bread. No big deal. The chicken fried steak was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Gravy was great and the red beans and rice side was awesome. All great flavors. Wife loved the chicken and dumplings, good flavor and tender chicken. She got a side of sweet potato casserole and loved it. I had a bite and it was delicious for certain. Step son had the fried catfish, he is not a big seafood eater but he absolutely loves the catfish. I had a big piece and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great as well. The staff was outstanding, the service was great and the food was excellent sans the cornbread. Ajax is a neat little diner in the heart of Oxford. It's a little pricey as is everything in this college town, but it was worth the visit.
