Both times I have been to this location and I was very pleased. The service was pretty good and the food?! Even better. I remember ordering a cinnamon drink they have during the Fall season that's super delish but for my second visit I ordered the Açaí Bowl and they serve it with 2 slices of grain bread and Almond butter. SO GOOD. Even the bread itself was super flavorful and they didn't over do it with the Almond butter. I love Açaí bowl and they did it justice. I ordered mines with extra granola and I swapped out the blackberries for bananas. It's pretty inexpensive as well so if you're on a budget looking for good food, come to First Watch! read more

I have been to multiple First Watch locations in multiple states and this is by far, my least favorite...100% based on service. 1. I came with my 9 yr old and no children's menu was provided. I had to as our server (who came to take our drink order about 10 minutes after we were seated). She then returned with the kids' menu about 5 minutes later and expected me to be able to order at that moment. 2. After the food was delivered we never saw the server until she dropped of the bill. 3. I asked for some water. It was delivered to the table in a carafe, along with glasses...but it was a drop and go. 4. Someone else stopped by to ask if we needed to go boxes. 5. I ordered oatmeal. I asked what the muffin of the day was. Our server didn't know. She said she would find out. She never returned. I found out when it was delivered with the oatmeal. 6. Went her with a client for a meeting. As usual, the place was bustling with people, even on a weekday morning. We didn't have to wait for a table though. The server greeted us promptly and got our drinks and orders. She was able to answer questions we had about the menu. The food came and looked yummy. My client ordered the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy. The portion was pretty big and she loved it. I had the farmhouse hash which was awesome! It was loaded with eggs, hash browns, bacon and other items. It was just too much food. It was also served with toast. I enjoy going here on occasion. This place is my absolute favorite breakfast spot!!! No other restaurant comes close to the food here. It deserves more than 5 stars. So so good! I highly recommend the kale tonic as your drink. It's very refreshing, healthy and delicious. I actually love everything on their menu! Some of my favorites for breakfast are the AM superfoods bowl, avocado toast or the farmhouse hash. For lunch I really like the chicken avocado chop salad or the Ham & Gruyere Melt. You can't go wrong here. They are known for their organic food that tastes so fresh and delicious. I love everything I have ordered here. The only downside is the wait depending on the location. You will normally wait an hour or more unless you use their app. I would highly recommend downloading their free app so you can put yourself on the list at home which will cut your wait time down big time by the time you arrive. First Watch is a place I somewhat have a love/hate relationship in general, but this location didn't help move the needle at all. In theory it's a perfectly fine place. A restaurant that is one part diner, one part country kitchen, and one part health(ish) eating. I like the look and feel of the place, but when you pull everything back, it's a diner with a lot of lipstick on. That being said, the thing I don't enjoy about it is the price. Things are expensive. I got a yogurt bowl with a muffin which came to close to ten bucks. A little pricey in my opinion. The service wasn't really great the morning I came in for breakfast. I ordered a beverage which I never got, but I noticed I was charged for so it had to be removed from the bill. We weren't asked how our meals were until we paid for them at the register. For a place that I feel like is trying to make it feel like home, it wasn't the warm and fuzzy, "home" experience that I would expect. I think for me, I'd rather stick to a classic diner or a diner that does something different for breakfast. This is a place where in some respects they try to be different, but it's not enough to make you want to come back, especially for eggs and bacon that costs $10 when Denny's is selling it for more than half. read more

You cant go wrong with a yummy breakfast at First Watch. They have many locations in South Florida and they are usually all very busy! They have a large menu of breakfast and lunch foods (note they are only open for breakfast and lunch). Be prepared to wait a little bit, but it will be worth it. Fresh and healthy ingredients make eating here less guilt driven! Lots of to go orders this morning, it was packed! I got the acai bowl that was loaded with fresh fruit and homemade granola and served with almond butter whole grain toast. So yummy. Feels like you are eating a treat! Then had the tri-athlete egg white omelet with green chilis onions and tomatoes. So satisfying. Always a good meal at First Watch. Go check it out and thank me later. I enjoy coming here for breakfast on the weekdays. It feels as if you know a secret. You can walk in and be seated immediately. The food comes out hot and fresh right away. The wait staff are relaxed and attentive. My friend and I ate here to celebrate a special occasion. I enjoyed the booth by the window. It was private and sunny. What a delicious and flavorful way to start the day! The hostess welcomed us with much excitement while letting us know there would be a wait time but she assured us that it was going to be quick. And it was. After being seated our orders were quickly taken and then brought to us even quicker. OVERALL REVIEW SCORE- 4.8 I love love looooove First Watch! This is my second time at this location but I've been eating breakfast/lunch at First Watch since my UCF days. If you're looking for a healthier breakfast option that isn't a smoothie place around Pines, this is it! The only other breakfast restaurant competitor it has in the area, I believe, is A Broken Egg Cafe & the two aren't really comparable if you're being health-conscious. This restaurant has options from pancakes to traditional breakfast to chia seed pudding (yum) to soups & salads. I can say I've never had something I didn't like here, and I always try to order something new. There's definitely not many places you can do that. For this visit, I shared with a friend and we got Rainbow Toast (A Summer Seasonal Item) & the Frittata Rustica. It was a great meal for us post-run to refuel what we've burned. The wait wasn't too bad and we were sat pretty quickly but I didn't like the disorder of the waiting area. Since you have to pay up front, there was a mix of both people waiting to be sat and people waiting to pay. It caused a lot of confusion so it'd be better if there was more order to that. We came around 1030 on a Thursday morning and it was POPPIN'. The servers didn't take super long but they definitely didn't seem "present" when helping us. Just seemed like they were thinking of other things or preoccupied. It just wasn't the best serving experience but that's only because I've had an unbelievably wonderful experience with every other First Watch. When you are hunting for the best place to have breakfast on a Memorial Day Weekend move yourself to First Watch and hope you get Hunter. He did not tell me his name. It is tattooed on the side of his temple. He made the breakfast more than worthwhile. We had the traditional breakfast which is hard to locate on the menu as I almost missed it to order something else. This breakfast checked off all of my wants. The only downside side is something the restaurant can quickly fix. The chairs. People love to drag them across the floor which caused me a headache in the end. We saw some of the chairs with padded feet. This is something they probably already know. Please pad the feet of all chairs. I hope you get Hunter as your server. I took the waiters recommendation and added an extra egg to make it a little larger meal. I love having the coffee pot on my table so I don't need to wait on refills. Kids meal are a hit and good size portions. Our waiter Cory was phenomenal. He gave us great recommendations and you can tell he knows the menu items well. Speaks well about each item he highlights. He consistently checked on us and although food may have taken slightly longer than expected it was worth the wait. It was a great time catching up with family. The first time I tried First Watch was in Virginia. When I heard they were coming to South FL, I almost died. I love First Watch. Although First Watch is a chain, the food is clean and they use better ingredients in their food than other chains. There is usually a long wait (about 30-45 min) which can be avoided if you plan ahead. Just download the First Watch app. It tells you how long the current wait is, and you can join the waiting list from anywhere. Today, we arrived early with still 15 minutes to spare. We ended up waiting only 2 minutes because the large table located near the front opened up for 2 people. It's a large table dedicated to walk-ins. If any space on the table opens up, you get to eat next to complete strangers... which we did. Also, if you ever do have to wait, you can help yourself to some complimentary coffee near the front. We usually order one of their juices, which all taste pretty good. My favorite is the Day Glow, which I did not see on the menu today unfortunately. But I did order a seasonal one called The Wake Up Call. It was good. There are so many choices for breakfast/brunch and it's hard to choose just one. My gf loves the Elevated Egg Sandwich, which is always good. This time I tried the Skillet Hash - Farmhouse. We love their Carrot Cake Pancake. We order it every time and everyone should try this. The people sitting next to us didn't receive a dish that they ordered, but this was quickly corrected by management, who immediately offered something additional for free to help correct the mistake that was made. Perfect place to grab breakfast that is not only healthy but delicious. Be sure to come in early morning to get seating right away. Anything after 9am you are sure to wait awhile. I had the AM superfoods bowl which was coconut milk chia seed pudding topped with blackberry preserves, fresh banana and strawberry. The coconut chia seed pudding is rich and creamy. You can taste the coconut milk. The blackberry preserve adds a sweetness to it along with the fresh fruits. Delicious option if you do not want anything heavy. The fresh juice bar has seasonal drinks that change from time to time. I got the purple haze which was lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea and a hint of lavender. Very light and refreshing. Went here early this afternoon for lunch and it was super busy. Used the Yelp app to join the waitlist and it worked like a charm. They have a nice waiting area outside with benches and rocking chairs. They even allow you to help yourself to complimentary coffee while you wait. The place inside is pretty open and noisy. The wooden tables have a nice feel to them. Unfortunately the free WiFi never worked at all in the place. This seems to be a common theme in these places, very frustrating. Our server was courteous and took our order right away. We ordered the ham and cheese sandwich with chicken avocado salad as well as the roast beef and Cobb salad. The ham on the sourdough was a bit plain but the roast beef on a toasted cheese bread was outstanding, especially with the horseradish sauce. Not a huge fan of their "million dollar bacon," but other than that I'm generally pretty happy with what I order here. Also really enjoy the lunch options- they use great breads for their sandwiches. If you go at 7a there's no problem getting in. I feel the issues start after 9-9:30 on Sat and Sun. My friend and I got there at 9:45 and did our check in, which I think is a waste of time because you still have to wait around. I have never seen reservations work in this manner. Anyways, we waited, and we waited, and we waited. Around 10:30a we go up to the check in counter to see if we're next. They tell us they sent a text, but for some reason it never came through (not the first time this happens either). So at 10:31a they tell us they're putting us back on the list. We wait a little longer. At 11:15a we go back to check. They never put us on the list We sat down at 11:50a for "breakfast." The avocado toast was good, but I could've made that at home in 5 minutes versus the 2 hour wait. I will not be going back any time soon unless I get there at 7a. The 1 star is only for the waiting and terrible system that they have going because the service, food, and ambiance is always good. It's unfortunate that I can't visit more often, I don't have 3-4 hours to spend at a restaurant on a weekend. Hopefully they fix this issue. read more

My friend and I got there around 9 am and it was about a 20 minute wait . While you wait they have unlimited free coffee. Once we were seated we took a look at the menu . At first I wanted the vanilla chi pancakes but I also wanted eggs . One thing I did notice was that their meals don't come with sides . If you order pancakes , you just get pancakes .
