People that sat down after us got their food before us and they blamed it on the chicken in the chimichanga and after 52 minutes of waiting came up to us and said there were 13 tickets in front of us. I tend to stick to the "Trifecta" - tasty Belgian waffle, eggs and protein of choice. Overall, we loved first watch! The food was delicious. My husband had the traditional breakfast. The bacon was crispy and the breakfast potatoes were amazingly seasoned. At first service was great but as they got busier it significantly slowed down. Waitress was super friendly. She just had too many tables to take care of. I feel like I'm cheating on my significant other. We LOVE the other popular local chain that serves breakfast and lunch. But we're always up for trying some place new. First Watch did not disappoint. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, it was awesome. Not better than our first love, but definitely equal. My husband ordered the avocado toast with the basted egg. They don't skimp on the avocado. My daughter ordered the sunrise granola bowl and it looked delicious (not to mention really pretty). She's definitely a fan. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. They were also delicious. I don't think they're better than the other lemon curd topped pancakes in town, but I enjoyed every bite. We decided to try the regular bacon and the specialty million dollar bacon. The regular bacon was just right. Not undercooked and not overdone either. But the million dollar bacon blew us away. It's an odd combination of flavors that all work well together with the cayenne kicking in at the very end. My husband even liked the plates that the food came on. We used the wait list on the First Watch website, and it worked well. We usually use the waitlist on Yelp but that wasn't an option. The restaurant seems to be extremely popular especially on a Saturday morning so the waitlist was a good idea. The wait went from 5 minutes around 9 am to 45 minutes by 10 am. The inside is fresh, clean, modern, bright, cheerful, etc. Friends have eaten at other locations and had excellent experiences too. Now we may have to flip a coin to decide where to go for breakfast next time we're in NWA. read more

However, they should post a sign saying they do not serve alcohol (mimosas) at this location, since all the other locations do. We had the donut holes and they were DELICIOUS! The secret is to dip them in each of the dips and gives it just the right amount of flavor for each one. It comes with a cream cheese type dip, chocolate dip, and a strawberry jam dip. I also had the chikilada and it was very flavorful with fresh avacado and chorizo. It came with a side of fruit and seasoned potatoes (I always ask for the potatoes to be crispy!) The service was great, we had to wait a while for the food but it was worth the wait! Wow, this place has dropped to amazing lows. We showed up at 11:20 and they said there was a 40 minute wait. After a few minutes I counted 6 tables needing to be cleaned. After 30 minutes, I looked again a no tables had been cleaned and there were at least 2 more empty tables. There were 8 or 9 empty dirty tables and 5 tables with people eating. Ridiculous service. We ate here at 11am on a Thursday and we were seated right away. Staff was super friendly and offer great service. Brighton was our server and she was amazing and always around. I had the biscuit and gravy which was great. My wife got the Eggs Benedict which was just okay to our taste. It was not your typical hollandaise sauce as this sauce had a lot more lemon flavor than we are used to. The breakfast potatoes are a great side with any meal.
