The reason I did not give you 5 stars is due to your wait list procedure. We walked in, the hostess took my name and phone number and proceeded to seat my family and I. 10 minutes later, I received a text for us to head to the host to be seated. 5 minutes later, received a text that we will hold your spot for 2 minutes. Another 5 minutes later, we're sorry to have missed you. My family and I are enjoying our breakfast and getting these annoying texts. Now that is out of the way and onto the food and service. The service we received from Krystina was excellent, always on top of our order and checking that the food met expectations during our visit. My wife and I enjoyed the coffee which was needed this morning. Again, get the "wait list" issue fixed because I asked and this is an ongoing problem. read more

This was our 3rd time here. The first 2 visits were great and left us wanting to come back. With that said this time was such a disappointment! The waitress came off nice enough but never checked in on us after taking our order. Then brought the check while we were still eating and said no rush (obviously was rushing us though). She didn't even ask how our meals were and we had some complaints. My husband's farm house hash had almost no bacon. And was so burnt he picked out as much as he could and ate what he could. My sausage was barely cooked enough. It was like they threw them on a hot pan and burnt the outside while the inside was not cooked all the way. We are hoping this subpar experience is due to it being closer to their closing time (we showed up at 1pm and close is 2:30pm) and they were all just trying to get people out. read more

Five of us geezers went there. Service was not so hot. Had to flag waiters down several times. Had the Turkey burger and it should be called a Turkey biscuit. This is another place that severely over prices the drinks. Iced tea is $4.75. Thats just stupid. And the parking lot they share with Chipotle is too small. When you pull in off the side street you have to go to the right to behind the restaurant which is a dead end with maybe 15 spots. It was full so then you have to turn around in a tight spot. You're better off just parking at Starbucks which is across the street. At least the ambiance was nice. read more

It's sad because the food is actually good, but unless you would like to be ignored by wait staff, wait endlessly for your food and drinks then I suggest going somewhere else. I placed a to go order at 11:15 today.. mind you it's one order of tacos... they said 12:15 ready time, which i already thought was interesting. I get now 12:21 and it's still not ready, it's the 5th ticket down actually so who knows how much longer.... I keep trying to give this place a chance but honestly it's ridiculous. A friend and I stopped by here to have breakfast. The menu is a long read with no pictures so you need to read through it to figure out what they have compared to standard menus that have pictures that bring you right to the area of food your looking for. I had two eggs, a waffle and 4 straps of bacon which run close to $14. And coffee. The eggs were a bit runny and the waffle was a bit doughy as it was under cooked as well but the flavors were not bad. Plate portions could be more they were on the small side. All and all it was OK. My friend had ordered biscuits and gravy which was kind of odd as they didn't have traditional biscuits and gravy just turkey and turkey gravy. Again small plate with one biscuit. My friend wasn't a fan of the turkey gravy. His plate as well was OK. Service was OK and food to table time was good. Restaurant appeared to be nice and clean. I'd say give it a try maybe some of their other dishes might be better. I'd have to say over all it was just ok. read more

I am a server and obviously understand when the restaurant is busy the service goes down some. But to be greeted 10 minutes after being sat given no introduction, no water, and no basic service skills is absurd. If you automatically assume your customers are not going to tip, don't give them a reason! Unfortunately will not be coming back. Food was great though. read more
